Luxurious villa for up to 8 persons with large pool, 185m to beach, with Wi-Fi and aircon and a safe. Villa Marko is a beautiful Holiday Villa situated in the exclusive residential district Fuente del Gallo. It has recently been renovated in modern style - and is very well equipped. A special highlight is the pool of 11 m and the large Porch with barbecue area and Chill-out furniture.
The villa offers much space with 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms for up to 8 persons.
The beautiful sandy beach of Fuente Del Gallo is only about 200 meters from the house away.

It is a nice villa. We were unlucky that the previous guests had been there 1 month so they were rushing to clean it as probably needed more than usual, so all the floors were wet on arrival.
Negatives:
1Air con is in 1 room out of 4. This could be clearer in the description. There is another air con unit outside 3 bedrooms, and then one in lounge.
Pool lights didn’t work whole week we were there.
BBQ has instructions how to light without the self ignition but if you have started cooking and turn the gas off, but then need cook something more, the grills are hot and difficult to then reignite. They should fix this.

It’s well located, beach end of the road, decent sized rooms and very nice kitchen and lounge. Nice seating areas for food inside and out.

My wife and I, our two adult children and my elderly mother had a fantastic week at Villa Marko. The villa is extremely comfortable, very well laid out and furnished and equipped to a very high standard. The pool and outdoor areas are fantastic. And the location in Fuente del Gallo is brilliant — very close to a lovely beach and nice and quiet while being close enough to walk to restaurants and bars. Our favourite holiday rental in years, we hope to return soon.

Wir haben 10 Tage über Ostern 2024 in der Villa Marko verbracht. Das Wetter war wechselhaft, das Haus hat es uns leicht gemacht, die ersten Tage bei Regen und Kälte äußerst angenehm zu verbringen. Das Haus entspricht in allem den Bildern und Beschreibungen, wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Während des Aufenthalts fiel uns auf, dass einiges fehlte (z.B. Teekanne oder ausreichend Geschirrtücher) oder nicht einem 5*- Standard entsprachen (z.B. Messer oder blinde Gläser). Daher hier ein kleiner Abzug. Dennoch empfehlen wir die Villa Marko gern weiter und würden sie erneut für uns buchen.

Excellent holiday stay.
We have enjoyed the stay in Villa Marko very much. Everything was fine, including villa, neighbourhood, beach, weather and a very beautiful village Conil with plenty of restaurants. The ovner was very friendly and helpfull. We highly recommend this place. We are going to come back.

Tranquilo e ideal para familias
Un lugar muy tranquilo, fuera del bullicio de Conil. A 3 minutos de la playa andando. La casa tal como se ve en el anuncio. Amplia, muy luminosa, bien equipada (muy buenos electrodomésticos, menaje, etcétera) y limpia. Lo hemos pasado muy bien y, sin duda, repetiríamos.

Fantastic property and location
The villa is wonderful, very well laid out and furnished. Unlike other villas we’ve stayed in before, the pictures are very accurate. The garden and pool area are fab, and the owner was very helpful when we needed him. It’s a short walk away from the beach, shop, restaurants and bar (5 mins). About 30-40 mins walk into Conil (on the beach) or a short taxi ride (about €9). The first villa we are seriously considering returning to.

Sonnenbaden, entspanntes Lesen und Spielen im Schatten der Arkaden,
ein schöner Strand zum Baden in Fußweite und ein idealer Ort für
Ausflüge mit dem Auto (z.B. Tarifa und Playa de Bolonia).
Hier sollte jeder auf seine Kosten kommen.
Damit sich die Bewertung nicht wie ein Werbeeintrag liest,
noch zwei kurze Anmerkungen an den Vermieter zur Abhilfe
1. die Badezimmertüren ließen sich von außen öffnen und
2. das Wasser im Pool war auch nach der Wartung noch trüb, schade!
Trotzdem volle Punktzahl und jederzeit wieder.

Wir durften die Villa Marko für 1 Woche mit 2 Familien bewohnen. Die Villa bekommt von uns 5 Sterne. Sie ist sehr modern und großzügig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Häusern sehr gut bestückt. Wir würden diese Villa auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und auch weiterempfehlen.
Einziges kleines Manko ist, dass drei der vier Schlafzimmer nachts etwas Verkehrslärm haben (nur bei geöffneten Fenstern). Das ist ja nicht überraschend, man kann die Lage vorher auf Google Maps anschauen. Jemand der empfindlich ist, sollte Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen. Abends auf der Terrasse aber überhaupt nicht störend, da diese zur straßenabgewandten Seite liegt.
Ansonsten alles top neu, sehr sauber und insbesondere das WLAN ist super schnell. Ich konnte ohne Probleme dort arbeiten.
Ein top Haus mit toller Lage dicht am Strand. Grosszügig, hell und sehr schöne Bäder! Wir kommen wieder.

This is a fantastic villa. Very clean & spacious with lots of natural light. Well appointed with everything you could possibly need. Outside seating areas are also excellent along with a good sized pool.
In a quiet residential street near to an excellent beach, beach bar, restaurant and a surprisingly well stocked local shop.
Conil itself is only a few minutes drive away or, even better, a 20 minute stroll along the path beside the sea or on the beach itself. There are also some lovely walks in the other direction towards Cabo Roche.
Highly recommended.

Wunderbarer Urlaub
Wir haben 10 Tage im Oktober in der Villa Marko verbracht.
Fuente de Gallo ist eine ruhige, saubere Ferienhaussiedlung, ca. 3 km von Conil entfernt. Conil ist ein sehr schöner Ort, der alles bietet, was das Ferienherz begehrt:Kleine Gassen zum Bummeln, Restaurants und Bars.
Das Haus ist groß genug für 2 Familien. Es ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass wir die wunderbaren Zutaten, die wir in den Markthallen von Cadiz und Jerezgesehen hatten, zu schönen Abendessen verarbeiten konnten. Auch die örtlichen Supermärkte bieten sehr gute Qualität an der Fischtheke und in der Gemüse- und Fleischabteilung.
Die Villa liegt nur einen kurzen Weg vom wirklich tollen Sandstrand entfernt. Dort kann man bei Ebbe unendliche Spaziergänge unternehmen oder das außerordentlich schöne Meer genießen.
Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus, dass ich jederzeit wieder buchen würde.

A fantastic villa in a great location
This is a fantastic villa - highly recommended.
Inside it was very clean, light & comfortable. Really well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The outdoor space is excellent too with plenty of seating options alongside a good sized pool.
Terrific location, in a quiet street close to the beach with a couple of excellent beach bars and a surprisingly well stocked local shop.
The very pleasant town of Conil is nearby (5 min drive or 25 min walk along the cliff tops or beach) with its multitude of bars, restaurants and other amenities.
We really could not have been happier with the Villa. It made for a perfect week.

Alles top, alle Erwartungen wurden erfüllt
Haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Conil in der Villa Marko erlebt.Schon der erste Eindruck beim Betreten, zeigt dass es sich um eine top gepflegte und gestylte Immobilie handelt.Küche lässt von der Größe und Einrichtung her keine Wünsche offen, gerade, wenn mann selber gerne kocht.Bäder alle sauber und ausreichend groß.Haben immer auf der überdachten Terasse gefrühstückt und Abends den Sun Downer in der ebenfalls überdachten Lounge Gruppe genossen.Große klasse auch der fest eingebaute, voll funktionsfähige Aussen- Gasgrill.Der Pool war nach meinem Geschmack noch etwas zu kalt, aber die Kinder haben es genossen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen tollen Blick auf den Sternenhimmel. Der Strand, wie beschrieben nur ca 200m entfernt und auch als Ausgangspunkt für Mountainbiketouren liegt die Villa MARKO ideal. Ein KmM nördlich kann mann durch blühende Landschaften direkt an der Steilküste entlang fahren. Mountainbikes gab es gut und unkompliziert bei Conilrent im Ort.Ebenfalls ideale Lage um Tagesausflüge nach Sevilla, Cadiz und Jerez zu starten. Haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Auch in der Planungsphase war Familie Thies per mail jederzeit ansprechbar, superschnelle kompetente Antworten und Anreiseinformationen. Kommen gerne wieder in die Villa Marko.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Wir waren zu viert vom 06.-16.09.2013 in der Villa Marko in Fuente del Gallo nahe Conil. Die Villa ist komplett neu renoviert und wirklich ein Traum. Es ist ausreichend Platz für gesamt 8 Personen vorhanden. Der Pool und der Garten sind das absolute Highlight. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ruhesuchende. Der Strand ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und schon steht man in einer schönen Buchten Andalusiens. Nach Conil ist es ein wenig weit zu laufen. Man benötigt unbedingt ein Auto. Wir haben tolle Ausflüge nach Vejier und Jerez gemacht.
Conil ist zwar ein Urlaubsort mit viele Bars, Kneipen und Shops jedoch noch keine hochgezogene Retorte wie viele Orte an der Mittelmeerküste. Alles in allem ein perfekter Urlaub. Auch die Reservierung über Casa Conil hat perfekt funktioniert.
Es gibt einige Restaurants in Fuente del Gallo die aber alle nicht wirklich überzeugen. In Conil hat man dagegen eine große Auswahl (Qype etc...).
Ein kleiner Supermarkt (mit frischen Körnerbrötchen:-)) ist zu Fuß in 8 Minuten zu erreichen. Für Großeinkäufe sind die anderen Märkte in fünf Autominuten zu erreichen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
