The entire property is fenced, on the property there is a parking space for 2 cars and storage room for bicycles. Two very good bicycles are available free of charge for vacationers. The apartment has a living room with comfortable seating, satellite TV, internet, a bathroom with shower and toilet. In our fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking or enjoyable meals. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric stove are of course available. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with single and double beds, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. A children's chair and baby cot can be provided for the little ones.

The Karlshagen seaside resort is the youngest on the island of Usedom and has undergone rapid development in recent years. Surrounded by extensive coniferous forests, Karlshagen is a dignified place with a pleasantly mild sea climate. The old fishing port was converted into a sports and sailing port. From here you can go on excursions to the neighboring islands or take off as an angler for deep sea fishing. In the village there are a variety of restaurants and cafes that invite you to linger. The highlight is the beach forecourt with the concert shell. Concerts or other events such as markets take place here almost every day during the season.
Karlsagen is also the starting point for long walks and bike rides on the island amidst the flat landscape. In the northern part of the island of Usedom there is also the possibility for various other leisure activities such as horse riding, tennis, bowling etc.

How to get there :: You can reach the island from all directions via the new A20. Leave this motorway at the Gützkow exit and drive in the direction of Wolgast. In Wolgast you drive on Usedom via the Peenebrück (see picture above). At the end of the village of Bannemin, turn left towards Trassenheide / Karlshagen.
