This charming home offers everything you need for your vacation retreat!
Nice with lake view room for reading, relaxing, and entertaining. Home is fully equipped with beautiful new furniture, artwork, linens, fully equipped kitchen. We want your experience here to be filled with ease and peace. The house is located on a quite cul-de-sac close to grocery stores, international restaurants, mall, and about 5 minutes drive to the number one beach in the USA, Siesta Key.

The home was very comfortable. The pool was nice and the open patio by the pool is a relaxing place to sit. The kitchen had everything I needed. Also loved the birds that the lake brought in. Enjoyed our visit.

Perfect property for a getaway with our 2 adult children. The property was very clean, in a quiet neighborhood and a 10 minute drive to Siesta Key beach. The screened in pool was a wonderful amenity. It was very peaceful in the mornings and evenings

Full discloser: I am a VRBO owner. Due to a snafu at the place we were renting for the month of February (leap year), we needed a place to stay for one night. I found this place and the owner, Roma was EXTREMELY amenable to helping us out! The place was exactly as the photos showed and it was immaculate when we arrived! Pool was clean and heated to a very desirable temp. Bed was very comfy and bathrooms were great! We would not hesitate staying again! In fact, we tried to book for Feb, 2025 but no surprise it was already taken. We highly recommend this property and anyone who rents here will not be disappointed!

Overall great experience. Well stocked kitchen. Pool & deck was perfect, used it every day. Short ride to the beach. Yard around the pool and deck was secure for our little dog. Owner was very responsive. Would love to come back.

This place was terrible. Just kidding. I found this place on a whim and I couldnt have been more pleased. Everything, and I mean everything, was absolutely beyond expectations. Please don't stay here so it will be available for us when we want to come back. The host was prompt and kind and helpful. I can't speak more highly Would come here again instantly. Best place ever.

The property is as shown on VRBO. It is well equipped and in good order. The location is convenient to Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are in good shape. The pool was a bit chilly but felt good on a warm day. We very much enjoyed the stay!

15 minutes away from the main beach on Siesta Key. Very Clean home, host has beach chairs & coolers for you to use. Pool and patio area is nice. For the $$$ I think you’d enjoy a stay here with your group over a small condo or hotel room. Great value if you are looking to stay at this price range.

This house was easy to find, great location, clean, comfortable. I slept like a baby, it felt like I was in my own home. The house is close to everything! Roma keeps the house stocked with essentials that we usually forget..so that was fantastic. There are beach chairs and an umbrella to bring to the beach, a book full of local recommendations to try, extra towels, bathroom soaps,etc. Thank you so much for letting us use your home!

We loved this property! The mature landscaping is beautiful, the pool was nice and clean, and the table outside was a perfect area for coffee and breakfast. The master bedroom had a very comfortable bed. And the couch in the room next to the pool was a great place for a nap after the beach. 😊 would definitely stay here again!

The home was very clean and nicely layed out. We were very comfortable and were even able to spend most of the time outside in June because of the nice covered patio. We loved watching all the turtles, minnows, cranes and especially the swamp chickens with their two babies. Thank you for opening your home.

We loved this property. My sister and I stayed here. The house was clean and inviting with everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. Our brother and his girlfriend joined us for a couple of days and there was of room for everyone. Would love to stay here again. Host was responsive to questions during the check in process and provided all the home and area information we needed.

This house was so comfortable and extremely clean. The owner was accommodating and responsive. Our group especially loved the heated pool and the lake steps from the backyard. The amenities inside the house were top notch and appliances were new. Shampoo, conditioner & body wash in both bathrooms was a plus! The house is located on a dead-end street and was extremely quiet! We will definitely look into renting again should we find ourselves in Sarasota again!

Wonderful home to vacation in while enjoying Sarasota and very close to Siesta Key. Fully stocked home which makes staying there so convenient. Nice quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac near a beautiful pond. I enjoyed watching the ducks and birds in the morning with my coffee. Your home also has amenities that come in handy when vacationing. (Coolers, beach chairs, pool, foosball, pool table, washer/dryer, etc..) We loved our stay at your home and would recommend to anyone who is considering staying with you.

This house has everything you need, Literally! Keypad gave us a hard time unlocking at first which was a little frustrating. You have everything close by if needed, grocery store, pharmacies, and YES, the beach.

Came back to Siesta Key for the second year in a row. Love the area! This rental home was great, just a few short miles to the beaches. We were very comfortable, feels like a home away from home. Roma leaves extras for your use, which was very appreciated. Extra beach towels, detergents, trash bags, things like that. Kitchen was stocked appropriately. The pool was super and got used a lot. The small lake behind the house was great to see birds and tons of turtles. Beds were very comfortable. Very pleased with everything!
