Two dads with four teenage girls, and we all loved the place. It's about 3 minutes from Deer Valley and the bus stops right in front of the condos. Can't beat it. The girls went back and forth on the bus without any issues.
The unit is very clean and well cared for. The furniture is all relatively new and doesn't show any signs of wear/tear. Owners were a delight to deal with.
I would certainly stay there again!

Our family spent the holiday week in Park City skiing at Deer Valley. We really enjoyed our stay - easy walking distance to Main Street for dinners out and a quick drive or bus ride to the slopes. Dan and JoAnn were excellent hosts and the townhouse was well stocked with everything we needed. We'll definitely look to stay here again next time we're in Park City!

We love staying here - it's our second year in a row bringing our family. It's everything you want in a home away from home: comfortable, clean, convenient, quiet, and stocked with everything you'd need. It's a 3 minute bus ride to town with a stop right in front of the neighborhood. Dan makes you feel right at home and is a fantastic host. This place is 10/10 - we're looking forward to coming again next year!

We loved our trip to Deer Valley and Dan and JoAnn’s home. My husband and I stayed here with our 3 grown children, their partners and our daughters 7 week old. The house is set up perfectly and the kitchen is better stocked than any we’ve stayed in. With over 400 inches of snow, the skiing was fantastic and the property well maintained, allowing us to still walk to both Park City and Deer Valley. I highly recommend this home!!!

Dan and JoAnn's property was fantastic! There are few better locations to stay at when skiing Deer Valley/Park City. The bus line is conveniently at the mouth of the complex and the locale is super close to everything. The condo was well appointed, clean and cozy. Would absolutely stay here again!

Dan was great. Great communication, via email or text. Any questions we had, he immediately responded and gave us feedback or additional instructions.
We were also extremely pleased with how well stocked this house was. It had all of the cooking apparatus that you could ask for, and also had things like aluminum foil, zip lock bags, etc. They had sufficient linens, towels, etc., as well as toiletries (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner).
In addition, the house was centrally located. Even with all of the snow, it was easy to walk to Downtown Park City and to the Deer Valley Resort area. We preferred to walk over drive due to the amount of snow, and our lack of experience driving in snow we chose to walk most of the time. The property is less than 1 mile from each of these destinations.
In addition, the house was very spacious. It has 3 floors and each floor has a bathroom. It easily fits 3 couples/families, and it gives everyone their own "floor" / personal space.
If we do visit Park City again, we would definitely look up this home to stay at again.

Great place in beautiful Park City; very clean, spacious, comfortable, well-stocked townhouse, feels more like a home rather than a rental property. Location is perfect, away from traffic noise and bustling Main Street, but also easy ~7-minute drive to Park City Mountain or Deer Valley lifts, or super-easy 3-minute walk to Park City free shuttle. Kitchen and laundry have everything you need, beds & bedrooms are all very comfortable and clean. TV’s/tech all current and easily accessible. Jacuzzi on the 3rd floor deck is fabulous, nestled into the private hillside, surrounded by beautiful woods.
Dan & JoAnn are wonderful and efficient hosts; they sent detailed household info well ahead of our arrival, and answered any questions we had within minutes. We had a very minor maintenance issue with one of the showers, and they had a repairman onsite within an hour and the problem was fixed! The garage length is a bit snug, but *just* fit our Toyota Sienna minivan, with an inch or two to spare.
For what it's worth, I'm one of those "research every last detail, figure out the floor plan of a place based on the listing photos, Google map everything in the area" type of people, and I would 100% stay here again. If your dates are available, book it now!

Fabulous Location, Great Condo
Our family of 5 stayed in this condo and it was wonderful. Extremely spacious- we could have easily shared with another family. Everyone had their own bedroom and room to spread out. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. We generally took the shuttle to the mountain in the morning (we skied mainly at Deer Valley) and walked to town in the evening. It's an easy walk- about 15 minutes. The shuttle will also take you into town. The shuttle stop is at the entrance to the complex, about a 5 minute walk. We walked down a steep snow bank as a short cut but you can also walk around on the paved driveway. Getting home at the end of the day is a steep walk up to the unit, but manageable. The condo is well stocked and clean. Beds were all very comfortable. Games and hot tub were a bonus. The owners were a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this condo.

Fantastic Property
We were so happy with out stay at this property during our recent trip to Deer Valley. Our family had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable, the property was well-stocked with all the items we might need during our stay and the location was perfect for getting to the ski hill each day. We stayed at this home for about 3 weeks in Summer 2021. The home is well located in Deer Valley, was very spacious and comfortable, well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms, and had up to date features. Overall, it could not have been more pleasant for our family of 5 and probably could have accommodated another 5 people comfortably.
