About this house rental
Located near Spring Brook's golf course, this spacious, five bedroom home has two floors plus a finished basement complete with game room. The home's exterior features a wrap around deck, a covered rear deck, gas grill and a fire pit. Perfect for multifamily or group gatherings, it sleeps a maximum of 14 people.
The main floor offers a private master bedroom with king bed, TV (a variety of streaming services are included on the TV's throughout the home, including Netflix, Hulu, Prime, Disney+, YouTube TV and Locast - please provide your own login) and an en suite bathroom. The fully furnished kitchen is well stocked and opens up to the rustic dining room. Guests will be swept away by the chimney gas fireplace and cathedral ceilings of the living room. Relax on the queen sofa sleeper in front of the large flat screen TV complete with a home theater system and DVD player. There is also an additional half bath on main floor for guest convenience.
Head upstairs for two more bedrooms each with a queen bed and TV. A full bathroom will accommodate the occupants of both upstairs bedrooms without having to make the trip down to the main level.
The lower level boasts a finished basement with a cozy family room equipped with a large flat screen TV, a home theater system and DVD player. For fun and games, there is also a pool table, dart board, a foosball table, and various board games. Also, the fourth and fifth bedrooms (queen bed in each) provide additional sleeping accommodations with yet another full bathroom to share.
The garage is not included and until further notice the home does not have use of the whirlpool tub in the master bathroom. Wi-Fi is complimentary but guests are to provide devices.
The house is also in close proximity to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Home sleeps maximum of 14, rates based on 10 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.
Must be 18 years of age or older to make a reservation. When not in a family setting – everyone staying must be 18 years of age or older.

Nice house and neighborhood. Location was great and close to attractions, restaurants and grocery stores. The pool was close and very nice. Maintenance came in a timely manner and was very friendly

We very much enjoyed our stay. House was clean, rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Property manager was easy to work with. As other reviews mention, some furniture is a bit worn down and some rooms are in need of fresh paint but that didn’t get in the way of our enjoyment.

Enjoyed our stay, except All ceiling fans very dusty. We had to clean the one above the food table before using.The carpet going to lower lever was so filthy and dirty looking. Dead bugs in pull out bed.

Lots of room for our group of 11. House was clean, decorated nicely and well stocked. House was however in need of updating. Carpets dirty, furniture was worn and some broken, several lights burnt out, door locks difficult to use. Back patio was very nice with bbq and fire pit.

We had a wonderful time in this large property. It was close to everything we wanted to see. We enjoyed the use of both the indoor and outdoor pool. We loved the back patio and fire pit. We liked having the pool table too.

Great girls weekend getaway!
The property was spacious and located in the perfect spot. We could walk to the clubhouse, restaurant and pool. We especially loved the firepit and grill! I would recommend and rent again! Thank you.

Need a better cleaning
Carpet were very dirty, spider webs, dusty lighting. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms clean. Overall experience was very nice.

Great retreat
The process of the property of checking in was seamless. Nice location me and some friends went on a skiing trip.the only problem i had was the cleaness the carpet needs to be replaced. It was a lot of dust it needs a deeper clean.

A great place for multiple families to all have their own space.
This three level property allowed for three families to space out and also have a good time in the common areas. It is well equipped and in a great location. We had a wonderful time. Only suggestion would be replacement of the worn out carpet.

Perfect location
The property was what we had expected. It was clean, great location. We could walk to the pool. The pool was clean and very large. The dining room was nice and had a good variety on their menu. Our location was also within 2 miles to local attractions and restaurants.

Great layout
6 adults and 4 children. The layout was perfect as each family had their own space. And own bathrooms. The large two story great room is a great spot to relax and watch the fire.

It could be better
This place is not a resort with people coming and spend they’re vacation. There’s people living all year round, very rude neighbours, they make you feel like you were not suposed to be in vacation just because they don’t 😂😂. You gotta be carefull with your kids, if they step on they’re property they get very mad... if you’re looking to have fun and relax... choose another place with less frustrated people.

Great spot for big group
Not easy to accommodate eight on a group trip. Berry Bear was perfect. Lots of bathrooms and space for everyone to do their own thing. Close to shopping, restaurants and activities.

Repeat offenders
This is our 2nd Thanksgiving at Beary Bear. It is the perfect size for 10 adults. We'd love a ramp at the back door as we do have one wheelchair bound person. And some dish soap, like Dawn, would have been helpful. Otherwise the place has everything you need. Maybe get new dart and pool cue tips. Carpet in downstairs bedroom by bathroom has chunks stuck in it. We'll be back. Nice new firepit and grill. Workout equipment at the lodge is a joke, mostly broken. Deep fried food at the bar made us all sick.

House was awesome! Couple broken items (pool cue, screen spurs had trouble licking, outside light) grass wasn't cut kind of long but the house itself was perfect for our bday bash. Great location

Loved the place
The house we rented was beautiful, and very spacious for a party of 12. Kids had a blast running up and down and playing pool and board games. The tri level house with a front porch in a wooded lot close to all the major shopping and groceries and water park. What else you could ask for. The first day we had an issue connecting to internet, we called the office and they immediately sent a technician to fix the issue. Thank you for taking care of our needs and letting us stay. Great place
Very nice time, we had people from 83 to 19, alll had a great time including a kickball game. Everryone had enough space to include some quiet time. Thanks Springbrook

Great family gathering space
We celebrated our 40th anniversary with our kids and grandkids at the Berry Bear Depot. We enjoyed the spacious gathering areas, big front and back decks, pool table and game area in the lower level, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds with extra pillows and blankets, and the rustic decor. We had a great time and would recommend this house and the Spring Brook resort area.
