The Moose House is designed with entertainment space in mind. An enormous common area where your crew can play pool & shuffleboard, where dozens can dine or just relax by a big glassed-in fireplace. Just outside sits a tennis court, which looks down over a beautiful pond and small beach area - great for fishing, swimming, kayaking (feel free to bring your own) or just skipping stones.

Did we mention the Moose House is less than five miles from Elk Mountain Ski Resort? Well, it is. Spend a day on the slopes, then get back to a warm fire and a game of long board and a delicious home-cooked meal.

This house is set up for fun! Stayed for only 2 nights (wish it was more) with our two boys and two other families. Easy access to Elk for a great day of skiing and came home to the Moose house where we enjoyed the hot tub and all of the other fun amenities this unique property had to offer. The 6 kids had a perfect sleeping set up in the upstairs loft, just wish there were better sleeping arrangements for the adults (only one double room downstairs… the other two rooms had bunks), but we knew those were our options when we booked. Would be happy to come back in the summer when we can better enjoy the fantastic outdoor space, pond, kayaks, etc.

The house was very close to Elk Mountain ski resort, which was very important to us. After a day of skiing, there was plenty to keep the family busy with the hot tub, pool table, and shuffle board.

Had a fantastic time with friends ringing in the new year. The hot tub and shuffleboard table were highlights, but the entire place is awesome and we had a great experience from booking all the way through check-out. Highly recommend!

The property was amazing for a group get together. Fairly secluded and great indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces. Very well stocked kitchen for preparing large group meals. WiFi is not the fastest and cell service is spotty, but there are plenty of other options to keep busy. We all had a wonderful time!

I can not get over how perfect everything was. We arrived Friday afternoon and started setting up for our wedding and when we were unable to find something I texted Sandy and she got right back. She came Saturday morning to get out pool noodles for the kids and to check up on everything and how we were doing. We received so many compliments on the location. Our guest were taking their own family photos by the pond and could not get over how beautiful it all was. I still can't get over how beautiful it is. Everyone was able to stay cool by jumping into the pond after the ceremony and having a wonderful breeze coming off the pond. The whole weekend was perfect. We will definitely be booking again for big family events.
