With water views of Jervis Bay and 100m from Nelson Beach and Plantation Point, this ever popular holiday home provides all that is needed to enjoy a weekend away or a longer stay by the seaside.

As you walk in, you are presented with a stairwell that leads upstairs to 4 bedrooms (3 with water views) and the bathroom or off to the left is a kids retreat/playroom. Off to the right is a spacious comfortable lounge room that leads to the dining area and a rumpus or media room. The kitchen and meals area is on the ground floor also and leads you out to an undercover outdoor dining area. The laundry and 2nd toilet is also located on ground level as well. The kids will be safe in a 2 tiered landscaped backyard, with lockable side access gates.

Outdoor undercover dining with outdoor setting for 10 plus gas Barbecue.

Linen

Linen is included all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, doonas and blankets, bath towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

The house was clean & tidy with one renovated bathroom. Location was fantastic within walking distance to the beach & approximately a 10 minute drive to Huskisson if you want to eat out. Vincentia local amenities stores are a couple of minutes up the road by car. We were 2 families staying in the house & although we had a positive experience overall, having only one bathroom to share between us was a nightmare. The house can do with another bathroom & given the size of the laundry, I’m sure a small reno incorporating a second shower would do wonders. Second problem was the NO SIGNAL. We were aware that Wi-Fi was not on offer but were told that there was a very strong 5G network but there wasn’t. My husband could not send or receive any messages or emails unless he walked outside to the middle of the road.

We loved our stay in this oversized, family friendly home. Just a street away from Nelson’s beach, short strolls to Blenheim Beach and many scenic walking track. Short drive to Vencentia village and Huskinson. The house had everything we needed for our week long stay. As other reviews have suggested, the only downside is the lack of phone reception and no wifi connection. A wired internet connection would make this house a 10/10 and we would definitely be back again

This house was clean and tidy. It is very much suited to a family with an enclosed backyard. Everything we needed was there. Great location. Internet connection was the only problem with wifi not provided and the signal very weak at that location. Overall I highly recommend this property.

Pleasant house with great access to a beautiful beach. Worth noting that the mobile reception is terrible (both Telstra and Optus) so combined with no wifi be prepared to be without internet! No issues for us but could be an issue if you have to work.

Great Location

Great Location

A spacious house that two families can enjoy. A fabulous outdoor entertaining area and yard for the kids. Beach is a 2 minute walk to Nelson Beach/Plantation Point which we were thrilled about. Bike track for riding was great too. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay at this home. Loved being so close to the beach, the reserve, and local shops. Property management were easy to contact if needed, and very helpful for our stay. Would recommend anyone staying here - as long as you can get up and down stairs.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely 7 days at the house, it was perfect for what we needed. Close to the beach, plenty of room for two families, clean and tidy, great outdoor space which was enclosed which was good peace of mind if you have a toddler, and a large solid outdoor table setting. The rooms were clean and tidy with comfy beds and new towels and sheets provide. We would definitely stay there again.
