About this apartment rental
Welcome to our apartment and in the beautiful Zingst on the wonderful Darß.
In 2017 we completely modernized and lovingly refurbished our modern apartment over two floors.
It is suitable for up to 5 people (max. 4 adults and 1 baby / toddler).
The apartment is about 56 square meters, bright, sunny, in a quiet location, but very central and only a few minutes' walk from the harbor or the kilometer-long sandy beach. Shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars and the harbor are in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is located in a holiday home with 5 units and is particularly suitable for families with children, as it is equipped with a stair gate in addition to a high chair, cot and baby monitor.
The apartment is comfortably furnished and divided as follows:
> Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (including e.g. Microwave, coffee machine, Tassimo), dining area, living area (with TV and radio with CD, DAB, FM, Bluetooth and USB), hall and toilet,
> Basement: two bedrooms (one with a double bed, another with two single beds and a CD radio) and shower room (of course there is a hair dryer).
Both bathrooms are daylight bathrooms.
The entire basement has underfloor heating.
Our apartment has a south-facing balcony with patio furniture, where you can make yourself comfortable. All windows are provided with insect protection and equipped with external shutters.
You are welcome to park your bicycles, which you can bring or rent in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, in the bicycle shed behind the house.
A car parking space is available directly at the house and reserved exclusively for you.
It is only about 800m to the kilometer-long sandy beach.
The Zingster Boddenhafen is about 300m away.
Since the apartment is in the center, there are restaurants (approx. 100m), bakeries (approx. 100m), pharmacy, supermarkets, butchers, boutiques, banks, bike rental, etc. in the immediate vicinity.
The Hanseatic cities of Rostock (with its ZOO) and Stralsund (with the Ozeaneum and the Oceanography Museum) as the gateway to the island of Rügen, the Vogelpark Marlow, Warnemünde and the Erdbeerhof in Rövershagen are just a few of the destinations in the area. You can also take boat trips to the island of Hiddensee, Bodden tours, e.g. B. with the paddle steamer, or even horse-drawn carriage rides.
The rental price includes WiFi, electricity, water and heating. In the apartment there is also a vacuum cleaner and a Leifheit stand dryer.
Bed linen and towels are not included. You are welcome to book a towel / bed linen package for a small fee (currently € 18). If you are interested, please contact us.
The final cleaning costs 70 EUR.
The handing over and acceptance of the apartment takes place personally and directly on site. This means no additional effort for you.

Ausstattung Wohnung, Lage
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief, freundlich und reibungslos mit einer schnellen Rückmeldung auf Fragen.
Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, schön eingerichtet und insbesondere für kleinere Kinder sehr gut ausgestattet. Vom Kinderstuhl, Kinderbett über Spielsachen, Kindergeschirr bis hin zum Nachtlicht war alles vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf zwei Etagen, wobei hier sogar ein Treppengitter vorhanden war.
Auch die Lage war sehr zentral und alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiter empfehlen.

Tolle, helle FeWo in zentraler Lage. Fünf min zum Hafen und schnell zum Einkaufen um die Ecke. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Gerne wieder. Nur mit den Kurkarten hat es nicht gleich geklappt.

Das Objekt ist für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet(schmale und steile Treppe, da die Wohnung in 2 Ebenen liegt. Für die Anzahl der Fahrräder und Abfalltonnen ist der Schuppen zu klein. In der Wh fehlt eine Informationsmappe zur Nutzung vom Fernseher, Radio, Herd, Microwelle, Spülmaschine

1. Corona-Mücken-Urlaub
Wohnung zentral gelegen, täglicher Bedarf (Bäcker, Lebensmittel) fußläufig schnell und umfangreich erreichbar, schöne Spaziergänge und Touren mit dem Rad möglich. Uns hat das Flair im Hafen besonders gut gefallen und die Stimmung am Bodden überhaupt.

Super gelegene Wohnung mit allem was man braucht
Guter Gesamt Eindruck mit allem was man braucht.
Sauber und nicht soviel Dekogedöns wie sonst oft.
Mein Apell wie jedes Jahr an alle Vermieter: Eine stinknormale Kaffeemaschine würde bestimmt(auf jeden Fall uns) viele glücklicher machen als Schnickschnack Maschinen mit zu vielen Knöppen ;-)
Die Schlafzimmer und das Bad sind im Keller mit sehr steile Treppe. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und der Vermieter war sehr freundliche und hat schnell geantwortet. Die Kommunikation vor Ort war nicht so gut, aber wir sind mit kleinen Problemchen letztendlich zum Ziel gekommen.

Die Ferienwohnung war ruhig gelegen und perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in und um Zingst geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank!!

Ein sehr erhosamer Urlaub
Die Lage des Objektes ist hervorragend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele Gaststätten und der Hafen sind binnen weniger Minuten zu erreichen, nur zum Strand dauert es ein wenig länger. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Einzig die steile und schmale Treppe zu den Schlafräumen und zur Dusche ist zu bemängeln. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Lediglich die Kombination Fernsehgerät/Satellitenreceiver ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und etwas umständlich zu bedienen.
Das schnelle Internet per Wlan ist sehr gut.

Wohnung in ruhiger, zentraler Lage
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und zentral. Schön ist auch der sonnige Balkon.
Die Wohnung und auch das ganze Haus ist bedingt durch den Fliesenboden sehr hellhörig.
Die Parkplatzsituation ist für ein großes Auto mit Fahrradträger grenzwertig.

Top Lage, Auto kann man stehen lassen, Fahrrad ausleihen und los geht es. Schöne Unterkunft, aber ein kleines Problem ist die doch steile,enge Treppe, rutschig. Hat Spaß gemacht und kann man nur empfehlen.

Empfehlenswerte FeWo in Zingst
Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral in Zingst, fußläufig sind der Boddenhafen und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (EDEKA) zu erreichen. Bis zum Strand ist es etwas weiter (einmal durch Zingst durch). In der Ferienwohnung haben wir uns wohl gefühlt, es war alles da, was man braucht. Unsere Gastronomieempfehlungen: Strandkate und Cafe Rosengarten.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Zingst verlebt. Das Wetter hat gepasst und die Ferienwohnung war ein Traum. Zentral,doch sehr ruhig gelegen,war alles vorhanden,was man sich wünscht. Ruhig gelegene FeWo
Über das Objekt wurde hier ja schon einiges geschrieben. Die FeWo liegt von der Strasse zurückversetzt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Sehr positiv sei zu erwähnen, dass man alles was man benötigt vor der Haustür hat. Der gutsortierte Edeka Markt mit seinem integrierten Bäcker liegt ca. 4 min Fußweg entfernt. Der Boddenhafen ist ebenfalls in 4 min erreichbar. Zum Strand hat man ca. 15 Gehminuten.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben hier zu zweit 9 sehr schöne Ferientage verbracht. Die Wohnung befindet sich zentral in Zingst, ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig, da "zweiter Reihe" gelegen. Der Hafen am Bodden ist zu Fuß in 3 min. zu erreichen, die Seebrücke mit angrenzendem Strand mit dem Fahrrad in max. 10 min. Die Ausstattung kann man als gehoben bezeichnen. Die Elektrogeräte sind allesamt wie neu und sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden. Sie ist etwas ungewöhnlich geschnitten - z.B. befindet sich die Toilette im oberen Bad, während die Dusche im unteren Bad zu finden ist. Im unteren Geschoss befinden sich auch die Schlafzimmer. Das tat dem Wohlfühlfaktor für uns allerdings keinen Abbruch. Auf dem Balkon kann man mit 2 Personen sehr gut sitzen, ab 3 Personen wird es langsam eng.
Sowohl der Kontakt zur Hausverwaltung als auch zum Vermieter war einwandfrei. Es gibt nichts zu meckern.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Urlaub mit Baby war prima
Wir haben hier eine tolle Woche verbracht. Mein Baby ist 7 Monate alt und alles hat prima funktioniert. Hier vielleicht ein paar Hinweise für euch, wenn ihr auch ein Baby habt und überlegt die Wohnung zu buchen:
- die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen
- die Schlafzimmer sind im Souterrain und daher schön kühl, außerdem mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet, was bei den vielen Mücken wichtig ist
- Babybett und Matratze, Hochstuhl und Spielzeug sind vorhanden
- es gibt keine Badewanne und die Dusche ist ebenerdig, d.h. Baden funktioniert nicht, was aber kein Problem für uns war
- die Wohnzimmertür klemmt, also ist es schwierig die Tür leise zuzumachen
- die Schlafzimmer sind durch eine steile Treppe zu erreichen
Die beiden letzten Punkte würde ich aber nur als kleinen Minuspunkt sehen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Auch die Küche war super ausgestattet, was bei Ferienwohnung nicht oft der Fall ist.
