About this house rental

The standig individually holiday home, built in 1670 and renovated in 2020 is functional and in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For common use are available: sunbathing area, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and fire place.LocationHorní Malá Úpa, district Upper Mala Upa, 1090 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm, open plot with meadow. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Direct view of the highest mountain Sněžka. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking in the summer at the house, in winter on the central car park (300 meters) for a fee. Specialelectric heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite. Available all TV programs that are not coded, SAT Skylink are - Astra 1 and 3. PoolOutdoor pool (diameter 2.5 m, depth 1 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of July to the end of August. Dogsallowed, CZK 100.00/pet per day. DistancesShopping opportunity 15 km, restaurant 300 m, town center 400 m. indoor swimming pool, sauna, discotheque each 400 m in Malá Upa. Railway line 15 km. Main road 400 m. Tennis court 400 m. Trutnov with indoor pool, bowling, ice rink and recreational opportunities 30 km. Border crossing to Poland 500 m.In summer: Bathing possibility 30 km in Trutnov (beach with meadow and sand). tennis, mini golf each 400 m in Malá Upa. golf in Ml. Buky 22 km. Swimming and surfing in Poland 20 km.In the winter: Ski lift 400 m in Malá Upa. Ski area 100 m in Malá Upa (absahnen). Malá Upa: trail 200 m and ski rental, ski school, ice skating each 400 m. Another 5 ski lifts in the area. Another lift (1000 m long) in the center. Ski center Pec pod Snezkou 16 km.
