About this villa rental

Indulge into the lush countryside of St.Ann Jamaica and enjoy a stylish, luxurious home for your vacation or wedding stay in Jamaica - located on gentle falling hill, 2 mins from the ocean, providing the uttermost privacy and security. The house is located in a upscale gated community.

Completed on August 1st 2016, this property includes 2 suites ( big bedroom, walk-in-closet, spacious bathroom), a big pool and sufficient pool deck area with gazebo, a rooftop on the 3rd floor, a ultra-modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a big living room with a powder-room, a sun-rooftop, several porches and decks for relaxation.

TV´s in the bedroom feature cable with international channels, incl. HBO and MAX. Wireless internet is available throughout the whole property.
Airport Transfers can be arranged at additional charge

Housekeeping is included, Chef is available upon request

We arrived to the villa for our first stay in Jamaica for 8 days this summer, the house is absolutely beautiful and well upkept. The home's architecture resembles a modern spanish villa with beautiful glass and accent walls throughout . We had a party of four, two couples so the house space was perfect. We were greeted by Orsi , Michaels wonderful assistant . She is knowledgeable about the area and is very warm and friendly. On the other side of the spectrum, understand that the owner is very hands-on with the property. He monitors your Energy usage. While at the home , he took the A/C remotes from us and told us that we used to much energy. We then slept in heat for the remainder of the trip. We also had a minor incident where one of the women on our trip was yelled at by the owner and threatened to be removed from the home because of semi permanent hair dye on his shower and towels. We were threatened with lawsuits and felt really uncomfortable . We bought a cleaning solution and cleaned the shower no stains were left , however at that point everyone was on edge because of the temper of the owner. I have rented numerous houses on HomeAway and never have I experienced this kind of treatment from a owner , after paying over three thousand US dollars and being asked to pay more for "damages to linen". In summary, the house is very beautiful , but I recommend staying somewhere else for the money and the peace of mind , especially if you want privacy and not be treated semi in humane.

La casa es perfecta en todos los sentidos: además de estar mantenida en estado impecable, es linda, confortable y de muy buen gusto. Está en un lugar privilegiado, un condominio seguro y a pocos minutos de las mejores atracciones de Ocho Rios. Great place, great location in gated secured community. Close to all attractions in Ocho Rios, very clean, owner on top of everything we had great time staying there, the pool was great in very private setting kitchen has all needed supplies Recommend it to small family that wants to have great private time
