Carol was very communicative. The place was immaculant. Beds were super comfortable. There were snacks on the table as well several different varieties of kuerig coffee flavors for the coffee pot. It was nice touch with being decorated for Christmas. I would definitely stay there again. And the garage was an added benefit.

A few friends and I came into the area for a wedding and were surprised at how central this home was to everything. It was clean and comfortable. The view off the back was even prettier than the pictures. We’d absolutely stay again if we’re back in town!

Very easy process

The townhome was spotless and our host provided lots of little extras (snacks, coffee, creamer, etc.) that made our stay extra comfortable. We will definitely book again next time in Alamogordo!

This was my first time using Vrbo and I was surprised how well everything turned out. Carol communicated everything clearly, the house is really nice and clean, and just about everything you need is in the house waiting for you. Being able to park my car in the garage was a huge bonus. If you're in Alamo for a few days, I don't think you'll find a better place to stay than this.

The property was stocked with all the amenities you could need. Location was ideal for White Sands National Park. Very clean property and suited all needs perfectly.

Clean as a whistle, neat as a pin, extremely well stocked and conveniently located. Large kitchen, living and dining. Will stay here if/when we come back! Carol was very accessible and generous with lots of extras!

The house was immaculate and very comfortable. Less than a mile from Caliches local frozen custard and less than a 20 minute drive to the park. We had a wonderful visit and are most grateful to our gracious and welcoming hosts who left us coffee, treats and a large botttle of water.

My wife, three teenage daughter and myself stayed at this property while visiting White Sands National Park. The property was clean and very comfortable to our family. The property owner was also very easy to work with and attentive to any questions that we had. We would recommend this property.

Rented VRBO instead of a hote so we could prepare meals and avoid restaurants during COVID. House was immaculate. Owner (Carol) was great. Instructions were clear and we had a great stay.

My family and I had the best time visiting Alamogordo and nearby Cloudcroft. The house was ideal for our stay with its location being so central to all we did. The accommodations exceeded our expectations. We would definitely book this property again without hesitation. We were sad to leave.

We stayed in December 2019. The home was clean and comfortable. We didn't do much other than sleep, but we're did use the laundry and no complaints there. Be sure to bring your toiletries. Cons: no king sized bed, master bed is really noisy, on a pretty busy street. Pros: filtered water, lovely home, nice back patio, quiet bedrooms, easy checkin/ checkout, garage provided, very spacious home. We would stay again. :)

This property has a nice floor plan and was perfect for our family (4 adults and 2 kids). Easy 30 min drive to the mountains of Cloudcroft for outdoor fun. The property is equipped with all the basic necessities minus any personal toiletries. Kitchen well stocked as well to include a waffle maker and Keurig coffee machine. Primo water dispenser also awesome. Cable and wifi was great to have as well. Owners left very clear, concise, and easy to follow instructions. We didn't need to ask any questions but owners left all necessary contact info needed. I would definitely rent this property again.

First of all, we were a little skeptical because this home was one of the only available in the area for Christmas week (we booked the beginning of November) and it didn’t have any reviews. The skepticism was absolutely unwarranted. The house is immaculate!! It worked perfectly for our 2 families’ needs. Every detail was covered including extension cords to the nightstands and a Primo purified water system. The garage fit 2 large SUV’s and the owner even provided a garage door opener. It was so nice not having to scrape tons of snow/ice off the windows every morning. There were even 4 plastic sleds in the garage. Sledding may have been the kids favorite part of the trip! I am a very particular person (just ask my wife) and I would not hesitate to book this home again. If I had any gripe at all, it would be the box spring (maybe?) in the Master was loud each time I rolled over (I toss and turn a lot) and absence of a water softener (I know this is extremely picky and no hotels/most houses don’t have them anyways). The other guests said that their beds were fine. Carol was very prompt when I had questions and provided cell numbers for her and her husband should we have any concerns at all. If your looking for a nice place to stay and $300 to $400 per night is not within your budget, don’t hesitate to book this house. You will not be disappointed!
