Ibis Castle Hill

Pretty much everything you expect from an Ibis. Staff were very helpful, especially during my 3am check-in due to a delayed flight, rooms were comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast was pretty good too!

Good for a short stay

The hotel is really easy to find and has excellent parking. We were on motorbikes and parking inside was great. The staff on reception were very helpful and friendly. The room was nothing special but ok. The location is a nice walk from Castle Hill. Breakfast was standard.

Sejur plăcut.

Hotelul este plăcut și deține parcare proprie.

Trebuie îmbunătățit serviciul de curățenie în camere. In ambele camere rezervate, au lipsit din momentul cazării și pe toată perioada sejurului, gelul de duș și săpunul lichid. Recipientele au fost goale și nu le-a completat nimeni. Doamna de la recepție este lipsită de amabilitate.

Gute Lage, bis auf ein zwei Ausnahmen sauber

Es hatte überall gefühlt 40 grad und dadurch das man die Fenster nicht richtig öffnen konnte, viel das schlafen echt schwer.

Czyste, ładnie urządzone pokoje , przyjemne łóżko , oświetlenie.

Brak wody w pokoju, lodówki oraz czajnika i herbaty / kawy chociaż na „start”.

When I'm back, I'll be staying here.

Modern style room, clean & comfortable. Excellent breakfast & dinner options. Next to Delli station but not noisy, supermarket also nearby. All boxes ticked & would stay here again if back in Budapest.

Nothing really, was happy with my stay.

Die Lage nah am Bahnhof war perfekt.

Es lagen leider lange Haare von vorherigen Gästen auf der Ablage neben dem Bett, die definitiv nicht von mir waren.

Value for Money but need to improve in Cleaning.

Situated at good location. Staffs are really good.Room size is good compared to the Price.

Room was not cleaned properly during my stay.Basic items like Iron , Tea & coffee was not provided.

Overall everything was ok

Very clean, hotel near to Danube and other restaurants, friendly and supportive staff, carpark behind the hotel and garage provided.

Pillows too small and over worn need to be changed, otherwise everything was fine.

It seemed very clean and nice. Staff was helpful and the room was pretty cozy.

Only thing that I noticed some left his pubic hair around the small bin in the bathroom.

Perfect locations and excellent chef👍

Amazing location with very kind and supportive staff. Especially thanks and appreciation from our family to check in staff Theodor. We are very pleased and satisifed with his kind attention and his supportive approach. Brekfast was very tasty and range of meals was amazing. Thanks to chef👍

One night stay prior to a river cruise. Staff was helpful, cheerful and made our stay truly pleasant.

Very good hotel for short stay. Close to castle.

The room is nice and clean, good super market nearby, bank automated cash machine availability, close to metro. Very friendly and professional staff. Breakfast very good.

some small refrigerator and kettle missing, some drinking water machine would be nice. The safe is not mounted to anything.
