The room was very clean and everything was comfortable. Our first room, the A/C, didn't work. They sent maintenance to our room immediately. Unfortunately, it continued to not work, so they promptly moved us to another room. The breakfast was great both mornings. The staff were friendly.
The only "negative" was that the A/C didn't work in our original room, so they moved us. The only room available was a King Suite. We had 2 queen beds and a couch originally because we had three adults staying in the room. Unfortunately, the one adult had to sleep on a pull-out bed instead of a comfy queen bed. It was an unfortunate change, but the hotel did what they could to accommodate us, which I appreciate.

The hotel is pretty. It makes you feel happy you booked it because pretty feels cleaner. The staff were friendly on check-in and the room is nice and really good size. Has fridge.
HOWEVER, not enough care was taken to sound proof this hotel. It’s soooo loud. I was on the 2nd floor above the pool. I could hear all the carrying on and crying until the pool closed. I could hear noises from rooms top and bottom through the vents. Somewhere there was a techno beat played continuously from mid morning until the wee dark hours. I felt like I was next to or above a club. Never did figure out where the music was coming from. I had to sleep with my tv on to drown out the music and the street noise outside. The hallways are narrow so every door that opens and closes feels like your own. The staff uses walkie-talkies so if you come back midday for a nap forget about it. You hear every towel request, toilet paper needs and beds that need making. Along with the staff hollering to each other up and down the hallway. It was overwhelming. No microwave was a bummer as well. Unfortunately, I probably wouldn’t book again.

They need more breakfast options. My babies love pancakes and waffles but the only choice they had really was cereal. And ore fruit and toppings for the yogurt. The breakfast they did serve was delicious and to my liking. Biscuits and gravy sausage and scrambled eggs

Whenever we come home to visit our family, we stay at the Hyatt Place. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. This is definitely the place to stay.

The property was agreeable.
The location of my room. I asked for a room on the first floor; however I didn’t know it was beside the broiler room. We had to endure that annoying noise all night. I would have appreciated it the clerk would have given us heads ups about this situation.

I didn’t get to experience it much. I got there late around 11pm and was out of there by 8:30,8:40am so my kid and I literally showered and went straight to bed.

The staff were the friendliest, most accommodating I’ve seen. I felt like I was on a cruise ship!
I think management should take a look at the room I stayed in. 246. It was very clean but needs to be refreshed. Deadbolt on door doesn’t function. Lower peephole cover is missing. Toilet paper hardware and one wall hanger aren’t secure in wall. Window sill surface is in disrepair. Windows are dirty on outside. Fridge cabinet door needs to be secured. Room air exhaust cover isn’t flush on wall. Bathroom exhaust filter is dusty. Carpet is stained and frayed in multiple areas. Mattresses need to be rotated or replaced due to deep depressions near side table.
Sorry: Almost forgot: door to pool wasn’t locked.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating to me and my family. I really appreciate the hospitality. We would definitely stay again.
The only thing that wasn't great was that we had a room without the darker shade. There are usually 2 shades a lighter see-through one and the darker one and our room was missing the darker one.

I liked the breakfast options. Also, the location is in a nice area that is conveniently located to where I was going while I was in Hampton.
The only "semi-complaint" is that I wish the price was a little less than what I paid, though it wasn't bad.

Upon checking in (host) was exceptional and met every special request that was in his power.

when ordering at the bar, bartender failed to make drink properly (and new this), but still had to pay full price for drink

Loud! I complained about being right next to the elevator and the noise from guests above and staff did nothing. The pool was very small and the pool room was hot while the water was cold. No towels at the pool and only 6 chairs. The shower water pressure was very weak. Very expensive room for few amenities and poor customer service. Was charged an extra $30 fee that isn’t refundable for a week.

Location and good breakfast
Very dirty room. Dog food leftovers on the ground, gum on the wall. The towels had stains on them. We requested some more pillow as the ones in the room were so flat, they told us there were no more pillows available.

The location was good. It was nice being close to the interstate and other places that I wanted to see. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The desk space in the room was nice.
My room wasn't as clean as it could have been. The windows in my room only had one window shade that worked per window and no curtains in the room. Handles on the closet and drawer were broken. There was no microwave in the room. I was staying for a couple of days. Having the ability to reheat items would have been beneficial.
