About this campground/ rv resort rental

55+ HOME IN GULF TO BAY COOP MOBILE HOME PARK on Manasota Key. Minimum stay is 4 weeks and maximum number of guests is 2. 10% discount for additional months Located on a 7 1/2 acre park, this waterfront community is a snowbirds heaven. One bedroom one bath with high ceilings and an open floor plan. Home has been remodeled with all new living room furniture, bath vanity & toilet and new smart tv’s in the living room and bedroom. High speed internet is included. Enjoy morning coffee looking out over the bay. Amenities:. Join your neighbors to watch the sun go down. HUNGRY? Stroll down beach road to restaurants, a coffee shop, and retail shops. YOUR DESIRE? fishing, swimming, boating, looking for sharks teeth, yogo running..... all available for your pleasure and just minutes away, numerous golf courses. No Pets allowed.
There is also a large recreation center, shuffleboard courts and a great Tiki hut on the beach side as well as the bay side. A fishing dock and community workshop is on the Bay side. Laundry facility is just across the street from property. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets and the Gulf and great swimming, fishing, boating and shelling. Gulf to Bay is a 55+ community and no pets allowed.

our stay was conditioned by the events of the coronavirus and what probably was a rare occurance of the odor of a dead mouse or other critter in the wall or under the unit. Given that we were there for the month of march, there was the uncertainty of the times. We arrived March 3 and left March 13, so we lost 3 weeks of our time there., The odor in the unit led us to conclude that we would be better off at home, as well as the threats of restuarants and beaches closine , and our airline flight scheduled for April 1 possibly not being able to be honored. All of this was not the fault of the landlords so we did not ask for a refund on any of the time we left on the books. So this happens once in awhile. Overall, obviously, we did not enjoy our stay.

Such a lovely location! Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Bright and airy unit with updated amenities. Owners are a joy to work with. Magnificent 😍
