About this house rental

Welcome to Lozz and Molly's place. Wake up to blue wrens, magpies, parrots and black cockatoos in this tree top cottage located a stroll away from the Bibbulmun track. Take a leisurely walk or bike ride into town via Inlet Drive, or take a short drive down to Ocean Beach, Lights Beach, Green's Pool, or Parry's Beach to surf the swell, snorkel or take a refreshing dip. Kayaking is popular on the Denmark Inlet/river.

Wineries in the area are many including Castelli Estate, Single file, Duketts Mill, Harewood Winery, Due South, Madfish, Poachers Ridge to name just a few. Berry Farms, Cheese outlets and Chocolate makers are also local attractions of note.

The accommodation can comfortably accommodate two couples comfortably. The outdoor deck has a small BBQ with outdoor chairs and a trestle table is provided. The driveway is suitable for AWD or 4WD only and has parking for one AWD/4WD car only at the top of the driveway; with another two parking bays available on the verge at the base of the driveway. (Please Note that the Driveway is steep and can be slippery. Very tricky to walk up if elderly or for young children under 5). The house is two story and has stairs up to the porch and also has stairs within the house. There is no wheel chair access due to the nature of the topography. Please note that there is no WIFI at this house.

This house is suitable for a base to see the Denmark/Albany and Walpole region or to just chill out and revitalize. Neighbours are quiet and friendly.

Noise is to be kept to a minimum (no loud music or parties).

Pet friendly, one small dog only (example jack russell size is ok). No Cats.

A very comfortable house with comfy beds and lots of hot water. Great to be able to bring our dog. Perfect location among the tall trees with such close access to Denmark centre and to the beaches. A bookcase full of brilliant books. I could happily imagine staying for a few weeks in winter just to read some of them. Ample parking on the verge as the driveway is only accessible with a 4WD. A few more steps down the garden from the house would have made it bit easier to cart all of our gear up to the house and down. But a small issue in the greater scheme of things. Lorraine was brilliant to deal with, even after we accidentally flooded a bathroom. She very kindly also let us stay an extra few hours so we could attend an unexpected funeral.

This property was wonderful to stay in. The location is ideal, nestled into the beautiful bushland (with a lovely view from the kitchen and outdoor deck). The property is perfectly situated between the town centre and the main beach, and it is only a few minutes to duck into town for what you need. The beds were comfortable and our 3 kids had a bedroom each with plenty of space. We should have bought our own pillows though, but that is personal preference. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We loved the little extras such as the dvds, books and board games available. A lovely stay, highly recommended.

We were very pleased with our stay and would definitely recommend however there is ONE things which I like to point out!! Please fix the driveway 🙏🏾🙏🏾 I almost lost control of my 4x4 vehicle due to the dangerous driveway!! Gravel over Asphalt??? Two family member fell badly ! Unfortunately despite everything else being fine i had to mention this purely because it is a safety issue. Kind regards Ben and family 🙂

This house is well appointed, clean and a short drive from the town centre. Would be perfect for a family holiday as it has three double bedrooms, a single bed, plus two bathrooms and toilets. The bed we used was comfy, the kitchen has all the utensils/cutlery you need and the house filled with lots of lovely natural light.

The property was spacious and in a relaxing bush setting. The steep driveway (that the owner warns about) could be limiting for some people. A maintenance issue was addressed speedily and efficiently by the owner. Lacking a few items that would be considered standard in a holiday house eg. bedside tables and lights, iron & ironing board and hairdryer. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Standing at the kitchen window watching the many birds outside the window was one of the many joys of this property. Hearing a flock of tiny birds flitting around outside got me up to the window each time and each time it was a delight. It was quite cold during our stay but the reverse cycle coped very well. There were times when we happy to turn it off and cool down a little. Everything was clean and tidy. All in all a lovely place to stay. Thank you!

This cosy cabin was a great getaway from the city. Had plenty of space inside, it was clean and it was warm. The only problem was walking up and down that driveway after our car almost slid off the side of the driveway as it is loose gravel. After a brief visit from the road assistance guys out there (whom were familiar with the driveway as they had been called out to it before) we decided to park on the road and not tempt fate anymore with this steep and slippery driveway. House was great. Couldn't fault it. Just the driveway.

Bracknell Holiday House was lovely to stay in. Clean and tidy with a great deck area to relax on while reading and having a glass of wine. Close to walking trails and the inlet and not far from town and the beach. Had a great time. :)

My husband, fur baby and I stayed for 4 nights over a weekend and found the property to be cosy and comfortable. The lack of curtains in the main living area was a little off-putting as the neighbours were able to see in after night fall. The size was just right for us but would feel squashy if we were to travel with another couple. The location was good - couldn't walk to town but that was ok as the forest feel was just what we were after! We would consider staying here again.

We loved this home. It had everything we could ask for and more. We would happily stay here again. Everything was as described in the advert, it's well located in a quiet spot, and yes the driveway is steep, but our front wheel drive car had no problems with it. Thank you for letting us stay in your home!
