Fabulous location and apartment - I would defintely go back!

Excellent location, great facilities, loved the space in the apartment. Owner was very helpful when I rang him.

No shower gel/shampoo and pack of instructions on how to get to property - code etc.

Bello ma sporco e scomodo, sconsiglio!

Il proprietario non ha fornito indicazioni per il check-in e quando lo abbiamo contattato per avere info è stato scostante e poco collaborativo. Ci ha consigliato un parcheggio che costa una follia e ci ha detto solo che sotto casa non si poteva arrivare per scaricare! Appartamento sporchissimo, con un costante puzza di fogna, capelli ovunque, polvere, briciole e stoviglie sporche... terribile, abbiamo avuto una sensazione di disagio bruttissima. Ho pulito personalmente l'appartamento perché il proprietario non ci avrebbe mandato nessuno!! Scala interna molto ripida e pericolosa, sconsigliato a chi ha bambini!!!

We’d definitely return - with lighter bags!!

The proximity to shops/markets & port was fantastic! - right in the middle of it all and I loved that!

Not much, it was a great spot - the only little thing was how low the roofline was upstairs was - 2 bruised heads!! The flights up to our floor was tough, but good exercise!!

Beautiful apartment, with fantastic location

Ambiance, location in old town, beautiful apartment, washing machine with dryer. Beautiful decor, enough room for 4 adults. 3 flights of stairs so you get enough exercise

Cleaning lady didnt leave toilet paper, and left towels in washing machine.

A must stay

Beautiful apartment, fantastic location. Set right in the middle if the old town, with shops all around!!Great decor. Very comfortable

3 flights of stairs so make sure you are fit, we got loads of exercise, not actually a bad thing

Pleasant apartment on the 3rd floor of an old building without a lift or parking nearby.

Comfortable and modern. It had 2 full bathrooms which is great since there were 2 bedrooms.

We couldn’t park our car near the apartment since it is in the old town plus we had to pay for parking and carry all our luggage to the apartment and then up 3 large flights of stairs which is not easy. We did not realise this when we booked the apartment. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs is not suitable for tall people as both rooms have a slanting ceiling.

A little to crowded location for us. Nice apartment. The aircon in the living room was not strong enough to keep a low temperature at the top floor bed during the night, but ok with fan. Good aircon in the bedroom. Cleaning could have been better.

Superb

Location - slap bang in middle of Old Town Antibes. Perfect for immediate access to the atmosphere of restaurants, bars and shops. The old town is a wow place to stay. Property - very clean! Well equipped bathroom with excellent hot water supply. AC kept apartment andd bedrooms cool. The owner/manager very organised pre-trip with communication and quickly supportive for additional requests post-arrival. Very flexible response to late-checkout for our daughters who had later flight home.

No complaints - just to reaffirm that mezzanine bed area would not be suitable for older people or less mobile due to restricted stair access.

This property has potential to be excellent, but the owner needs to address the hygiene side of it!

Modern & fantastic facilities inside the apartment, Towels were fluffy, location is excellent, Air con was sufficient for this time of year, dishwasher & washing machine was a pleasant surprise

3rd floor accommodation with no lift, carrying a 23kg suitcase up the stairs was a challenge! The apartment is in need of a deep clean, some skirting boards and surfaces were dirty. Beds were very budget & uncomfortable, choice of bedding did not feel fresh and we both ended getting badly bitten after each night of sleeping in the beds with what looks like bed bug bites!! Bedroom storage was unusable as the cupboards and drawers are cluttered with spare sheets, blankets, pillows etc (not 1 empty drawer). 1 pair of curtains is being used between 2 windows (1 curtain on each window meant daylight gaps) which is not great for continued sleep after the sun rises.

Fabulous location, nicely furnished.

The stairs to the mezzanine bedroom were extremely steep and it was precarious to descend, the addition of a handrail would be beneficial. We didn’t have towels at first but we found them in the washer but still damp so had to dry them before we could use them.

Lovely location spoilt by not being able to park outside to drop bags and 3rd floor with no lift

Old Antibes is lovely. The location is very central and very easy to go to the square downstairs and walk around

3 things really impacted our short stay: 1/. You can't park outside to be able to drop off your bags. I had to park about 1km away and roll our suitcases along the cobble streets in the hot sun to get to the location. 2/. The apartment in on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. With heavy suitcases this killed my back. 3/. The cleaner / host had clearly left the window open and there was a swarm of mosquitos to greet us when we arrives

Wonderful location

I was on holiday with my husband and child (9 years). The location was great, we loved the place. The owner of the apartment was very helpful. The apartment was clean and we had every we needed.

It was very important for us to have two separate sleeping rooms, but we were not able to use the room on the second floor at all. The temperature there was so hot that our child or we had to sleep on the couch in the living room. The couch was comfortable , but we did pay for two sleeping rooms. I hope that the owner will get a fan, so that this issue can be solved.

Exceptional

superb and modern apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & fully equipped kitchen incl dishwasher & washing machine right in the heart of old town Antibes, only 2 minutes from central parking place in Antibes. Big TV in living room & 1 bedroom with not only sat-tv but also with Canal+, Netflix & Amazon Prime Video!!! 2 x air condition made the stay very convenient. Host is friendly. Only the bed-area on the 2nd floor has a very stee staircase and might get a little too warm in a hot summer as the airco doesn’t blow in that area. But for me in June with approx 24 degrees in Antibes it was fine with the temperature as there is also a big window which can be opened for fresh air. I can fully recommend the apartment: ideal location, modern & space and very convenient!

Host Bryan was excellent, location fantastic and apartment central and bright and modern

Location, location, location! right in the centre of old town Antibes and close to everything. The apartment was also very clean and modern. Host Bryan was very welcoming and even went out of his way to give us the keys earlier than we had originally planned.

If you cannot manage stairs this may not be for you, as is located on the third (top) floor with no access to a lift. Worth it if you don;t mind stairs!
