The detached holiday home built in 1994, was renovated in 2018 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. This property is a family-friendly accomodation. For shared use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, Hollywood swing and courtyard.LocationHévíz, 200 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 720 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce.
