Sparkling ocean views & breezy double sundecks, enhance this airy, light filled 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home. This reverse floorplan home boast all the living spaces on the second floor for the best views of the ocean and beach. The open layout of the living room, dining area and kitchen allow your entire group to stay connected. The dining table seats 8 with a second table that seats 2-4, plus 4 may sit at the counter of the modern kitchen. The comfortable living room is perfect for movie night on the huge flatscreen TV and has sliders leading out to an oceanfront sun deck. This oceanfront home puts the beach at your feet. Enjoy relaxing on either the oceanfront sun deck or some shade on the covered deck. This nicely decorated north side of a duplex, complete with a hot tub on the lower oceanfront deck will be hard to leave at the end of your stay.

Your beach house is located approximately 1 mile south of the Surf City high rise bridge. You’ll be close to shops, restaurants, Surf City Pier and more in the heart of the Island. Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital and the Missiles and More Museum, which tells the story of our island’s past.

Clean, modern, well furnished oceanfront home, steps from the ocean! Immaculate view of ocean from decks. Plenty of room for multiple guests to stay comfortably. Beach is beautiful and clean, lots of shells. Only drawback to area is not much shopping or things to do. However if you are looking for beautiful quiet peaceful beach community , this is for you. I did have difficulty getting code to open the door due to keypad malfunction, but after multiple attempts, it finally worked.

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The rooms are spacious, the living area is comfortable, and the kitchen was well appointed for large groups. Everything seemed recently updated and we enjoyed the spa-like fixtures in the bathrooms. The hot tub was a wonderful retreat from the cool breeze. We had a fabulous stay just steps from the ocean!

I must say, the photos on the website did not do this home justice. It was absolutely gorgeous and it absolutely fit our needs. I loved waking up and walking on the deck to watch the sunrises. Being steps away from the beach was fantastic. I celebrated my 40th Birthday with friends and family and everybody was amazed at how beautiful this house was. I could not have asked for better weather either. My only complaint is the sheer curtains in the king bedroom. The Pink moon and gorgeous sunrises made it a little harder to sleep in but not a major complaint. We saw the Falcon space shuttle fly by and caught a few falling stars. I will definitely look to rent this house again! My week stay for a monumental birthday will be one of the best memories. So glad the walls cannot talk! Thank you!

We loved our short stay here at this lovely house right on the beach. Tons of room, everything was neat and clean, and the views were fantastic!! We really enjoyed the hot tub right off the king master as well. Perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The Ward Realty not owner drove me crazy every day with emails and texts of what I need to do checklists it wasn’t a vacation and hot tub was disgusting, toilet broken, trash and recycling was full we couldn’t take trash out. Totally not a vacation!

We took a quick couple day trip to the beach and this property was perfect. Being steps to the beach made it so much more relaxing with the kids and for those ‘oh I forgot this’ or ‘I need this’ kid moments. Clean place with a nice setup inside. Plenty of room for our group of 9. Would stay again.

Home is more beautiful then the pictures. Great beach area and deck. We really enjoyed it! Word to the wise.. there are a lot of stairs if you have knee issues. Beautiful decor. The only complaint was the worn hot tub cover that needs to be replaced
