Expansive 220 degree views spanning Lake Wanaka and mountains all the way over to Hawea Flat. This is also only one of a few properties situated on the northern (sun facing) slopes of Mt Iron, providing generous natural sunlight along with some of the best views available in Wanaka. Soak in the sun sets in the outdoor hot-tub before or sit around the indoor fire! With 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom on each level, this house could accommodate two families with their own space.
Space
We want our guests to enjoy their stay in our house in Wanaka. In addition to the unparalleled views, we have added comforts including generous outdoor living areas, an orchard, hot tub, 50" smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and tiled bathrooms. From welcome to departure we hope you will be comfortable in this house - designed for it’s environment.

Neighbourhood overview
Located within a rural-residential zoned area, section sizes are a minimum of 4800sqm/1.2acres. Aubrey Road is a peaceful part of Wanaka just withdrawn enough from the hustle of the tourist centre that is Wanaka township.
**Rates - please enquire around rates - holiday rates will be higher, and long term rates will be lower..
Special conditions:
Guests should wash their own dishes and keep the property reasonably clean and tidy.
If you would like to use the hot-tub, please let us know before arrival. You will be responsible for adding chlorine for longer stays.
