About this house rental
Located in a very private and secluded location of the Gated Harbor Ridge Community. 3 miles from the beach. Private amenities exclusive to residents include: tennis courts, four pool/spa facilities, a Women's Club, and a wooded nature trail. The home offers very spacious and upgraded unit with 2,100 square feet of living space. The living room with vaulted ceilings, high end designer furniture, limestone floors, shag wall to wall carpet, skylight, sunken stone fireplace area and grand piano. Newly remodeled country kitchen with Wolf range cook top. The master bedroom features a California King-sized bed, the second bedroom includes 2 twin beds and the 3th bedroom is not a full bedroom but it features 1 twin bed. Romantic master bedroom with an in ground salt water system Jacuzzi, Kohler steam room, walk in closets, automated shades and large TV screens home theater style with indirect/special designed lighting. All located in a very private and quiet location and on a single level.
This vacation house also is complete with stereo system through the house access throughout, top of the line Whirlpool washer and steam dryer inside the home, outdoor grill and room in the garage for 2 cars. All linens, bath towels, and kitchen utensils are included during your stay with us. The property is 3 miles to CDM beach,
7 Miles to Crystal Cove Beach and just 6 miles from world-class upscale shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza, Balboa Island, and Corona del Mar. Disneyland is about 25 minutes away and Newport Beach is situated about one hour south of Los Angeles / Hollywood and 90 minutes north of San Diego / Sea World, and the famous San Diego Zoo.
I manage this property myself and I live about 10 minutes away.
Minimum stay is one month or 31 days
Because it is a condo, half of the home has neighbors upstairs. And older couple lives upstairs and they are generally not noticeable except occasionally when the grand children are visiting.
Also, because utilities are all inclusive in the daily rate, it is requested from the guests to turn off the lights and the air conditioner/heat when not at home, as well as keep the windows and doors closed when the air condition/heat is on.
If the SCE Edison bill goes over $250 a month the amount above the $250 will be charged to the guest and if payment is not received prior to the term of the stay, the amount above the $250 will be deducted from the security deposit.
Also, please note that high speed internet is provided through COX cable Co. No paid TV programs, Football, etc are included. However, there is a Roku which allows you to download certain Apps.
***My refund policy is that if for any reason you want to end the contract, you can give me a 24 hrs. notice and you get a full refund for all the days that you have paid but you have not stayed. I do not want anyone to be forced to say or stay unhappy.
***During the weeks of Christmas and New Year and summer months (July, August & Sept.) the rate can go up to $290 per day.
***If the term of the lease is for 6 months or more, the rate stays at $219.

A pleasant, quiet place in bustling Newport Beach
We spent five weeks in this attractive place, located in a quiet, gated community in the Spyglass Hill neighborhood. The owner, Dolores, checked us in and whenever we had questions or needed things to be done, she responded quickly. Clearly, her goal was to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The house has several nice features such as a jacuzzi just outside the master bedroom, a baby grand piano, and a lush patio with a view. It is an older home, and could use some touching up, but all of the equipment functioned well and the bathrooms, beds were just fine..

TRULY A LUXURY SCAPE
Awesome luxurious house, beautiful furnishings in a great location. totally private but close to many great things, like Crystal Cove Beach and Fashion Island. The place had everything you could want or need.
This is a really sweet spot with character and really lovely energy. As soon as I walked in, I felt calm and really happy that I'd taken the time off. The property is beautiful with all the designer touches of a custom mansion – high ceilings and cozy fireplace pit, private spa, steam bathroom and gourmet kitchen. We spent a lovely Christmas here, cooked a great family style meal, eating ourselves until bursting…Whole Foods and Bristol Farms down the block… Oh, and let’s not forget the barefoot walks on the beach at sunset time. Topping it all off, we got a great night’s rest.

AMAZING Vacation Home
We stayed in this townhome over the Fourth of July and couldn't have been happier! We were a little apprehensive about our stay because this is a newly listed vacation rental that didn't have any reviews, but our worries were for none. The owners are a delight and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The townhome was the perfect escape from the crowds and provided a relaxing and tranquil getaway. We loved the modern touches mixed with the traditional elements. The master bathroom has a spa-like feel and we LOVED the rain shower head and especially the steam shower....it was heavenly after a long day at the beach! The townhome is newly renovated so it feels clean and modern. Our son enjoyed playing the baby grand piano, and we all enjoyed spending time on the lanai enjoying the beautiful views. The townhome is located in an affluent gated neighborhood, and we were able to enjoy the tennis courts and pool that are offered to the residents. This is a great place to stay and you will not be disappointed!
