About this house rental

This wonderful house is your home away from home. Spacious rooms and open floor plan with paradise backyard containing beautiful heated, salt water pool with waterfall decoration, 8+ person tiki bar, and privacy landscaping and waterfront canal will make you want to stay home all day and play.
Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a futon in the back den make this home a comfortable stay. Both bedrooms have queen beds, dressers, and closet space. The master has a private full bathroom. There is a pack and play in the garage if needed. The living and dining rooms and a fully appointed kitchen provide everything for home dining. The backyard deck with a propane grill, large tiki bar, and private pool with waterfall decoration allow you to live outside all day, if you wish.
If your interests are more exploring and taking in the sights and sounds of Ft. Lauderdale, the house is located a short drive or cab ride from all the activity. Lauderdale-by-the-sea has many great restaurants such as Aruba on the beach with live weekend music and Village Pump with its New England vibe for games, dinner, and drinks.
Ft. Lauderdale beach offers beach-front dining and drinks, shopping, people watching, and large sidewalks for walking or running. Las Olas is the fine-dining, upscale shopping and restaurant section of town. Downtown offers historic background, a low-key restaurant and bar selection, and late-night bars and entertainment. All are located a short drive away.
Our house is located in a great quiet neighborhood right in the heart of Ft Lauderdale. You are close to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The house is fully air conditioned and has a washer and dryer in the garage.
This rental is approved as a City of Fort Lauderdale Vacation Rental, Certificate #1701109. In accordance with that policy, “It is unlawful to allow for a sexual offender or sexual predator to occupy this residence.”

Hands down one of the cleanest homes we have rented. Really appreciated the abundance of everyday supplies, from pool towels to shampoo and laundry detergent all the basics and more were provided. The backyard was lush and fairly private with mature palms ,multiple seating areas and a great water view. Fantastic pool that came equipped with lots of water toys and endless entertainment watching the iguanas on the dock! Would definitely recommend staying here.

What a beautiful house and place to stay, blocks from the beach. Pool and tiki was perfect for entertaining and it was very comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

We slept in the driveway the first night of our stay and couldn’t reach the property owner to get in. The place has bugs everywhere and the toilets backed up I’m to the tubs. Half the light switches didn’t work and the ac hardly worked. The exterminator came while we were there trying to spray toxic chemicals which meant we would have had to leave the property for a number of hours and he said the unit was way too hot. The host was aware of all the problems before she rented the place out.

The family went to Ft Lauderdale to visit family and friends. We enjoyed our stay here it is centrally located to Ft Lauderdale and Pomano beach. The house is closed to many restaurants and grocery stores and beach area. Our 13 old son enjoyed the pool and some of the iguanas out back on the dock.

Not all properties meet the on line description but this one exceeded it. The location was safe, convenient and easy to find. The house was great and the heated pool was the best we have experienced. Our host, Kim, addressed any issues quickly and professionally. We hope to return next year.

We had a wonderful time. The house was just as posted. The pool was a great add. The water temp was excellent. The location was close to everything we did, including golfing, casino, restaurants, and beach. The house was well equipped for our needs. We only used 1 bed but it was nice and very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

This house had everything we needed for a family of 4. The bathrooms are basic as well as the kitchen appliances ( no ice maker)but the backyard is amazing! The pool is beautiful as well as the tropical landscaping. The tiki hut was great too. Some days I wanted to just stay in the backyard because it was so fun. Beaches & restaurants are all 10 minutes away. The mosquitoes did get bad at night, so I recommend bug spray. I highly recommend staying here & will definitely be back

Great location, not too far from Miami, nice beaches. The house was clean and what I love about the house is that it provides all you need when you go on vacation. The kitchen was well equiped, we found there literally everything we needed for cooking. The fridge doesn't make ice so you will have to make your own or buy some. There are tons of towels so you don't need to bring any. I loved the fact I could use the washer and dryer. I will definitely return back soon. Thank you again.

The house had everything we needed and then some. The backyard was an oasis. The bathrooms will need a little updating soon, but no one goes to Ft. Lauderdale for a fancy bathroom anyway. Thanks the the getaway!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here.23 loved they it was so close to multiple areas for us to visit all within 15 -20 mins driving distance. We loved have the canal and pool in the backyard as my husband was enjoying fishing while my daughter was being a fishy in the pool. Definitely would recommend and stay here again. We rented this house for a week and was looking forward to it. Upon arrival, it did not disappoint! It was exactly as described and Kim checked on us before we even arrived. Unfortunately our flight was delayed twice so we did not arrive until the end of the first day. But it was all worth it!!! We were extremely satisfied with the neighborhood, the cleanliness, and our favorite part…. The backyard and pool!!!! We loved the privacy especially!!We will definitely be returning. We would return next week if we could lol. Thanks Kim!!!!!!!
