About this villa rental

All posted prices are for 6 or fewer people. Like new 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bath home 2.5 miles from the beach. There is off street
parking for two cars. The first floor has a fully equipped eat in kitchen, dinning room,
living room and ½ bath. The living room has a 37' flat screen Television. The
master bedroom suite is also on the first floor and has a large private bath and walk in
closet. This bedroom has a King size bed and television.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with a queen size bed, television, large closets, with an
adjoining loft with television and full bath. The loft has comfortable seating and
overlooks the living room.

This community has a pool for all guests and is located across the street. The pool is open
during the season from 10 am to 8 pm.

The home has central air conditioning along with a washer, dryer, WIFI, and cable television.

No Smoking and No Pets. Owner does not supply linens or towels. Renter must bring their own linens and towels or make arrangements to rent linens with a local rental company. We rent Saturday to Saturday during the summer season.

The $300.00 security deposit must be paid with the signed rental agreement. This amount is separate from the amount paid to VRBO. All security deposits are returned when keys are returned to owner.

Beautiful home. My husband was very happy with the one bedroom on the ground floor as he has back and leg problems. Very conveniently located to the pool. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife in the back pond. Easy drive into downtown Bethany and the grocery store was super convenient and walkable. Only problem is that we only booked one week - I wish we could have stayed longer. 😁

Love the villas!

We just love the villas! John was great to work with and very responsive to questions about the rental and some local eateries! Place was great! if I had one thing to improve our stay it would be to upgrade the tv in the master and add small tv to the upstairs bedrooms! But it was otherwise awesome! Lots of chairs, umbrellas and beach gear! Can’t wait to return again! Ty John !

Great house and location for our family

We vacation annually to Bethany. We have three small kids. Unfortunately, I broke my ankle right before we came. Even with that limitation, the house was open enough for everyone to play and me to get around. The pool was awesome and right by the house. Communication with the owner was straight forward and rapid response. I strongly recommend renting this property.

My family enjoyed staying at this home. It was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The community pool is directly across the street. Your shopping needs are walking distance and you are a few minute drive to Bethany Beach. An overall great and affordable location for a family vacation.

We've rented this home twice in two years and plan to come back for a 3rd summer! House is clean and very comfortable for a family of 4 and a tag a long aunt! Plenty of space inside, parking is great, and nicely appointed community. Pool is close by and never busy! Grocery shopping is really almost in walking distance... certainly just a quick drive! Perfect for us since we have family we visit who stay closer to the beach... just a short drive away. My favorite part is the 1st floor master bedroom & bath... and upstairs space for the kids. Love it!

Beautiful clean, new town house, 5 mins from beach., 2 mins from food shops. Lots of thought has gone into making sure those useful extras are included in the property, highly recommended.
