About this house rental

If you are looking for the perfect getaway for you and your family, you have come to the right place! This 3 bedroom beach house, with a large eat-in kitchen, comfortable den and enclosed front porch offers plenty of space to spread out and relax while you are on vacation. From the house, you are a short walk to the beach or to the shops and restaurants on Main Street. After a day at the beach, shopping at the local Premium Outlets, or taking in the local sights, sounds and activities of the Jersey Shore, unwind by shaking off the sand in the newly renovated private outdoor shower. At night you may find yourself walking around the waters of Lake Como, strolling up and down the boardwalk with an ice cream in hand, or settling in to watch a movie, read a good book or play a family board game. Our property comes equipped with a/c units, wi-fi and a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, gas grill, and back yard seating for 6+. This is a non-smoking home.

House was great with nice space. Kitchen was great for cooking and residence has a nice back yard. Had all of the amenities need for a nice vacation. Beach passes were a nice perk especially since the house is centrally located to beach and great restaurants. Owners were great to communicate with.

Great place so close to one o the finest beaches in New Jersey

We enjoyed 15 minute walks to the finest beach and boardwalk in NewJersey, Dunks for coffee and many great dining opportunities. The quiet neighborhood, brand new Grill, picnic table and an outdoor shower in the back yard was a great place to hang out. We can’t wait to get back there. For another very relaxing vacation.

Awesome Experience!

This is the second year in a row, my friends and I have rented here. It was an amazing experience and we will likely be doing a third year! It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach and located in an area with easily accessible parking. The house is furnished with all the necessities and the owners provided excellent hospitality throughout the entirety of our stay. The property is clean, well-kept, spacious, and has a nice backyard with a grill. It is obvious that the owners care a lot about the quality of their tenants' stay! Not much more you can ask for. All in all I would highly recommend to anyone interested in a shore house rental for the summer.
