The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house, built in 1938, renovated in 2019 and is rustic furnished. The property is located on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.LocationKamp-Bornhofen, 125 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 1250 sqm garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The owner LAT EMS 002 (5 persons), LAT EMS 003 (6 persons) and LAT EMS 004 (3 persons) are located in the same building. For bookings up to 2 people is only one bedroom available, more can be booked on site. Centrally located between Koblenz and Rudesheim, enough to visit many interesting sites and activities.
