I have older sisters and I really enjoyed our stay at lands end! This was our third visit and I searched online for less expensive places that were still really nice… And I couldn’t find any! This place is worth the money! This specific condo had a fabulous front Row seat to an ocean view! We absolutely loved it and would recommend it highly.

Great view from the living room and the balcony. This unit is very comfortable and has everything you need including beach chairs. It is located near the elevator and has quick and easy access from the garage to the unit. We plan to stay here again next year.

This is a great property and a beautiful location. Property was very clean and an awesome location with lots of amenities. They only thing I would mention for young kids is that the pool rules are a little strict, but the beach is right there and they can be wild!

We arrived in Tampa and didn't have a place to stay when we go into the St Pete, Treasure Island area I went on line on my phone and found this company & called them and they said I could go online and pick out a place but I told them I wasn't getting a good connection and if they could just meet us at the building and show us a condo. They meet us within 15 minutes and showed us a very nice place right on the beach with a great view. Great place & location and clean. The only draw back was the internet connection...if I would have known how bad the internet was I would have stayed somewhere else because I run two online businesses and was not able to even check my email. Very good place and good price.

We had a very enjoyable vacation on Treasure Island. The beach was amazing and the location was perfect. Only 2 suggestions - (1) Master bedroom bed needs to be replaced or new linens/mattress pad - did not fit right and (2) Kitchen Knives were dull. Overall an excellent vacation!

The location, view and complex were very nice and I would return, but not to 307. 307 was disappointing in that I if pay $2000 a week I expect top notch condition. The furniture, beds (especially should be most comfortable available) and bed covers should have been updated. The painting was of poor quality, blinds were broken, water damage was not dry-walled correctly nor painted. I had to remove a bad case of mold from the ice dispenser in the refrigerator door and my wife removed lint build up from the dryer. Shower door needs to be replaced, not plastic curtain!

Land's End will more than likely always be my Happy Place the pool and beach is always so enjoyable and the units are usually so comfortable and mostly clean; but with that said the unit that I stayed in needed some additional cleaning. The sinks were in need of a good scrubbing especially the undermount areas which were were full of mold. My unit's frig and stove top were dirty as well so I cleaned them but the master bed needs a much more substantial mattress pad along with clean pillows. I had David from Resort Rentals replace the very old & tired iron. Also please replace the kitchen knife set it's awful!!

Advertised as premier property,not so much. Although there were past upgrades in bathrooms and flooring, the condo still did not meet the standard of premier condos we have rented in past years in Lands End.Beds were very uncomfortable,causing lack of sleep and sore bodies for much of our stay.Not what you want when your trip is to play golf. Good news it was very clean.

Beautiful Setting Falls Short.
Beautiful setting at the end of Treasure Island. This unit is extremely tired and needs some TLC/ updating. The beds are uncomfortable and pillows have to be ten years old, no firmness, made for a rough night of sleep. The ice maker in the refrigerator is/ has been broken for some time, had to keep running to Publix for any ice. The refrigerator doesn't fit the space so can't access the freezer side without moving stuff around every time as the door only opens up 50% of the way, please change this, it is silly and frustrating. We have been renting beach homes for 20+ years and this is the first one that doesn't provide a set of beach towels. Our flight from Maine arrived at 10:30PM, nice to have to go to Wal-Mart day one for beach towels. The rental company said it is because "Guests tend to steal them", I politely pointed out that when you rent a home such as this and usually departing on a plane, it's unlikely the guests are stealing the towels. Super annoying. There was virtually no supplies of any type (cooking oil, spices, etc) everything had to be stocked for a seven day stay, we left all unused oils, spices, etc... just like the beach towels, couldn't pack them on a plane but I'm sure they were either taken by cleaning staff or tossed so the next guest could start all over again, makes no sense. This condo needs a total makeover, owners need to invest in this property to justify the costs they are charging. In its current state I would not stay here again.
Please give this unit the update it needs to be a five star property.

We arrived at 8pm to a hot condo. The AC was not working at all. Not sure why the cleaning people didn't report this before we arrived. Since it was after hours it was around noon the next day before someone came to fix the air. It was a hot miserable night. I emailed to rental company about being unhappy about the situation, but I never heard anything back. I thought they could atleast refund a partial nights stay.
The location and the overall property was great. Great pool, nice beach, nice boardwalk.
The interior of the room wasn't amazing. The furniture and deco were dated. The beds were hard. The water in the bathroom faucets only trickled out. Not sure if that was by design as a water saver, but it was pretty sad. The master shower head needs to be replaced as it either is calcified with hard water deposits or it's just old.
The kitchen was well equipped, and we had no issues there.
The time frame that we were there also had a lot of gay men on the beach. If that's an issue for you, then you just should be aware. I'm not sure if it was the location or the timing of our stay.

Everything was nice and clean. The pool was huge and my kids loved it. The only reason why I’d never rent this unit again is because the master bedroom bed was awful!! Thin and hard and made my back hurt. If they are too cheap to replace they need to at least put a mattress topper or 2 on it.

Condo was extremely dirty, dated and worn. Toaster didn't work. Beds are rock hard and about 30 years old. Has a great view but that's about all I can say for this place. Oh and I almost forgot. Two grills for all these units. I'll never understand that thought process.

The reps from the rental company were excellent and made it easy to check in the day of arrivial. I appreciated their efforts to get the condo ready as early as possible. The unit had a great view of the gulf. The bedding was not ideal, the second room beds were fine, the master was uncomfortable, and the pull out was unsatisfactory being non usable.

We have rented many years from Resort Rentals and have never been disappointed. Our unit was very nice and we loved that we could sit on the balcony and relax looking at the gulf. The only recommendation that I would have for this unit would be that they furnish the kitchen with a few more items. It lacked some very basic items such as a turner and also a can opener. Not big items but when you need them they are big! Otherwise we very much enjoyed this unit.

Mattress was completely worn out. Needs to be replaced. Beautiful area and view, near everything. I will never stay in that unit. That master bed was terrible. It is obvious this unit is strictly a rental unit. Kitchen was sparsely equipped. Hotel size coffe pot. Needs to be painted and refreshed.

This was our second trip to Land's End and once again we were very pleased. Resort Rentals is well prepared and check in was completed in just a few minutes.
The property is beautiful and very well maintained. All staff that we encountered were very friendly and welcoming.

We were there in May 2017 with our 4 kids (9 months to 8 years old). This condo meet all our expectations, even more. Super clean. I let my baby go everywhere in the condo. Everything was in perfect conditions. Newly renovated. All you need to cook is there. The view was incredible from the livingroom and the balcony. We open the windows at night in our bedroom to hear the waves. Beach toys, 3 boogie board, parasol and two beach chairs were included. Beach was not crowed at all. No trouble with wi-fi. 3 TV with Disney Channel and Nickelodeon. Gated community. Feel very secure to run and do yoga alone on the beach. Tennis court, pool and spa in perfect condition. 5 minutes from a supermarket Publix. Don't forget your coffee and beach towels. Dishwasher, washer and dryer included. There were renovation going on in the building next to us (May 2017) but it didn't bother us at all. Fast and easy check in and out with the rental company. Really enjoy our week in that condo. All my gratitude to the owners who let us enjoy their little paradise!

This was not our first stay in this condo. We like the great view and the large balcony. Still, I think for a "premium condo" we would expect more kitchen utensils (we did not even have scissors). Cleanliness was okay but could be improved. The oven could need some intensive cleaning and the mattresses in the smaller bedroom (not the master bedroom)had yellow stains - guess what that is...

This was our first trip to Land's End and hopefully it will not be our last. The property was very well maintained and the condo was perfect. It was very clean and spacious and the view from the 3rd floor was stunning. All staff whom we encountered from check in to gate guards and maintenance, etc. were all very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed walking the boardwalk and watching the dolphins in the bay.

The resort was wonderful with the exception of the beds in our unit. We stayed in building 11 room 307. The beds were hard as a rock and the pull out sofa bed was not even an option to sleep on. We had to go out and purchase an air mattress. I would definitely stay at the resort again just not sure about that room.

Quiet, beautiful ocean view, nice layout. The shower had broken glass and silicone strips on the floor. Obviously an oversight. The beds were extremely hard and parts of the condo seemed worn. Parking convenient. Grounds nicely cared for.

The complex was very nice. Great views and well maintained. The pool is. I've and access to the beach is easy. There is construction going on at high rise north of complex so it's loud during the day. Building 11 is especially noisy.
Our unit Bldg 11 #307 was nice but a little dated. Kitchen was updated but the unit still shows it age with windows and sliders. Pretty nicely furnished.
Was a little frustrated with Resort Rentals in that we had to be switched to another unit A week before or stay which was a little less or in quality than the one we originally picked. And there was no financial compensation. We had an issue with the noise and due to the construction and the management company said there really wasn't much they could do. Finally hjalf of the knobs on the stove were broken making it difficult to usje it. Repair company was called but couldn't fix. Little things like that detracted from overall stay.The floors in unit were kind of dirty - we got black feet from walking on them until we mopped.

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Land's End. The private beach was clean, not crowded and a very short walk from the condo. The location of the building/unit was ideal with a balcony directly overlooking the gulf and there was an elevator for easy access to the 2nd floor unit. The pool was very large compared to other resorts we saw and offered plenty of lounges. The unit was nicely decorated and had plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids and was larger in person than I expected from the photos. Our kids appreciated the beach toys provided. We did have to go out and buy beach towels as they were not provided so keep that in mind when packing. We would definitely stay at Land's End again.

Not what we expected
lots of updating needed in unit. A few floor tiles cracked and tile grout very dirty. Unit needs some TLC. Was disappointed for what we paid. Nice having security, pool clean and pool area nice. Grandchildren disappointed that the age for hot tub was 17. Stayed at other resorts in the area and children were allowed in hot tub with parents. View beautiful and nice being on quiet end of beach
