Our 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom, private pool & spa vacation home is a great option for families wanting a home base to enjoy the best of all that Central Florida has to offer.

This is a pet-friendly home!
* An additional non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog.
* There is a two-dog maximum.
* Pet must be disclosed and an additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.

Pool & Spa Charges and Information:
There is an additional optional charge of $30 per day plus tax to heat the pool/spa.
The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

Resort Parking Rules:
The resort allows maximum 3 cars.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you
3rd car needs to be parked parallel to the driveway to not block the sidewalk

Clubhouse Access Via Wristbands:
*Wristbands are obtained at the clubhouse upon arrival to the resort. Must present voucher to prove residence.
As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:
5 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 12 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

Starter welcome packet supplies:
- 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom

- 2 trash bags size-13-gallon
- 1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)
- Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans
Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
This is an industry-standard practice.

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

We were pleased when we walked in to have a freshly cleaned smell. House has a great setup for families. 5 bedroom/5 bathroom setup. First floor has a king suite, queen suite and room with twins. Upstairs is a king suite and a room with twins. Beds are comfortable and the pool was like a bathtub. We had ordered it heated and I would highly recommend doing so! The pool area overlooks a tree area and is south facing. It is a nice view, rather than looking immediately at a back neighbour. It’s due for some updates, but that was minor to us. There is a great little games room in the garage. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great location and wonderful space

The home itself is great! Very spacious and comfortable. The only thing that wasn’t clear on the description is the location of the bathrooms. The downstairs master has an en suite with a standup shower, the queen bed room also downstairs has a bathroom inside too, the twin beds room downstairs has a bathroom outside of it in the hall. Upstairs king bedroom has a bathroom right outside of it but interestingly there’s a door between the room and that bathroom (almost like a little hallway) and then another door out to the main hallway as well so basically an en suite. The last twin bedroom upstairs has a bathroom right outside of it. It was perfect! Lots of room and perfect for the 9 of us! We really enjoyed it! The property management company was helpful and quick to respond. The property itself is also nice and quiet. The property has a LOT of rules. The security folks are just doing their jobs but the rules about only allowing 3 cars but you can have guests just not any additional cars per house is ridiculous. They even blamed Global who did NOTHING wrong. So I would rent again with Global but maybe not in this property until speaking with the property management. Thanks

When we tried to use the dishwasher found it was broken. Not what you want to do on vacation washing dishes. Called global and they sent someone to the house the very same day. Told they would need to replace it. Was impressed they acted so quickly. He did some minor repairs that we noticed at the same time.

Close to everything!

The neighborhood was very quiet during our stay which was nice. It is just minutes away from Disney and right near I4 which makes it convenient to get to other attractions in Orlando. Our daughter spent the majority of her time enjoying the pool at the house. We had a great time and enjoyed the house.
