This is a great villa for the golf enthusiasts as it is located in the prestigious gated golfing community, Southern Dunes, one of the best public golf courses in the Orlando area and has been ranked #6 in Golf Digests "Best Courses in the State".
It is also an ideal location for easy access to I4 from Highway 27. I4 is the road that takes you west to the Tampa area beaches, and east to Disney World and the shopping outlets, to Universal and Seaworld as well as to Daytona. Exit I4 at Lake Buena Vista and you are at the entrance to Disney Springs (approx. 15 miles). Highway 27 south takes you to LEGOLAND!
Just outside of the entrance into the community is a Walmart and Dollar Tree for household staples as well as local shopping and restaurants within walking distance.
Why cram into a 200 sq ft hotel room when you can have 2300 sq ft of living space for that "home away from home feeling" this is a must for your next Florida vacation.
Check in is 4:00pm and check out is promptly at 10:00am
