La habitación estaba decorada alegremente, el desayuno fue muy rico, la ubicación esta bastante buena, los dueños muy amables y pudieron brindarme muy buena asistencia. Inclusive su vecina fue muy amable y me brindo asistencia a mi llegada. Quede muy contenta con el lugar.

All recommendations for accommodation and host

The whole apartment is very nicely decorated. Every detail was thought of. The room has everything needed for one person. Comfortable, beautiful, clean and the girl who hosted me is wonderful. The host allowed me to stay working in the common areas until late after check-in. Mozda je malo udaljeno od centra ako se ide peske, ali je opet lepa lokacija. U blizini je more, restorani, kao i metro kojim se za dve stanice moze doci do centra. Thanks again. A wonderful experience.

Small but chic

really enjoyed my stay here. It was probably one of the quirkiest spots on my trip. I stayed in the single room, which was small, but had everything a solo traveller needs, and the shower was incredible - super powerful, multiple heads (definitely a power shower) you can see the temperature to adjust the heat, and the doors swing both ways - I never knew needed a shower door that swings both ways until this stay. TV has Netflix, normal channels and Disney plus, which was a nice touch when at the end of your trip. Breakfast was outstanding!! And I'm not even a breakfast person - coffee, juice, water, a warm Nutella croissant, toast bread, multiple cookies, muffins and yoghurt. I am one person. I would feed this to an army. The location is perfect if you're travelling by train - tricky if you're coming from the port. I got a taxi from the ferry to avoid Napoli traffic, but getting the train (then airport bus) to the airport was super convenient - got to Mergellina, not the local station as it is occasionally closed (as was the case during my two nights). Getting a bus to Montesando is super easy (opposite the local station) but walking predominantly downhill to Mergellina is more convenient. It's worth hiking up to Posillipo for sunset views of Mt Vesuvius and all of Naples - walking distance from the b&b. I wouldn't recommend the food/pastries at Vittorio Carraturo - staff are lovely, pizza and pastries were not. All in all, I would definitely stay here again. Rosa doesn't speak English but will do what she can to advise and support your trip. I did the self check-in which was convenient for me, but I think that's optional. Tea and coffee is free in the open area, with TV, tables and sofas. And there's a mini fridge with drinks you can buy, or a free jug of water, which was convenient too. For the price, you can't go wrong.

Only one of the plug sockets work though (worth noting) but if you plug out the lamp on the desk, and have a multi-plug adapter, you'll be fine.

The woman running the hotel was very helpful and nice. There was no problem with late check-in. The room was very clean and nice. I appreciate a bottle of water in the fridge. There were a lot of sweets for the breakfast and a very nice coffee. Also, when I asked for more bread, I got it.

Very clean and spacious room. The bed was really comfortable. Rosa has been a great host, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too, plenty of food and good coffee. The hotel is very close to the public transport, which is very convenient to move around. We definately recommend it.

Very good

Local metro next to the building, makes it a very good sub-urb option. Old city is about 45min walk, which was pleasant and offered a different sight of Naples. Rosa’s kindness and help definitely made the solo trip a less daunting one too.

Wasnt an issue for me since i had only 1 backpack and a light hand carry. There are however a few flight of stairs that can be challenging for some with big and heavy luggages.

Clean and cozy. Very friendly hosts. Rosa will tell you everything and help you find the way. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast is a hot croissant and coffee/juice. Very close to the sea. I recommend it!

A lovely place to stay for your sojourn in Napoli that you should definitely consider.

A beautifully renovated classical Neapolitan apartment with cozy little rooms. The façade may deceive but everything inside meets modern standards. The single room came with a small balcony overlooking the street and its own bathroom with a rather elaborate shower with different options. A small fridge, a TV and A/C are also there. The themed decoration was also very special with each room paying homage to a different Italian artist. The hosts were eager to welcome me and help me with my stay. Despite a bit of a communication barrier, we managed to understand each other, in a blend of Italian, Spanish and English :P. Each morning they offered a nice breakfast with coffee and desserts and were helpful with giving tips about what to visit.

Only a few complaints about the property. There was no elevator to reach the accommodation and it was quite exhausting carrying my luggage. And for some reason, a strong unpleasant smell from down the street was invading my room each morning and there was little I could do to avoid it.

A little gem in Naples

Chose this hotel as Grand Hotel Vesuvio was full and I needed a room that could accommodate my husband and myself and adult daughter and had to have a bath as has been sailing for a week around Amalfi coast. The room was such good value and had a large whirlpool bath in the corner with abundant hotel water. Sofa bed in living area with Tv that allowed lap top connection to watch film Under the Tuscan Sun. Recommendation of local Pizza restaurant around corner for perfect dinner. Also has beautiful grilled chicken. Very good value. Needed taxis for airport and Rosa pre booked them for early morning. She is delightful and deserves the good reputation she is building. It is located by. Metro into town but did not use as only stayed one night. Important you tell her accurately when you arrive as our ferry into Naples was delayed and I had no phone signal. She patiently waited for us but I did not realise that was the case. She was very gracious. Very cheap minibar in room which was unexpected and nice treat. 100 % recommend.

The building is on second floor inside old courtyard and there are 50 steps S very grand old high ceiling:doors building. Rosa was very kind to help us up with our bags but if you have problems with steps not for you.

A great value place with a great host. An awesome bed and breakfast for anyone in town

Rosa is amazing. She’s really helpful and will give you advice on the city! The place feels comfortable and is clean. The train station is one block away. You’re downtown in 20 minutes

the sofa-bed mattress was stiff and we happened to visit during a really hot summer so the ac wasn’t potent enough to cool down

Need to climb stairs till 3rd floor . They helped to carry luggage though. My 2nd day cancellation was not done in the right way and I lost money. Don't know whose mistake it was though like booking .com or the property .

The owner, Rosa, is amazing, she was very welcoming and chatty, giving us many tips about places to visit and scams to avoid. The room was cleaned regularly, with new towels delivered. The room has good AC and the noise outside was barely noticeable. There is a metro and train stop nearby so the area is well connected.

Most of the things we didn’t like was just because of poor facilities in Naples itself, not this place in particular. The smell outside of the apartment was really foul a few times, and more importantly, we had to flush out the jacuzzi several times to be able to use it because the water was not clean to the point it was absolutely unusable.
