Will come back again

Great location near Ueno station, lots of restaurants and shopping centers. Staffs were very helpful to make our check in and out easily. Everyday waters and house keeping service provided. You could get extra staffs like pillows, bath clothes, toothbrush so and so downstairs. Anyway, great stay here.

Convenience. It’s suitable the price we paid for

Comfortable stay in Ueno

It was a good location, close to the Ueno station. The bed was comfortable. There were plenty of outlets in the room. The room was really clean. I liked that the shower controls were the same as the sink controls, which was something I had never seen before. Oh, I also liked that they gave us extra towels and water bottles each day.

The room was obviously on the small side, but you get what you pay for. The bathroom was also super small but to be expected. Honestly, nothing else was bad.

Bien situé mais mauvais rapport qualité prix.

Très bien situé proche du métro de Ueno / du parc ueno et de Ameya-Yokochō shotengai ( magasins / restaurants). Le personnel parle parfaitement anglais

Prévoir un séjour très court (maximum 2-3 jours) car la chambre est extrêmement petite ( on ne peut pas ouvrir sa valise). Prix beaucoup trop élevé ( environ 115 euros/nuit) pour la qualité de la chambre et des services. La terrasse de l'immeuble est petite et ferme le soir.

Buen hotel en zona Ueno

Hotel cómodo con todo lo necesario para una estancia en Tokio. Las habitaciones son MUY pequeñas, algo habitual en Tokio. Las maletas grandes tuvimos que dejarlas en la entrada e ir sacando ropa (no hay armarios). Por lo demás , todo bien. La zona de Ueno tiene ambiente y se puedes coger línea Yamanote y otras líneas en 5 minutos desde el hotel (descargar Suica en iPhone para pagar transporte). También tenéis cerca el barrio de Asakusa a 30 min andando.

Wonderful. Most enjoyable. Hope we get chance to return.

Everything was thoughtfully & generously provided from clean towels & bedding each day, to water, coffee, tea & snacks - along with nice little extras for the weary traveller such as toothbrush, flannel, cotton buds, razors. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly & welcoming staff. Would highly recommend & would certainly return, should circumstances ever permit😊

The restaurant franchise seemed to cater more for the US clientele. Not a problem particularly, if you like that sort of food…we didn’t, but there was so much variety of food available on the doorstep, it did nothing to detract from the pleasure of our stay

Convenient location, everything needed in room.

Good location, near Ueno station, if you want to avoid busy Shinjuku etc. Not the smartest accommodation but water/robe provided every day and selection of amenities like razor/bath salts/ packets of sweets/ wasabi peas. Near to Ueno park, museums. Of course near a 7-11, Family mart etc, and a reasonable selection of shops in the railway station. Direct train to Kanazawa from Ueno .

Breakfast was really good, simple check in and check out process. Good service, friendly staff and great location.

Location was great. 2 min walk to Ueno station

Bed sheets were stained. Walls were dirty and damaged from luggage inside the room. Three walls of the hotel room had severe damage. Bathroom smelled of sewer

這次排給我們的房間居然是最頂樓，隔音還不錯，不會有很吵雜的聲音，一度以為隔壁房都沒住人。電梯外有一大片落地窗，剛好配上難得東京大雪，太美了！飯店旁邊也有連鎖Doutor咖啡廳可以吃早餐，一出去右轉就有地鐵入口。seven, Lawson,

連續住四萬，打掃的非常整潔。忘記收起來、還要用的備品沒有被丟掉，很細心。有一天想睡晚一點掛上請勿打擾，門口還補了新的毛巾與水，非常感謝房務人員。

房间床上有有跳骚，千万别选择这家酒店，咬了10多个包，而且退房后还跑在衣服上，又咬了好几个，趴在桌子上录了视频，找酒店，酒店任何赔偿没有，知道你是旅行来的，拖着你不管你的事，千万别选这家酒店，否则你会后悔

Wonderful and convenient. Would recommend it to travelers because of the distance to Keisei-Ueno and JR-Ueno Stations an

Near to train station so we can go directly to and from Narita Airport. Also within walking distance to Ameyoko Shopping Area. Beverages/snacks/daily amenities are provided at front desk. We can do our laundry by paying a small sum.

The room is too small and we can’t open up all our luggages at one go.

房間超級小，小到一個29吋行李打開就能擋死你的出入，想活命就得隨時關上行李，櫃台在緊急狀態下，不會跟所有房客交代，你不問就什麼都不知道

離車站近，飲食超方便

房間太小，號稱兩人房，要是帶一個29吋行李箱只能放在房門入口處跟床中間的地板打開，但打開後就無法開房門逃生。當晚有間房行動電源充電爆炸，出現火災警報（日文），大家都到櫃台樓層不知發生什麼事，消防車及消防人員也來了，但櫃台始終不出來跟大家說發生什麼事，是有人去櫃台問，櫃台跟問的人說，大家才隱約傳開…，連消防人員要上樓檢查，櫃台也不會給消防人員感應卡，讓消防人員卡在電梯裡…最後直到凌晨快五點才由消防人員說沒事了，但依然沒說到底發生什麼事…，櫃台在緊急情況下處理能力太差，好在火滅了，不然一定會有一堆人死不瞑目

ทำเลที่พักดีมาก เดินออกจากสถานีรถไฟใกล้มาก มาถึงโรงแรมตอนดึก ก็ไม่ต้องกลัว ปลอดภัยมากคะ อาจจะใกล้จาก USJ นิดนึง แต่ก็สามารถเดินทางไปทางรถบัสแทนได้

อาจจะเป็นเรื่องใหม่สักนิดสำหรับคนไทย ในการเช็คอิน จ่ายเงินด้วยตนเองทั้งหมด แต่ก็ทำให้มีประสบการณ์แปลกใหม่ดีคะ มีแอบยืนงง งง บ้าง แต่พนักงาน front พร้อมให้ความช่วยเหลือคะ

unhappy stay in this hotel

location is best, easy and fast to access the train or metro station

the room is extremely small. I booked 2 nights (1st and the last night) on weekdays in the same room type but one of the rooms is extremely small for 2 people. The price for this room is even higher than the first night. Also, I found some hair sticks on the bathroom wall while check-in the room.

Nice, decent hotel near Ueno St

The location is superb, very closed to Ueno station, Ameyoko market. Have direct line from Narita airport to Ueno st.(using Keisei line). Has direct yamanote line. Take main exit from Ueno st, cross the road and go along the back alley of the buildings on the street, is the most convenient way (i think) to the hotel The room and bathroom are small (as it was expected in Tokyo), but clean with adequate facilities. They provided pajamas for sleeping. Coffe machine is availaible on second floor (receptionist area). There is also kettle available in the room (which is very important item for me, bcs i need to always drink warm water during winter). They clean the room everyday upon request.

I'm a moslem, so it's a bit hard for me to perform my prayer in the room because it's too small. Hardly any space left to do it. One more, it is nice if the staffs smile more often 😊 They are not rude, just not "cheerful" enough

Très bon choix d'hôtel à prix correct pour ce séjour à Tokyo

chambres petites mais propres et bien équipées .( celles "tatami" sont spacieuses mais les "double" et "twin simples" sont petites) . Hôtel proche de la gare Ueno et des commerces. La terrasse du 11ème est très appréciable avec un groupe. Le personnel est charmant (aide pour l''utilisation des machines à laver par exemple) .

Le petit déjeuner est typiquement japonais, peut être ajouter du pain et de la croissanterie pour les touristes .

三人房的床一大一小，很好睡，行李箱要攤開沒問題，飯店大廳很舒適，提供咖啡小點心，還有行李秤，很貼心距離京成電鐵，JR，阿美橫丁商店街，地鐵都很近，附近很好逛，

I particularly enjoyed the convenience of the location

Breakfast was very good - I enjoyed a Japanese breakfast, appreciated having a choice of Japanese or western style. I especially appreciated having a room with a window that opened I liked the ambience of the roof garden, Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated being able to leave my luggage.

Nice location but due to its toilet and room size, i will avoid staying here

Very near the JR and metro stations

The toilet is elevated at a high level so it is very difficult to get up and down from the toilet. The toilet and room are very crammed. No space to open up luggage If u r a guy, i think it will be very challenging to move around in the toilet

若有想玩上野附近是非常棒的住宿選擇

住宿的地點很棒，離京城上野站很近，若使從成田機場搭乘Skyliner的旅客，可以直接在京城上野下車走到3號出口上來即可到達旅店，附近有阿美橫丁購物或是晚上的居酒屋都很棒，要往淺草寺也非常的方便快速，更可以再往前到晴空塔逛逛，一日的行程即可安排得非常好，房間乾淨整潔有洗衣機，但早餐因早退房就沒有品嘗到了，是個很適合想到淺草晴空塔等
