A 2017 newly renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms for up to 4 people could be your next oasis of well-being.
The apartment is located in an apartment complex in Berchtesgaden. Due to its elevated position, it offers a wonderful view of the mountain panorama. An indoor swimming pool is located in the house and is free for guests to use.
Königsee, Jenner, Eagle's Nest, Salt Mine, Royal Castle and Watzmann Therme. Ramsau with the national park or the city center of Berchtesgaden are not far away and can easily be reached by car or by public transport, thanks to the bus stop in front of the house.
Salzburg with its sights is only 20 km away and is always worth a visit. Or should it be Bad Reichenhall? You are spoiled for choice.
The nearest supermarket is 200 m. The train station is about 1 km away. Approximately 1.5 km away is the center of Berchtesgaden with spa and congress center, spa gardens and many local shops and restaurants. A visit is definitely worthwhile.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen in der gemütlichen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Beim "Anstieg" zum Haus kamen wir immer leicht ins Schnaufen, aber die ruhige Lage und der super Ausblick auf den Watzmann waren dafür toll.
Das Schwimmbad (mit etwas kühlen 24 Grad) war die ersten 2 Tage leider geschlossen, aber dann haben wir es täglich genutzt.
Auch das WLAN haben wir natürlich genutzt, was leider manchmal nur eingeschränkt nutzbar war.
Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super!
Vielen Dank auch für die kühlen Getränke und die Blumen. :)

Wir waren eine Woche mit unserem Baby verreist. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und hatte einen schönen Ausblick. Gerne wieder :)

Alle Erwartungen Erfüllt. Die Ausstattung war Spitze. Es war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alles was man braucht, war vorhanden. Die Aussicht aus dem Balkon war mehr als atemberaubend.

Es war wunderbar!
Zunächst war der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Gerade in der Pandemie Zeit ändern sich Auflagen und Beschlüsse jederzeit. Herr Lewand stand immer für Fragen zur Verfügung.
Der Check in war unproblematisch und easy. Wir haben eine saubere Ferienwohnung vorgefunden mit frisch bezogenen Betten und einer sehr guten Küchenausstattung. Über die Getränke und die Blumen zur Begrüßung haben wir uns sehr gefreut! Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Watzmann ist grandios! Die Lage ist insgesamt sehr gut, denn es gibt gleich um die Ecke einen Supermarkt, Bäckereien und man kann nach Berchtesgaden in den Ort laufen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können die Wohnung nur jedem Bergfreund weiterempfehlen.

Alles perfekt
Die Ferienwohnung war einfach super. Die Lage im Herzen von Berchtesgaden ist ideal für Wanderausflüge an den Königssee oder abendliches Essengehen. Die Wohnung war sauber und hatte alles, was man sich für einen Urlaub wünscht (vor allem ein sehr gemütliches Wohnzimmer). Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber war hervorragend und er war sehr großzügig, was den Check-in betrifft.

Die Wohnung ist besser ausgestattet als beschrieben und sieht tatsächlich wie auf den Bildern aus. Es gibt sogar Spiele, Bücher, eine Infobox mit Flyern zu Ausflugszielen und Wanderführer. Selbst Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmittelpods waren da. Die Wohnung ist sauber und mit schönen gepflegten Möbeln ausgestattet. Außerdem ist sie hübsch dekoriert, sodass man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Die Terrasse hat einen tollen Blick auf den Watzmann und am Nachmittag bis zum Abend ist sie schön sonnig. Wir wurden mit einem frischen Strauß Rosen, der sogar noch nach einer Woche schön war, begrüßt. Außerdem gab es sogar Willkommensgetränke. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einfach, schnell und sehr nett. Die Beschreibungen für die Anfahrt, wo der Schlüssel, die Wohnung und die Parkplätze zu finden sind, war auch sehr gut. Ich würde diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

In einem Schlafzimmer ging der Rolladen nicht mehr ganz herunter, aber das ist ein ‚Luxusproblem‘.

Lage Top, Austattung Flop
Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ehemaligen Hotelkomplex mit einem eigenen Pool, wir waren bereits in diesem zu Besuch in einem anderen Apartment und waren begeistert. An der Aussicht hat sich nicht geändert, ein schöner Ausblick auf den Watzmann von dem eigenen Balkon.
Kurz bevor wir angereist sind kam bereits der erste Rückschlag, der Pool ist diesmal geschlossen aufgrund von Corona, ärgerlich aber nachvollziehbar.
Als wir Samstag 21 Uhr erschöpft die Unterkunft betraten und nur noch Duschen und ins Bett wollten der nächste Rückschlag. Die Dusche lief nicht ab. Zunächst habe ich versucht den Abfluss freizuspülen allerdings ohne Erfolg. Es folgte eine Demontage des Abflusses und siehe da, dieser war randvoll mit langen Haaren die sich nicht erst seit ein paar Tagen dort befanden. Wie die Reinigung der Dusche erfolgte möchte ich erst gar nicht wissen. Ich machte den Vermieter auf diesen Sachverhalt aufmerksam, dieser hat von nichts gewusst aber nachträglich eine Fachfirma beauftragt um die Montage nochmal zu überprüfen. (Alles i.O.)
Nach diesem Rückschlag musste ich leider feststellen das die Wohnung zwar wie beschrieben W-Lan hat allerdings nur eine 0,5mbit/s Leitung und das über den gesamten Aufenthalt. Als der Vermieter mir ein Bild schickte das ich doch eine 50mbit/s Verbindung hätte ging ich die Wohnung ab um dies zu überprüfen und tatsächlich in den Schlafzimmern an der Außenwand sind bis zu 10mbit/s möglich. In der Wohnstube aber nicht, ein einfacher W-Lan Repeater hätte das Problem gelöst. Der Vermieter hätte davon nichts gewusst und wir seien die ersten die sich Beschweren, nachdem ich die anderen Bewertungen gelesen habe scheint das eine dreiste Lüge zu sein. Der Vermieter versprach aber in Zukunft das Problem zu lösen, überprüfen können wir dies aber leider nicht.
Die Wohnung wurde laut Beschreibung 2017 renoviert, wir vermuten allerdings nicht durch eine Fachfirma, überall sind offene Löcher, Farbe an Möbeln und Gardinen geschmiert. Im Bad sind die Löcher fragwürdig mit Silikon zugeschmiert und der Badschrank hängt nur noch schräg an der Wand. Die Toilette und das Bidet haben bereits Risse im Porzellan.
Jetzt aber genug gemeckert, die Einrichtung besonders Küche und Wohnzimmer sind sehr hochwertig, es befanden sich im Kühlschrank bereits Begrüßungsgetränke & Blumen auf dem Tisch. Der Vermieter antwortete schnell und die Lage ist wie bereits erwähnt Top. Gerne hätte ich Bilder hochgeladen aber dies ist hier nicht möglich...

Die Wohnung liegt in einem großen Wohnkomplex, befindet sich allerdings ganz am Rand und ist deshalb schön ruhig mit einer tollen Aussicht.Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet mit netten Details der Vermieter. Wirklich schöne FeWo!
Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und es gab für uns wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Der Balkon bietet einen schönen Blick aufs Gebirge. Einkäufe können fussläufig erledigt werden und der Königssee liegt in der Nachbarschaft. Die Wohnung war sauber und im Kühlschrank lagen kühle Willkommensgetränke!
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte auf allen Kanälen.
Diese Wohnung kann ich ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und im Kühlschrank gab es Begrüßungsgetränke und Eiswürfel. Das WLAN war leider recht schwach und das Hallenbad natürlich wegen Corona geschlossen.

Wir waren sehr überrascht, dass das Haus so groß war, ca. 50 Einheiten.
War auf den Fotos und den Beschreibungen nicht zu erkennen!
Schade war, dass das beschriebene Schwimmbad aufgrund der Corona-Situation nicht geöffnet war. Hier hätten wir uns einen Hinweis vom Vermieter gewünscht!
Auf dem Balkon kann man leider, aufgrund der geringen Größe des Tisches, nicht als Familie essen!
Das W-LAN war auch nicht wirklich gut!
Zudem haben wir beim Abziehen der Bettwäsche in dem Kinderzimmer einen kleinen Schock bekommen! Die Kissen müssen dringend gewaschen, wenn nicht sogar ausgetauscht werden
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung aber echt empfehlenswert und wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter Herrn Lewand. Kleine Mängel nach Rücksprache sofort behoben. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Für unseren Geschmack dürfte das Waschbecken etwas größer ausfallen. Ansonsten haben wir in der Wohnung nichts vermisst.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit beeindruckender Bergkulisse
Wir haben zu viert einige sehr erholsame und schöne Tage in Berchtesgaden verbracht. Die Raumaufteilung mit den beiden separaten Schlafräumen war für uns perfekt. In Bad und Küchen findet sich zudem alles was man benötigt. Auch in Zeiten von Corona haben wir uns in der Wohnanlage sehr wohl gefühlt! Im sehr nahen Umfeld finden sich die bekannten Ausflugsziele Jenner, Königssee, Wimbachklamm, etc. Für unsere Bergtouren der perfekte Ausgangspunkt. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder!

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet. Da gibt es alles was man braucht und sogar mehr, einschließlich Bücher und Spiele zur Unterhaltung. Vom Balkon geniest man einen schönen Watzmann-Blick. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei der Familie Lewand für unsere schöne Aufenthalt! Und noch einen riesigen Dankeschön von mir persönlich: ich habe in der Wohnung ein paar kleine Sachen vergessen. Herr Lewand war so unglaublich nett, an mich diese zurückzuschicken.

Beautiful apartment in beautiful Berchtesgaden
We have just enjoyed 9 nights in this apartment. It is in a good location, only a short walk to the bus/train station but you feel like you’re a million miles away from the hustle and bustle. The view of the Watzman from the balcony was just amazing and the sounds of the birds in the trees right next to the balcony was very relaxing. The apartment has everything you need for a good self catering holiday and was spotlessly clean and tidy. The apartment building was also very well maintained, lots of lovely flowers and plants all around. We used the swimming pool, which was very welcome after a day exploring in 30+ degree heat. Matthias was very professional and easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to enjoy this beautiful part of the world.

The apartment feels very modern. Bright, airy, and with an astoundishing view of the Watzmann mountain. Perfect location for excursions to Berchtesgaden, Königssee, Salzburg and all the activities in the area.
Inside swimming pool in the apartment building is also a great feature.
