About this house rental
This spacious and tastefully decorated three bedroom and two bathroom house is right in the centre of town. It is just 200 from the post office and 200 - 700 metres to the jetty, beach, river and park, CBD, hotels, restaurants and cafes, shopping, cinema, and the Butter Factory and Historical Museum. The bus station is a 100 metre walk away and a bus stop is just around the corner. Very quiet street considering its central location. Everything is so close you will love it!
THE HOUSE
The home is fully self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave and DeLonghi Magnifica S coffee (bean) machine. The living area and the main bedroom offer reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. The second and third bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Also enjoy the lovely wood fire to warm the house on these cool winter nights. The two toilets are located separate to the bathrooms, and the second bathroom has a bath. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. There is a smart TV so you are welcome to use your own Netflix ID.
There is a huge enclosed backyard, and the outdoor patio has a gas barbeque. Plenty of room for the kids and dog to play. There is also a second outdoor area to relax in privacy.
DOG FRIENDLY - Dogs welcome with prior arrangement. Dogs - $20 per night, per dog . Please state your dog's breed when booking. Dogs are not allowed on the bedding. They must be washed and treated for fleas before arrival.

The house was a home away from home with lots of extras we didn’t expect. 3 TVs, charging ports, and even a throw rug on the lounge to keep you warm, were all a nice surprise. The beds and lounges were all good, comfy and supportive. The house was large and really clean with a place for everything.
Walking distance to town and close to everything the region has to offer. We are looking forward to booking again!

Property is tastefully decorated, warm and welcoming. Well stocked kitchen, everything you could need. Beds comfortable. Loved the individual spaces and the huge relaxing back yard for our furbabys and us.

This is the perfect place to come and visit with family (human and furry).
The house is centrally located and is only walking distance away from the beach and shops and other action.
The house is set up in such a way that the young people had one section of the house for themselves while the oldies had their own section. The rooms were beautiful and airy with access to the outdoors.
The kitchen was so well set up with everything that one needs to cook. All the gear was high quality!
The garden was huge and well kept. The dogs loved it! We simply loved it and will come back. Highly recommend this place.

A most welcoming greeting note together with complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates was a warming touch to our stay. Very clean and homely with TV and fireplace. A large well kept garden, a delight for our Golden Retriever.

A lovely, clean property with a secure, huge backyard. A dog’s paradise. An easy walk to Coles and the jetty.

Location is fantastic, very easy short walk to the Jetty and supermarkets.
The house was extremely clean, supplied lots and lots of your basic pantry and fridge staples, which is always handy when you forget to pack salt!! 🤣

Sparkling clean, well maintained, fantastic layout with separation between master & minor bedrooms, 2 great bathrooms & laundry. Huge, fully fenced lawned backyard for your fur baby with lovely alfresco area with BBQ. Easy gate access to backyard which was great for the kids to get their scooters through. Lovely personal touches with shells in glass bowls and coastal decor which automatically relaxes you & puts you in a holiday vibe. Beautiful welcome pack on arrival & some essentials left in the pantry & bathrooms was awesome.
Then the location, is wow. Walking distance to everything we needed. Cannot fault it.

Our weekend away with family was perfect, the house is comfortable and everything you need is at hand. Perfect home away from home even for my 83 year old mum. The yard is perfect for the dogs too, plenty of room for a run and heaps of spots for them to lay in the sun. With only a short walk to the beautiful beach and even a brewery nearby you couldn't want anything more. Thanks for everything.
