This bright, spacious 1100 sq ft condo provides plenty of room for everyone to enjoy this mountain retreat! We have upgraded with the finest towels, linens, supplies, etc. We LOVE to stay here and so will you! You will be in the heart of the Rockies with amazing scenery and wildlife just outside your deck! Views of Breckenridge and Keystone! Summer is fantastic! Access to an incredible trail network right outside the door, hiking and biking among aspens, pines wildflowers and streams/lakes. These trails are perfect for hiking and mountain biking. World Class Skiiing! Located right on the Summit County shuttle line (Summit Stage) in front of your condo for easy, free access to all ski areas and shopping. The ski areas of Keystone, Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Vail are within a short drive. Bordering Arapahoe National Forest at the base of Buffalo Mountain, hikers and cross-country skiers have easy access to a variety of trails in the Gore Range right outside! There are great biking opportunities for all types of bikers throughout Summit. Living Area The master suite has a king bed and en-suite with full bath and jetted tub, 2nd bedroom has a full-sized bunk-bed. A 3/4 bathroom with roomy shower is located in the hall. Spacious living room has a fireplace, television, Dish TV, Amazon Fire TV, DVD, and walk out deck to National Forest and beaver ponds. Open kitchen with all modern appliances, and eating/cooking utensils. Coffee grinder and whole beans for the best coffee experience. Amenities include fresh linens, thick, cotton towels, high speed internet, Dish TV and Amazon Prime. This is our vacation retreat, and we have spared no expense supplying the highest quality items. One of the better condos ive stayed in co. Bed was very comfortable and overall a perfectly cozy unit.

Wife and I stayed at the condo for a few days this last Feb. 2024. Checked in during a snow storm. We have experience driving in snow and a good awd vehicle with good winter tires. If you don't have the proper vehicle and tires getting to the condo could be a trick.
The condo is very clean, plenty of room for several people. The owners / managers are very responsive and were great to work with. The unit is on the 2nd floor with one level overhead. We were lucky there were no immediate neighbors over us, next door, or even under, so the complex was very very quiet. We enjoyed the proximity to all the mountains for skiing, and during the summer can see how it could be great for all the warm weather activities.
If the property is available on our next trip, it will be the first we try to book for another stay.

Beautiful, warm, cozy with plenty of room to cook, play games, watch movies & just be. We loved every moment we were there. The big windows let in the sun and gave us a picturesque view of the snow & mountains & trees. The fireplace provided even more comfort & ambiance for our Christmas family time. Ty Ty.

This condo has been the most enjoyable place we have stayed at on our annual ski trip for my daughter and I. Has all of the amenities you could ask for in a rental. Beds were comfortable. We used the hot tub while there, which was a treat! Close to all of the ski resorts we go to. Shopping is also close by. Look forward to booking at this condo next year! Thanks for giving us a memorable vacation that was worry free and felt like home!

The condo was great. It was very clean and in a great location. Everything we needed was available and we had great instructions on the location. The scenery off the deck was beautiful and having trails right outside the building was nice.

The views from the balcony are as advertised, amazing! I could sit there and enjoy them all day. Had a wonderful trip and enjoyed being close to multiple 14ers. I highly recommend the hike to Lily Pad Lake as well. The condo was good, nice size, etc. There are a few items showing their age. The hosts were excellent with communication. Good value for the cost.

We’ve rented a lot of places while traveling or on vacation and this condo tops the list. Very clean, with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds. A little thing we really appreciated was instructions on using the TV/Cable/streaming services. Sometimes this can be so challenging but the hosts left clear instructions. The location is easy to find in Silverthorne and just minutes to Dillon and Frisco. If we are ever in the area again, we’d definitely rent this property again.

We had a great experience, everything was as pictured. All was functional, the view from the apartment was to kill for, and the owners were extremely responsive, with the check in and check out process going very smoothly. There are countless trails just outside the door. The humidifier was a welcome bonus, it is the first time when my nose is happy in Colorado. Btw, the white humidifier needs to be checked (filter probably)- it looks like it is working but it is not. Thanks again, we would gladly come back- we absolutely loved our stay!

We have stayed in a few places, but this condo is the best by far. We called it our nest because it was so comfy and cozy but was bigger than we expected. It has all the extra touches like soft close drawers in the kitchen, a working fireplace, fabulous views, a jacuzzi bathtub which was great after a long day of skiing. We never had to contact the owners while there because everything was perfect. We hope to return to enjoy summer activities there as well. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

We had a very relaxing stay at this property for a quick spring break getaway.It was VERY cold and snowy for our entire stay, so we basically just stayed inside and relaxed, just wandering out for dinner. We all fit very comfortably.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great size condo for our family. We enjoyed how the place was setup to handle ski equipment near the entryway. Beds were comfortable. Overall, we had a good time.

- Heating works well and doesn't get too hot, which sometimes happens on 2nd-floor places.

We very much enjoyed the property, hot tub after a long day of skiing, the furnishings, and best of all the location. Close to Breckenridge, Keystone, Vail, and other ski resorts made this an ideal location. The hosts were terrific with outstanding communication and follow up. Love the Salt Lick Condos. The layout and amenities are great for skiing, the location as well. 20 minutes to Keystone and 30 to Breck. Snow hiking trails right outside the door.

Excellent accommodations for a lovely area
We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and its proximity to all the places we wanted to visit in summertime. It's a short drive to Vail, Keystone and Breckenridge and very close to the Dillon reservoir, hiking, Frisco etc. The national forest is the backyard of this condo, a beautiful view from the patio in the morning with a cup of coffee. But a gorgeous drive to Sapphire Point Overlook can't be beat for watching the sun set. I hope to come back!

The condo was exactly as shown in the listing, the view off the balcony is priceless. The location is convenient and a great base for your Colorado trip. The hosts did a great job communicating all the way through.

This was the perfect location to visit multiple ski resorts ( A-basin Keystone, Breck, Copper). It was very comfortable for family and close to shopping, restaurants and 1-70 .
The only negative was that one of the two showers were not working but the owner did try to fix in a timely manner during our stay.

Great ski vacation!
This condo is in a perfect location making skiing, shopping and dining out easy. My wife is always worried about hearing neighbors, but we couldn’t even tell that anyone else was there. We will definitely be back!

Perflorado skiing
Received the code for entry a couple of days beforehand and the instructions to find the property were spot on and easy to follow.
The condo had an excellent stock of toilet rolls, tissues, toiletries and store cupboard essentials - this took much of the hassle away, especially when flying in from Europe. The kitchen has plenty of pans and utensils, with a handy fridge/freezer and 'essentials
The roads and condo car park were kept clear of snow and Silverthorne gave easy access to skiing - we went to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin and they were all with 30 minutes drive of the condo.
We enjoyed the tranquil view from the balcony and it got the sun for the majority of the day - but be warned, at that altitude, wear sunscreen!
