About this house rental
Our beautiful semi-detached house for 2-4 people, newly built in 2016, offers everything you could want for a relaxing holiday: from the terrace a partial view of the nature reserve, a quiet yet central location (a few 100 m to the center), a fully furnished, modern house to relax. It is only about 300 m to the sea and the beautiful sandy beach in Schillig is 2 km away. There are 5 bicycles (3 x 28 inches and 2 children's bicycles) available for you to use freely.
Important: The rental property is allergy-friendly and a non-smoking property.
Pets and Animals in general are expressly not allowed.

The initial equipment with dishcloths, tea towels, washing-up liquid, garbage bags, cleaning agents and toilet paper, as well as the additional costs (electricity, water, gas and garbage, WiFi) are of course included in the price.
When the keys are handed over, the flat rate of EUR 70.00 for the final cleaning, handing over of the keys, issuing of spa cards and administrative expenses must be paid in cash to the rental service.
On request you can book bed linen, towels and bath towels. The cost per person for the laundry package is EUR 10 and will be charged on site when the keys are handed over by our administrator (as well as the visitor's tax). When booking this package, the beds are of course freshly made.
From 2020, the cost of the laundry package will be 15 euros per person.
During the main vacation periods (summer vacation, autumn vacation, Christmas vacation and Easter holidays) we prefer to rent weekly. Arrival day in the summer vacation is Saturday or by arrangement.
Exceptions to this are booking gaps - just look at our calendar and contact us.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Das Ferienhaus ist modern, sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar mehrere gute Fahrräder für tolle Radtouren am Deich entlang. Von uns gibt es eine Topbewertung 😃

Toll ausgestattet Ferienhaus
Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienhäusern in Europa, aber wir hatten selten ein so gut ausgestattetes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus vorgefunden. Wie haben uns in dieser Woche sehr wohl gefühlt.
Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt sind die Fahrräder, die nicht alle fahrbereit waren. Da wir aber unsere eigenen Räder dabei hatten, ist das für uns nicht relevant.
Von uns gibt es eine klare Empfehlung für dieses schöne Ferienhaus!!

Ruhige Woche an der Küste
Die Doppelhaushälfte liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse in zweiter Reihe mit Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür. Zu unserer Reisezeit waren nur wenige andere Ferienwohnungen in der Siedlung vermietet und auch die zweite DHH unbelegt, daher war es angenehm ruhig, und wir haben uns prima erholt. (Man schaut von der Terrasse in zwei andere Gärten, daher ggf. in der Hochsaison belebter.) Mitte unserer Urlaubswoche erreichten die in Horumersiel aktuell stattfindenden Bauarbeiten zwecks Glasfaserkabel-Verlegung unsere Straße, die Störung hielt sich aber in Grenzen (wir sind halt tagsüber in andere Orte gefahren - und irgendwann muss es halt gemacht werden).
Die Wohnung hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen, die Schlüsselübergabe am Restaurant lief problemlos (wir haben gleich fürs Abendessen reserviert und waren sehr zufrieden). Etwas enttäuscht waren wir lediglich vom Zustand der Fahrräder - eines der beiden normal großen 28" Räder war wegen eines abgerissenen Ventils nicht verwendbar und stand nach unserem Eindruck schon länger auf plattem Reifen; bei dem 28" Fahrrad mit kleinerem Rahmen war der Sattel nicht richtig festzudrehen und die Klingel defekt, zudem mit einer Körpergröße von 1,72 nicht passend. Die Kinderfahrräder haben wir nicht angeschaut, würden aber generell eine Wartung der Räder empfehlen - dann ist der nächste Gast auch komplett zufrieden.

Alles war prima. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sehr schöne gepflegte Einrichtung mit schönem Inventar. Sehr ruhige Lage und doch zentral! Gerne wieder

Die Wohnung war einfach spitze. Von vorne bis hinten hin durchdacht und sinnvoll eingerichtet. Leider waren zur Reisezeit sehr wenige Lokalitäten vor Ort geöffnet, doch da kann ja die Wohnung nichts für ☺️

Tolles Ferienhaus
Alles was man benötigt ist in diesem schönen Ferienhaus vorhanden. Ruhige Lage und dennoch zentral gelegen. Keine 5 Gehminuten bis zum Zentrum und zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ( der kleine Edeka in Laufweite bietet ein gutes Angebot) und der ortsüblichen Fischbude. Das Haus haben wir sehr sauber vorgefunden und es ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben es jahreszeitlich geschmackvoll dekoriert vorgefunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Fahrräder haben wir auf Grund der Witterung leider nicht nutzen können. Trotzdem konnten wir auch in dieser Jahreszeit einige Stunden am Tag draußen verbringen. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.

Schönes Haus mit Überdachter Terrasse und Fahrrädern
Das Haus ist ruhig und zentral gelegen.
2 Bäcker, ein kleiner Edeka, eine Fischräucherei, 2 Eissalons, mehrere Restaurants etc. sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Auch der große Edeka ist mit dem Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Dass die Terrasse überdacht ist, haben wir genossen , da es auch ab und zu regnete.
Der Verwalter ist sehr freundlich und zuverlässig und hat unsere Anliegen sofort erledigt. Auch der nette Anruf der Vermieterin im Ferienhaus, ist nicht selbstverständlich.
Der Sandstrand in Schillig in ca. 2,3 km ist mit den Fahrrädern schnell erreicht, der Grasstrand in Horumersiel sowieso.
Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und wir empfehlen das Haus gerne weiter.

Die Ferienwohnung Thaler lässt absolut keine Wünsche offen. Eine tiptop saubere Unterkunft. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt und noch mehr. Die Einrichtung ist äußerst geschmackvoll abgestimmt und in hervorragendem Zustand. Fahrräder sind vorhanden und wurden viel genutzt. Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine etc. top. 3 Fernseher, so dass auch die Teenager nichts vermissen:)
Jederzeit wieder und eine absolute TOP-Empfehlung. Familie Thaler meldet sich sogar telefonisch um nach der Zufriedenheit zu fragen. Da steckt Herzblut drin. Die Verwaltung ist sehr professionell und freundlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Traumhaft / Sauber / TOP ausgestattet / immer wieder
Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Im Haus fehlt es an absolut gar nichts. Sogar an eine Kühletasche und Kühlakkus für den Strand wurde gedacht.
Toll ist auch die Terrassenüberdachung, wo man bei Regen auch sehr gut sitzen kann. Die vorhanden Fahrräder wurden viel genutzt. Für Kinder sind viele Spiele, DVD´s,... vorhanden.
Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus in ruhiger Top Lage.
Die Wohnung ist stielvoll und modern eingerichtet.
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet wie auch alle anderen Räume einschl. Bad.
Die Terrasse ist überdacht (mit Sonnenschutz) so das man
auch mal bei einem kleinen Regenschauer draußen sitzen
bleiben kann.

Sehr schönes Haus mit Allem was man braucht
Das Haus ist sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet. Man findet wirklich alles was man so an Kleinigkeiten für den Urlaub braucht. Auch der Kontakt zu Vermieter und Hausverwaltung war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Einzige was wir verbessern würden, ist ein WLAN-Repeater im großen Schlafzimmer/in der oberen Etage. Wenn man mal doch am Schreibtisch arbeiten oder den mitgebrachten Amazon Fire Stick anschließen möchte, ist das Netz zu schlecht.
Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Man ist sehr zentral zu diesem wunderschönen kleinen Örtchen und dennoch in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Strand, Schwimmbad etc sind alle zu Fuß erreichbar.
