From our apartment you are only three blocks (3-5 min. walk) away from the beach. Located in a very prestigious, popular and safe area.

This cozy 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom apartment, is one of your best options if you are looking for a nice and quiet place, to spend your vacations, either just for fun or looking for sunshine away from the winter.

Le Frontenac Condo counts with two elevators. Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor, it is near the elevators and is completely furnished and equipped.
If you own, or rent a car, during your stay there is a private parking space just for you.
The Condo is Smoke-Free, so smoking is not permitted inside the apartment nor in social areas and NO PETS are allowed in the premises. Children are welcome!

The kitchen, the dining and living room, are conveniently designed in a common space. From the living room and the balcony, you have a nice view from the swimming pool, Jacuzzi and the parks around the condo.

On the fridge door, there´re the rule for the use of the apartment as well as the Wi-Fi Password.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook: so, just go to the supermarket, that is just a couple of blocks away from the condo, and you will find all types of food and groceries you like. For your convenience, the building has shopping carts located in the parking lot, so you can take your groceries home. Take one without hesitation, just be sure to put it back where it belongs!

The master bedroom has a king size bed, and a TV; the window overlooks the balcony and the pool. It has its own private bath and a walking closet. The second bedroom, has two imperial beds, a walking closet and a bath as well. The apartment also has washing and drying machines and an ironing table.

The unit includes Secure Wi-Fi Network with Internet Access, DVD player, Smart TV with English and French channels, as well as NETFLIX.
For your trips to the beach, there are umbrellas, beach chairs and towels, for a great time at Sunny Isles Beach.

In our Sunny Isles condo, everything is walking distance, surrounded by supermarkets, groceries stores, coffee shops, Pharmacy drug-stores, restaurants, banks, gas stations and parks.
You can take a free shuttle service on famous Collins Ave, just two blocks from our apartment, and in just 10 min. you will be in Aventura Mall, South Florida’s premier shopping and dining destination.
Aventura Mall offers over 300 fine retailers and is home to some of the most desirable names in fashion and a variety of culinary delights.

Our stay which lasted a month went well overall, on the other hand, we had to wait 45 minutes after having driven 14 hours to have the door of the building opened by someone else, who she opens with an electronic chip. The owners told us that he would be there when we arrived, despite the three text messages that we would arrive in 30 minutes, but no one was there. Very disappointing especially since he lives in the same building. It took a week and a half for a repair to the patio door which was really hard to open with a wooden handle that was missing a screw. Finally, he removed this handle to leave us only the cavity to open, which was even more difficult. And by the way, on the VRBO site it says that pets are prohibited but there are several and even the owner of our unit has a small dog. The rest are details. On the other hand, this condo is really located a 5-minute walk from the beach and the Publix. It is very well equipped, the beds are very comfortable, the site is quiet. P.S. The parking lot we were provided with is not covered (No.85) and there is a $25.00 US fee to pay for the condo management, non-refundable.

Very happy overall. The appartment was clean and spacious. A/C was powerfull enough for the Florida summer. Close enough to the beach with usefull caddie to transport a provided umbrella and chairs. 30 minutes to South Beach and Downtown. Communications with the host quick and easy. Thanks!

Me and my friend from college spent 2 months at this property. Perfect space for us to work full time remotely and great location for us to go down to Miami on the weekend. Owner was easy to communicate with and helped us with any needs. Place was super clean too!

The Condo was clean ,had everything we needed, walking distance to the beach just a FYI between 2-4 we were told not to drive due to the school letting out,, you can walk to the Publix and a few eateries, loved the warm pool water overall it’s a great place to spend R&R

We had a wonderful 16 day stay in this great 2BR, 2BA apartment. During the entire stay we were made to feel welcome and our host, Marco, was very accommodating. My wife and I both agree that we will definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity to visit the area again. Thank you Marco for making our stay so pleasant.
