What you see is what you get; very accurate listing. But I want to mention some things that you might not realize.
3.5 balcony-style areas. Each of the four bedrooms has access (either directly or it's right next to it) to their own balcony. 2 of the 'balconies' are on the ground level and one of those has the hot tub... that's why I say ' 3.5 balcony-style'. There is no large/massive balcony for 12 people to hang out on all at once. The 2 balconies on the main floor can comfortably fit 6 people. The balconies are also quite private. Other neighboring cabins clearly have no privacy at all: You could be out on your balcony and you could throw an orange to somebody in a different rental. But THESE balcony areas were not exposed to many other windows etc from neighboring properties
The kitchen is stocked well with cutlery, dishes and cooking equipment. There was nothing we were looking for that we couldn't find. I think we only saw 1 cutting board and it was broken - still usable.
The AC was a bit weak; it was never very uncomfortable but not quite cold. Cool arcade game. Master Bath's soaking tub was great. Entering/exiting driveway was rough do to columns close to path.
My only complaint would be that the emails from the owners were overbearing. Lots of repeated info and many negative sentences blaming prior guests for some of the rules. I advise running the automated emails through ChatGPT.

This was a great place to spend some time together as a family. We had 13 people in our party, 7 adults and 6 children. There was plenty of space to gather as a family and also have some private space when needed. The cabin is beautiful, with a well equipped kitchen, nice views, and aworking hottub. Just be prepared for a very steep ascent to get to the cabin. We all made it up in 2wd, but that would not be the case in winter weather. It would be even more treacherous going down in a situation like that. We had about 5 bear encounters during our 5 day stay at the cabin. None were agressive, but they were definetly comfortable around humans, so alwayss be smRt. Check in and check-out process was smooth. The only small complaint I have was that one of the pull out beds was grimy and the right hand lower bathroom door handle was not functioning properly. We couldn't get it to lock properly, until one point we locked ourselves out. The owner was good about andwering my questions thoroughly and in a timely manner via text. Overall, great stay.

Great place to stay while visiting the Gatlinburg area. Short drive to downtown, groceries, and shopping. Dont skip a visit to the local craft store and the soda fountain is a must visit. The cabin was well appointed and had everything we needed for a group of 10. The ensuit bathrooms for every bedroom worked out for all. White water rafting for all ages is a short country drive through some of the most beautiful country you can see. Back to the cabin... comfy bedding, clean, and plenty of room for our family to be together. The teens and younger ones enjoyed the game area and their own tv area in the evenings. Wildlife, yep they got it... bears visiting almost daily, birds and raccoons are your new neighbors. Make sure the trash is locked and keep the porch clean and they wont be a bother. They will walk off with your shoes and hats too. Kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. Morning coffee on the deck with views for miles, we were planning our return by the time we made it to the end of the driveway on checkout day. Owners are attentive and quick to respond if you have questions. Book it now! Thanks Chris and Sarah, looking forward to returning.

We stayed here on our first trip to Gatlinburg this summer, and we were absolutely blown away! The house beyond exceeded all of our expectations, it was spacious, comfortable, and most importantly clean and tidy. The views are second to none, you are sitting on top of the mountain looking across the valley where Gatlinburg is situated. The host is amazing, very accommodating and responsive when communicating, and to top it off we got to see a bear walk across the yard! We will definitely be returning to this little slice of heaven in the years to come!

Really nice place. Clean, plenty of space, and it’s a really good location…5 minutes to downtown Gatlinberg, 5 minutes from a grocery store, 15 minutes from Dollywood. Everybody had their own en-suite bathroom and king bed. The downstairs game room was a lot of fun with epic games of shuffleboard and soaking in the hot tub.
The view is great, and the property is the best in the community with plenty of parking and nice flat property.
Highly recommend, Chris is a great host, easy to get in touch with, and easily added an early check-in and an extra night to our stay.

The views from the deck of the scenery and Gatlinburg during the day and night are amazing. The location for the cabin is perfect and if you are looking for a cabin that can keep you close to the town and provide you with the peacefulness of the Smokey mountains, this is it! We woke up each morning to beautiful views, birds chirping and a wild turkey showing his feathers! The cabin provided us with plenty to do for the children and areas to relax for the adults. The communication provided by the property owner gave us all the information we needed and never left us guessing on how to do anything. The cabin was beautiful inside and out and was more than enough room for our family of 10. I will definitely stay here again and again. Thank you for making our trip memorable and leaving us with the urge to return! I recommend this property or any of the properties the owner rents out to anyone who wants to be amazed.

The views are amazing! Cabin is super cozy. Alot of times when you rent a place you have never been to, you worry about having everything you need and if the beds are comfortable. All of that stress went away as soon as we walked thru the door. Loved this place!

Bella Vista is a enjoyable, nice cabin to spend time with family. Everyone has their own personal clean space. There’s fun things for my grandchildren to do. They loved playing foosball. Close proximity to the fun things downtown and hiking trails. Enjoyed the hot tub but it could use a little more jet power. We had a great stay!

There is construction going on across the street during the day, and there is road noise outside that seems amplified by the mountains. Saw a bear just outside the driveway!

Beautiful cabin with everything you could want. All the beds are dreamy, the showers are spa like with great water pressure, the kitchen is huge and has everything you could need. Outside with all the balconies, great big flat yard on the top of a mountain it was just outstanding. We will most definately be back. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

My purposes for this stay were to stay in a cabin that provided beautiful views, as well as, convenience to sites, attractions, and grocery stores & eateries. This knocked each hope and expectation out of the park!!! AND, it had a YARD! My family played basketball on a mountain top! We grilled and ate outside. 7 of us! Yet, we could sit in a hot tub on the back deck and see and enjoy unencumbered views for miles, from both levels. Each room had its own deck and the living areas and kitchen were very large. 7 of us all moving around at once never felt crowded and we all could sit together comfortably. It’s perfect for my needs and I will rent again. The kitchen had every pan, utensil, and appliance we needed. That NEVER is the case, and I’ve been to many cabins. The only issue that i experienced was slow internet but I knew a quick router reboot would fix that. I texted Chris, he remotely rebooted the router, and there were never any other internet lagging issues. That all took 5 minutes. We slept 6 adults and 14 month old very comfortably. 2 couples and 2 single adults in 4 rooms. With hideaway beds we could have easily added 2 more adults and 2 children. This is an extremely beautiful cabin with wonderful views. It is very close to town and not far from a grocery store either (Food City). We did see a bear one day on the property but chances are the bear was there a lot more. We were hardly home!
With four bedrooms and two floors there is so much room! Each room has its own balcony area also. Of course, one of the balcony areas is the hot tub area - and that is a must! The hot tub was amazing!
We love this cabin and wish we lived closer so we could visit more often!

We love your place and location, loved the wildlife but mostly we loved the mattresses we slept on. Can you please tell us what brand they are and what model(?). My whole family raved about the beds and how comfortable they were. Is it the mattress that makes them so comfy or is it a mattress topper? The home and views from the balconies were stunning. We will deffinitely return for another vacation stay. thank you.

The home is beautiful and just as described. I love that each bedroom had their own private bathroom and even balcony. The house is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The yard was nice to spend outside time with the kids or just go for a walk down the driveway.
Some downsides to our stay were that the blinds and ceiling fans were very dusty. (and this wasn't from 1 missed cleaning) So we weren't able to use the much needed ceiling fans due to dust falling and our allergies.
The kitchen had lots of odds and ends as far as cooking utensils, no measuring cups or spoons or a non stick pan. I went out to buy my own. Also, the a/c would be turned up when we would leave and when we returned it wasn't cool it was hot and stuffy and took over an hour to cool the house. This we kinda creepy, not sure if someone controls the a/c virtually or someone watching cameras as we came and went again that part was creepy.
But other than that our stay was very nice and the views were to die for.

We had a family vacation with 13 people. Plenty of beds and space and clean home. Lots of fun with games and outdoor space. We played games every evening on shuffleboard, air hockey, video games and outside basketball court. Very close to shopping and restaurants. We got to see 2 bears and a bobcat from the balconies on our first day. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Property was wonderful for all ages to enjoy. The amenities were much better than expected. The outdoor area was great for the dogs. Indoor furnishings accommodated many family games. The kitchen made cooking easy. The hot tub was very relaxing.

Bella Vista Lodge was fantastic for our group of 5 lifelong friends. It was just what we wanted and the best part was we could bring our 2 rescue dogs with us. The road up to the cabin is not for the faint of heart but once you reach the cabin you felt like you were on top of the world with awesome views. We would definitely like to stay here again on our next girl's trip to the Smokies. One note, be sure to bring your own clothes hangers if you want to hang up any clothes as there were none in any of the closets (a very small inconvenience to stay at this gorgeous cabin).

Everything about this cabin was amazing! The location, the views were breathtaking, the space(there was 13 of us), the hot tub and the cabin itself was gorgeous..I could go on and on! My family had so much fun and would LOVE to come back. Highly recommend!

This cabin truly has what has to be a top 5 view in Gatlinburg! The cabin was very well setup and had more than enough space for our group of 9 and the beds are EXQUISITE. The cabin is very close to downtown yet situated so that you have plenty of privacy as well. One huge draw to this property is the flat space to park/get out and enjoy the outdoors. Bonus - we got to see a momma bear and 2 cubs on our last night. They stayed about 30 minutes playing out in front of the house in the woodline. The hosts thought of it all and we will certainly be back!!

Wonderful cabin in Gatlinburg. The cabin is in a great location that gives views over all the amenities in downtown. We absolutely loved that the cabin was the last one on the road and had no traffic coming to or passed the cabin. I wouldn’t say it’s walking distance to down town but it is definitely less then 5 minutes drive. We have 4 kids and 2 very large dogs and was pleased with the amount of yard space unlike many other cabins that have very little if not any at all. Chris was a very great host and was very easy to work with. Couldn’t ask for a better cabin or host experience.

Bella Vista cabin has a Wonderful view the the great Smoky mountains. There were 7 of us in our party. I went to stay at the cabin with my four adult children to celebrate an early Christmas in Gaitlinberg.
The cabin was located up a winding hill at the top of the mountain so the views from the balcony was spectacular. The cabin itself was very clean, bright, spacious and comfortable with 2 living room sitting areas. The Kitchen was set up as open floor plan so we could visit with guests while preparing meals. Also the 4 bedrooms had king sized beds which were very comfortable.
I would highly recommend this cabin if you are looking for a quiet mountain retreat with luxurious accommodations.

We had a great time at the cabin! It was beautiful and very well maintained. Chris kept us very informed and we knew exactly what to expect. The location is Fantastic!!! Just happened that Gatlinburg was having its annual Christmas parade while we were there and we could see the lights and sounds when on our balcony, loved it! We were very surprised when we found that our cabin had been decorated for Christmas. Already planning a return trip.
