Iso perheryhmä Suomesta

Asunto oli tosi siisti ja tilava. Sijainti oikein kiva. Rähjäinen ulko-ovi kadulla kätki sisäänsä erittäin mukavan asunnon tarvittavilla asioilla. Vuoteet oli erittäin hyvät ja lakanat sileät. Vuokranantaja huolehti, että saimme ohjeet sisäänmenoon. Asunnossa oli ihanat pesutuotteet vessoissa ja pesuhuoneissa.

Spaosasto on hiukan liioittelua, mutta kylpyamme oli silti kiva lisä. Lämmin vesi loppui joksikin aikaa, kun useampi isosta seurueesta halusi kylpeä.

Upea, vanha talo. Loistava sijainti. Rauhallinen, kaunis alue ja katu. Isot upeat makuuhuoneet ja erinomaiset vuoteet. Ikkunoista hyvät näkymät. Väljät oleskelutilat. Sauna ja kylpyamme extra plussaa.

Eteisessä ulkovaatteiden säilytyspaikka hieman liian pieni isolle perheelle (10 henkilöä). Parvekkeella tilaan liian iso pöytä (hankala käyttää).

Exceptional

Clean, well furnished, comfortable, convenient location to old town, shopping, grocery and restaurants. Easy check in and access.

Note: While the arrangements worked for our extended family, many would not consider the two loft sleeping areas without doors as “bedrooms”.

Excellent location. Beautifully furnished. Responsive staff when we initially had difficulty with key.

Minor issues: main floor bath right off living area would benefit from a vent fan, clothes washer leaks when running, main floor shower seal at bottom of glass allows water to run out onto floor. Need more towels - one kitchen towel is not sufficient, no hand towels in baths.

we had a lovely stay, apartment amazing! so warm and cosy and Christmas tree lovely touch.

the apartment was out of this world! like a luxury hotel, we were surprised how nice it was as the price was so good , the Christmas tree was a lovely touch.. Netflix , wifi, all great! great location also

couldn’t get sauna on but that wasn’t an issue.

Great location. Tidy beds and rooms. Enough kitchen equipment. Ice cube machine.

Small sauna, It fits 3 persons (or 4 good friends...). But this wasn't really a problem.

It was as good as expected. Great for large groups and there really is enough common space for everybody. Also the place is spotless.

Great apartment for big groups

Really good location for the spacious, nice apartment! The beds were comfy and the sauna was great.

The bathroom smelled a little and if you use the jacuzzi then there is no warm water left for the shower. Also the doors can be a bit hard to open. But overall, these were not big problems.

Apartment was clean and location was good.

Check in process to this apartment was really bad. We got instructions to enter with Code, but that didn't work. It was very uncomfortable to realize that you are with 8 person in situation, where you are sitting in staircase and you don't get in to apartment and no one is answering their "emergency phone". Not really nice feeling, especially when you have pre paid booking fully. We tried all possible channels, without success. We were already arranging and searching hotels, where we could find enough rooms for us - which is not always easy. After waiting and waiting we got call back from them and process to find some solution started. We got feeling that they didn't really take issue seriously - they asked us many time "please try once again" - Great idea, but if you have already tried 16 times, it should be enough. Finally we got ONE key, which was not really comfortable for large group like us. They also tried to fix that lock and finally next evening they managed to do it. We lost quite some time with this mess and it was not really nice start for relaxing weekend. Apartment itself is nice looking, but you should notice that there is only 2 bedrooms, which has door. Others are more or less open. I would consider carefully, before booking this - especially if you are searching trustworthy and reliable accommodation. We also gave opportunity to Tallinn City Apartment to compensate this nasty experience, but without any reasonable result.

Location, plenty of space and excellent beds.

Sauna was missing first step to get up into seating. Showers weren’t the best.

Passable

Great location.

Both of the remotes were not in function and the sauna wasn't working as well for the first day of our stay. However, they came on the second day and fixed the problem. Furthermore, we found some pieces of glass on the carpet which may cause serious hurt to someone. Hope this information can help the city apartment getting better and we really enjoy our stay with the city apartment even with all those inconveniences.
