Very comfortable clean had issue with being out of power due to storm but that’s Mother Nature. Manager was excellent to deal with. Will 100% be back.

We had a great time and the location, property, and house were great. Kids loved fishing from the boat house. Boat house made storing boats for the night easy. Very nice quiet Neiborhood, some nice fishing, and close to Toledo Town if you forgot anything.

We take a trip annually to Toledo bend. This year we stayed on the Louisiana side. And chose this place for our first time. It’s a great location, plenty of space for a large group and excellent cleaning station for fish. It’s everything we needed and we will be back.

Cabin is well spaced and clean. Good surroundings with a good boat launch and dock! I will definitely be back and recommend anyone that is looking to stay around mid lake!

Nice view and beautiful sunsets
The house was really clean and well put together! We went at the wrong time of year for the fish but we had fun sitting on the porch enjoying being there with family. If we would go back this would be the place I would rent again!

Beginning of Summer Break!!!
Once again we had a great time here!!! It’s our fourth time staying at this cabin and we love it!!! It’s always very clean and smelled so fresh when we walked in. We love the location!!! The boat ramp is so convenient and it’s so close to grocery store and everything else you need - even snow cones! There is room for everyone in the family and a bed for all! We love being able to swing on the porch while watching kids swim! They stayed in the lake for 5 days!!!! We caught fish nearby!!! The management is awesome - easy to reach and so eager to make the best of our stay!!! We love it and so do our Grandchildren - we all feel “at home”!

Weekend getaway
Owner was cool. Kids who were not with us tried jumping off of the warf, though. Everything else was all good. The place was really nice. Perfect for a guys weekend. We had a great time.

Look no further than the old yellow lake house
Perfect for a family get together, from it’s spacious decks, ample seating and as you enter you are greeted by a spacious inviting home with multiple private bedrooms a well stocked kitchen and plenty of comfortable furniture. S’mores at the fire pit in the evening and plenty of fish to catch off the private dock. Don’t forget your inner tubes to float your day away in the small almost private cove

This was our first experience staying in the Yellow Cabin but it won’t be my last.

Great location on the lake. Our family of 12 enjoyed our stay. The porch was a great place to visit and make new memories!

We loved the property! It's a beautiful place and so very relaxing.
I would only mention 1 thing, especially with my husband and I being almost 60 and terrible arthritis. We stayed in the master bedroom next to the large bath with washing machine. Maybe check out those mattresses and box springs. Lay on the beds, get in and out. Just a mention. We're definitely keeping your contact information because we hope to stay there again. Thanks for everything!!

I cannot express enough gratitude to Randy and how well he accommodated us after the chaos from Hurricane Laura! We are so thankful that our weekend getaway did not have to get cancelled! We thoroughly enjoyed all the aspects of these homes- the peaceful location, the amazing view on the water (sunset/sunrise are my favorite times of the day), the fabulous decks and seating areas outside, and all the little things that made us feel right at home! The only sad part is our trip was not long enough :) We can't wait to stay again! Book your dates and you will not be disappointed!

Relaxing weekend
Our extended weekend on the lake was very relaxing. We enjoyed the property very much. The property was very well kept and the house was clean and cozy. We would have loved to stay longer, but had responsibilities to get to at home. Would definitely like to stay there again.

WE’LL BE BACK!!!!!
This was our second time staying here and we’ll definitely stay here again!!! Everything about this cabin is just perfect for our family!!! There is room for everyone to sleep in a bed and have their own space!!! We love the huge front porch that overlooks the lake and boat/fishing dock! Our Grandchildren swam, fished, kayaked and had so much fun right in front of the house. It was so convenient and easy to keep an eye on them!!! Very easy to book, check in and out!!! Maintenance guy checked on us and was very nice and eager for us to enjoy our stay! The location is great being close to grocery stores and Toledo Tackle for fishing needs! We’ll be back!!!!

Labor Day Getaway’
We had so much fun!!!! The accommodations were exactly as stated!!! Everything was great!!
We walked into the freshest, cleanest cabin ever!!! It was perfect for our family! So spacious and everyone had their space and a comfortable bed to sleep in! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed! The grounds are pretty and the Grandchildren road their bikes, scooters and kayaks!!! Although the water was very low it didn’t stop us from enjoying everything! The low water provided a beach area that the kids loved!!! We could still launch our small boat and caught bass a short ways from cabin! We roasted marshmallows in the fire pit which has a nice seating area around it!!! We’ll most definitely be back!!!!

Wonderful weekend
The house accommodations were everything we needed for our weekend getaway. Very quite and very clean! We did a lot of fishing and swimming. The manager/owner was super nice and went above and beyond for us! Will visit again!

Our family trip was great the house was so perfect!! Randy and Buddy was absolutely amazing host. The location was ideal, right on the water and close enough to stores for anything you needed. I definitely recommend this place and any other that is owned by Randy.

Can’t wait to come back!
The property was everything we expected. The home was so cozy and comfortable that we felts right at home. There was plenty of beds, towels, dishes and seating. We had so much fun! The home was equipped with every thing needed. All we had to do was bring our food and our personals. The kids probably enjoyed themselves way too much! We are planning on returning and will be booking this listing again!

Easter with Family
We had a wonderful stay at Ole Yellow. Lots of room, comfortable beds, and everything we needed. My grand baby loved chasing the geese and fishing. Hope to be back soon.

This is the best place to stay on the lake with boat ramps and boat slips. Uncle Buddy was a great host. Highly recommend this place to all tournament fisherman!
