From the cozy bedrooms to the serene views outside, every aspect seems designed for relaxation and comfort. And with Guerneville just a short drive away, there's no shortage of activities to keep everyone entertained. It's like stepping into a tranquil redwood oasis, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

- Kitchen - Large & well-appointed w/ newer upgrades, great appliances & granite counter tops. It also has a great breakfast bar.
- Dining area - Opens to both the kitchen & the living room. Great for meals & game nights!
- Living room - Is sun-filled w/ comfy couches, high-back chairs, has large flat screen Smart TV with Xfinity cable service and DVD player. There is a door that opens to a side deck with outdoor dining & the sweet yard w/ gasfire table!
- Garage/Game room - w/ Ping Pong
Bedroom 1 - Very Comfy Queen bed - En suite/Private 1/2 bathroom - Beautiful wood beam ceilings - Chair w/Twin-sized pull out sleeper bed.
Bedroom 2 - Very Comfy Queen bed - Daybed with trundle (2 SINGLES) - Bathroom -w/large Jacuzzi soaking tub

- 3 cars max. Quiet hours 10pm - 7am to be observed by all guests.

- NO Large Gatherings
- No Smoking of any substances indoors
