This beautiful spacious three-level home is nearly 5,000 SF with a walkout basement that leads to the large in-ground heated pool and cozy patio with hammocks, impeccably placed pergolas and an abundance of covered seating areas. The sunsets are awe-inspiring when enjoying the view during a summer evening swim.

The lower level comes with a pool/ping pong table a home theater with surround sound and giant movie screen seating 10 people comfortably on the spacious oversized furniture. There are over 300 movies to choose from for the group and a plethora of Disney movies perfect for the whole family! Who said popcorn? You even have your old-time popcorn maker with all the supplies!

Cedar Ridge’s main-level great room is a natural gathering place, with a custom stone fireplace, and it is a design feature like no other. With floor-to-ceiling windows (20 feet high), the views are remarkable! Large fans hang above keeping this room quite cozy even on a hot summer day in the South. The whole house is full of custom cabinetry with lovely caramel and cappuccino-flecked granite throughout. The kitchen is spacious and multiple people can cook simultaneously. Fully stocked with multiple appliances, a gas stove with built-in pot filler, and a double oven, this is a chef’s dream. The pantry and refrigerator(s) can be stocked with groceries upon request and if you don’t want to think about cooking yourself, catering or chef-on-demand services are available.

If you like to play games, this house is stocked with over 30 different card and board games, a cell phone charging station, and a home audio system! Off the kitchen is one of Cedar Ridge’s greatest features, the cedar wood screened-in porch. The views are breathtaking! This space has a round granite dining table for 6 and welcoming soft seating that beckons an early morning conversation with tea or coffee or a late afternoon card game. Furnished on this level are a custom built-in bar (which can be stocked with your favorites upon request) and a wine cooler refrigerator so your favorite glass of vino can be served at the right time and perfectly chilled. There is a sitting room (which can also be used as another sleeping space) to share conversations or watch the gorgeous sunrises in the morning. The master bedroom on this level is spacious and full of windows and includes an outdoor patio. Off the deck is the best view of the pool with spectacular views. There is a full bathroom with an Italian tiled shower big enough for the whole family! The laundry room is right off the kitchen and next to the half bath to make it convenient for all, evident, and easy to enjoy.

The upstairs has three beautiful bedrooms with large closets, TVs, and large windows to take in the beautiful views of the property. Cedar Ridge is a short Uber ride to town! The outside of Cedar Ridge holds many sunny surprises. We have a tree house in the woods and a fire pit where the whole gang can enjoy watching the spectacular views of the sunsets while making delicious smores by the fire with festival lighting to make it an inviting area for the entire group to enjoy. Along with the huge soccer field at Cedar Ridge, there are many other hidden treasures to explore on our 10+ acres of land.
