About this house rental

This large two storey house is 2 minutes walk to the shops and cafes, only 600m flat walk to the main Whangamata Beach. It offers all the amenities and space for a relaxing break and a full site. Two bedrooms and large rumpus room downstairs, two bedrooms and kitchen/dining/lounge upstairs. The rumpus room downstairs provides an area for children/teenagers to chill-out away from adults. Very sunny house. Timber-floors and carpeted throughout. Fully fenced back yard is perfect for summer cricket games etc. and very safe for children. Ample off-road parking for cars and boats. The ability to walk through the back gate to cafes, shops etc. means there is little need to use the car, adding to the relaxed atmosphere of the holiday.

Great bach! Perfect location, walking to town and the beach was a breeze with young kids. Plenty of space, very well set out bach. Property manager was really easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Lovely stay!

Perfect house for our group, the rumpus room for the teens was fantastic. Location was perfect right by shops, with a stroll through a few streets beach access to the beach. Fantastic & easy communication with owner. We would definitely love to stay in this house again.

Great facilities and room layout for our break which was us, our adult children and a couple of there friends. We could not have asked for better. Great house with excellent living area and outdoor flow into the upstairs balcony. Facilities all really nice and kitchen modern and well stocked with cups, plates, and everything you need to cook. My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Town is literally out the back gate. So good. Would definitely check here first when coming to Whangamata again. Thanks to the hosts!

A fab holiday had by all. What a perfect location! Great back yard we had an awesome volleyball completion. Comfy beds. The rumpus room was perfect for the teenagers and young adults. The house had everything that was needed. Would book again 😊

We had such a lovely time. The property backs onto Main St shops, so we literally walked everywhere. Big, spacious and very practical for our tweens, teens and mums. The owner is fabulous to deal with. Very quick to answer and very helpful.

This house is FABULOUS for large families! A lovely and comfortable home, with a nice large deck and table for outside dining. The best thing is that it's right around the corner from the main shops, but still feels very much like a beach house away from the main drag. The downstairs lounge area is great for getting away from the hustle of the upstairs living area, and the beds were all comfortable. Robyn was so lovely to deal with. We can't wait to book here again!

With 5 adults & 5 kids we fitted in well in this property. Having 2 showers was great after returning from the sea with salty kids! The skateboard park was close by....'the best one' they've ever been on apparently. Great having shops & main street right on your back doorstep too. A lovely tidy clean house & easy to stay in.
