Let the sights and sounds of Panther Pond create a vacation rhythm for your stay.

3 bedrooms, (1 Queen, 1 Full, 2 twins) and 2 remodeled baths — 1 bath is in master - both have showers.

A fully equipped kitchen, and a grill located just outside on the expansive deck, makes it easy to enjoy gathering around a dining table that comfortably seats 8-10 and overlooks the lake.

A family room with comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and high speed WiFi allows you to stay as connected as you want to be... or makes for a cozy place to read.

A gas fireplace in the dining area provides additional ambience and takes the chill off when needed. Additional Heating and Air Conditioning systems provide optimal comfort.

Heading outside, you’ll love lounging on the large dock in Adirondack chairs, or if you’re feeling more active, hop in the lake for a swim or fish off the dock. Stairs are mounted on the dock for easy entry/exit. An inviting hammock provides for a cozy retreat with a book or just to enjoy the lake breezes and surrounding trees. As the sun sets over Panther Pond and the stars make their presence known, gather around the firepit for conversation and s'mores.

Located just 45 minutes from Downtown Portland, you’re in close proximity to all of the restaurants, sites, and shopping this historic seacoast town has to offer

For Golfers, a quick 20 minute trip puts your right in the Tee Box of Point Sebago's 18-hole Championship course; hailed as one of the finest golf courses in Maine.

More shopping outlets and the flagship LL Bean are located in Freeport, just 40 minutes away.

No smoking allowed anywhere on this property. Two kayaks are available for summer rentals.

Please note: for the continued preservation of this property—we can no longer accommodate motor powered water crafts of any kind including but not limited to: motorboats/jet skis.

While linens and linen service are provided, feel free to use the washer/dryer combo for your own clothes to ease your return to reality.

This is a lovely property on a quiet and peaceful lake. It was the BEST outfitted home I have ever rented. Everything we wanted or needed was there. The host was very helpful and a fantastic communicator, sending a book with all the instructions and information we needed. We will be back.

This property is wonderful! Everything you could possibly need was at this place! It was meticulously cleaned also. Two of the bedrooms were a little tight with only a little wiggle room, but we had a good night's sleep in the beds. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and using the kayaks. The sunsets were beautiful. This was the best place to kick off the summer after a stressful year! We had one issue that was quickly resolved by the owners. They could not have been nicer. The neighbor was very friendly also! Do not hesitate to book! We are already looking forward to going back!

Just a perfect little rental! Incredibly clean (and I am picky), extremely well-stocked, and cozy. Lake is crystal clear, even at 7 feet of water you can see the bottom. Enjoyed time in the kayaks and firepit. However, sitting on the dock was by far my favorite thing to do. There are 4 Adirondack chairs right on the dock - perfect for watching kids swim, enjoying the morning air, or watch the sunset (they were spectacular) We are a family of 4 and had plenty of space. I highly recommend this rental! Hope to be back again.

We've stayed at many waterfront camps/cabins/houses. Some might generously be called a "fishing camp". This home is a fully functional lake house with laundry, wi-fi, 2 showers, linens, towels, nice beds, grill, dock, 2 kayaks, beautiful sunsets, and everything else you need to enjoy your stay. It's on the east side of the lake (the quiet side), too. Seacoast Adventure & Maine Wildlife Park are nearby.....also stop by the "Mosquito" for ice cream. My wife called it "the best house yet" (<-- that's high praise).

We had wonderful vacation. The house is beautiful, great location. The place is well equipped and perfectly comfortable. We enjoyed the beach and the beautiful deck . The cooking in this comfortable kitchen was really enjoyable.the house owner assisted us in everything that we needed and was just great! Thank you, Barbara
