But even if you are in search of peace and relaxation, like extensive hiking, running, biking or want to sleep, you are right with us. There are a number of beautiful hiking trails, a short distance runs z. B. the known Hermannsweg. Hiking and cycling, you can start directly from the farm.
The Buschmühlenteich is the only one of seven former water mills in the Silver Creek in Horn-Bad Meinberg, which has not yet received all water surfaces and Wassserläufe including water wheel outside of the court, as well as the Müller family 200 or 300 years ago cultivated here. And the building itself is almost get the entire mill technology - a rare sight in our time, and one reason for the preservation of the building complex.
The newly completed apartment was renovated in 2014 consuming biologically. It is located on the ground floor of the historic tenement house with two bedrooms and can accommodate up to four people. High quality equipment details such as oiled wooden floors, lots of exposed timber-framed, antique furniture, exquisite decorations, underfloor heating in the bathroom and kitchen and Badtechnik up to date to ensure a relaxing stay.
Whether breakfast on the apartment's terrace just below the mill-wheel, or a cozy game night - in our romantically furnished apartment mill you to feel welcome. Your dog is welcome.
The Buschmühlenteich has a large, well managed farm garden that would fit well into any outdoor museum. We botanical garden moderate but still much more to offer: The ornamental our particular affection for the roses, especially the old varieties from the realm of Albania Centifolia- and Portland roses. To the main flowering period in June / July we live in a true fragrance and Blütenrausch, clearly one of the highlights in our garden year.

We are currently living with Iceland 6 horses, 2 cows Angus, 13 sheep, 4 ducks and 20 chickens. Horses, cows and sheep grazing humanely in our meadows. In winter, the two stables with comfortable chewing animals are a great place for a little mulled wine.
Our "strict budget" is one of our Leonberger dog Elli and the Gang of Three Lucky Cats, Joschi and Tom.
For life and baby animals on the farm is thus ensured.
All animals are friendly and personable and look forward to additional pats by our guests - with the possible exception of ducks and chickens.
After agreement is possible to become familiar with the handling of horses (especially suitable for anxious horses girlfriends), or to ride.

Beautiful location close to town. Picturesque buildings, well equipped, ideal for people traveling with pets (we had two dogs) and as base for exploring the Teutoburger Wald. The art hike in Nieheim was beautiful, with several red kites flying overhead 👍

Een week in een paradijsje
De streek kenden we. Hier zochten we een bijzonder verblijf. En dat was het! De verkeersweg verlaten, afdalen in het dal naar een prachtig historisch vakwerkwoning. In een idyllische omgeving. Een zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije gastvrouw en haar 3 lieve honden met wie onze honden het goed konden vinden. Een murmelende beek naast het huis. Ontbijten op het terras naast de oude molen. Thee onder de appelboom met de geurende rizen op de achtergrond. Korte ritten naar startpunten van bijzondere wandelingen en hoogtepunten. We hebben ons hier zeer op ons gemak en thuis gevoeld.

Natur pur!!
Die Ferienwohnung liegt wunderschön im Silberbachtal ganz alleine mitten in der Natur. Frau Werner ist eine ganz herzliche Vermieterin, die sogar die Kinder mit zu Ihren Pferden mitgenommen hat... Die 3 Leonberger haben die kinder zusätzlich begeistert.. Der "Garten" (10 Hektar) um das Grundstück war einfach herrlich zum verweilen... Touristische Ziele ganz nahe... Elternteile, Adlerwarte, Hermannsdenkmal

Hübsche FeWo in idyllischer Umgebung
Als Familie mit Hund hat uns die idyllische Alleinlage sehr gut gefallen. Die FeWo ist im EG eines schönen alten Fachwerkhauses. Innen ist alles auf dem neusten Stand, ohne das der Charakter des Hauses verloren geht.
Die vielen Tiere vor Ort haben unserem Sohn natürlich besornders gefallen. Die sehr nette Vermieterin wohnt über der FeWo und ist immer ansprechbar und hilfsbereit bei allen Fragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Gegend sind!

Sehr freundliche Vermieterin mit drei lieben Leonbergern. Wohnung sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Alles vorhanden, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht.

Historische Wassermühle: eine Oase für eine Auszeit!
Haben 4 Tage in dieser mit viel Liebe eingerichteten FeWo in der historischen Wassermühle, umgeben von Islandpferden, Schafen, Katzen und Hunden, Feldern und Wäldern, zahlreichen Wanderwegen abseits verbracht - und alles quasi vor der Haustür.

Heerlijke korte vakantie op de Buschmühle
We hebben een heerlijke midweek gehad op de Buschmühle.
Het huis is de benedenverdieping van een oude watermolen waarvan het rad nog naast het huis aanwezig is.
De woonkamer is een beetje donker (omdat het huis half in een heuvel gebouwd is) maar ontzettend knus en met heerlijke vloerverwarming. De slaapkamers zijn licht en ruim (één zelfs zeer ruim) en gezellig ingericht. De keuken is van alle moderne gemakken voorzien en de badkamer is ruim en luxueus.
Het huis ligt in de mooie vallei van de Silberbach waar zeldzame bloemen groeien (Märchenbach?) en we zagen de eerste morgen de reeën al in de wei lopen. Verder zijn er een aantal vriendelijke (oude) paarden aanwezig en drie grote gemoedelijke honden die al snel kennismaakten met onze heidewachtel
De eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk en deelt graag haar liefde voor planten en dieren met je en heeft goede tips voor uitstapjes in de buurt.
Kortom een zeer geslaagde vakantie in een knus huis met een vriendelijke gastvrouw

Ein wunderschönes langes Wochenende
Vielen Dank für dieses tolle Wochenende im Silberbachtal. Die alte Mühle ist sehr liebevoll hergerichtet und einfach urgemütlich. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch und perfekt für die ganze Familie. Die Kinder waren natürlich auch sehr angetan von den Pferden.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Sfeervol en gastvrij
De gastvrouw, Karen, is heel vriendelijk en gastvrij. Net als haar drie Leonbergers. De woning is sfeervol, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. De keuken beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt. Daarnaast is de locatie en de omgeving prachtig. Veel mogelijkheden om te wandelen en te fietsen. We komen zeker terug.

Sehr erholsam
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub auf einem wunderschönen, riesigen Grundstück in einer Ferienwohnung mit Flair. Die nette Vermieterin hat drei große, kuschlige Hunde (Leonberger).
In der Umgebung gibt es viele hübsche Orte und Möglichkeiten zu wandern und auch einige Sehenswürdigkeiten.

De oude molen in het Silberbachtal
In deze oude watermolen annex boerderij is de benedenverdieping comfortabel verbouwd tot vakantiewoning. De eigenaresse woont er boven met haar 3 Leonberger Lobessen. De woonkamer is klein maar gezellig en heeft vloerverwarming en een houtkachel. Er is een grote flatscreen TV en WiFi toegang. De open keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien, en de badkamer een balzaal met bad, regendouche, toilet en wasmachine. Vanuit het huis kunnen wandel- en fietstochten meteen beginnen. Of je kunt met de auto naar wandelknooppunten in de buurt. Er zijn supermarkten en een bakker op 5 autominuten. Je vakantie in het Eggetal en het Teutoburger Wald begint hier !

Tolle, ruhige Unterkunft mit Bad als Highlight
Die Unterkunft war urig und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und die Vermieterin sehr nett! Unser Highlight war das traumhaft renovierte Badezimmer mit großer Regenwalddusche.
Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft die wir jederzeit wieder besuchen würden, wenn wir nochmal in die Region reisen sollten.

Wir und unsere kleinen Hunde haben eine wunderschöne Zeit hier verbracht, Erholung und Natur pur, ohne auf die Annehmlichkeiten einer sauberen und gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung verzichten zu müssen. Tolles Gebäude, sehr geschmackvoll restauriert und urgemütlich eingerichtet. Die Lage ist wirklich traumhaft ruhig und mitten in der Natur, gleichzeitig nicht weit nach Horn ins Stadtzentrum oder zu zahlreichen schönen Wanderungen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und achtsam, wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. 5 Sterne!

Authentischer Rückzugsort
Die Lage war perfekt, um die sehenswerte Umgebung zu erkunden. Es herrschte eine wohltuende Ruhe, die uns sehr gefallen hat. Frau Werner ist eine sehr nette, hilfs- und gesprächsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Einrichtung der schönen Wohnung mit vielen authentischen Möbeln und kleinen Objekten sowie einem wunderbaren modernen Badezimmer entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Leider war das Wetter nicht warm genug, um die romantische kleine Terrasse direkt am Mühlrad länger zu genießen. Wir kommen gern mal wieder.

Wir haben uns in der wunderschönen und perfekt ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist idyllisch und zentral für Wanderungen und Ausflüge gelegen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Umfangreiches Infomaterial zu Wanderzielen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung sind vorhanden.
Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit; die drei Leonberger lammfromm. Wir werden bestimmt noch einmal wiederkommen!!

Kurzurlaub im Paradies Teutoburger Wald
Ein erholsamer Urlaub für die Sinne - Vogelgezwitscher und Froschgequake, wunderschöne, duftende Blumen, eine toll eingerichtete Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt und eine supernette Vermieterin, bei der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen!

Eine sehr gut und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung in einer ehemaligen Mühle, Baujahr 1850!, mitten in der Natur. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und in einem guten Zustand. Wanderungen in den Teutoburger Wald, sind direkt ab der Mühle möglich. In knapp 2 km findet man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf. Wir können uns durchaus vorstellen wiederzukommen!

ruhige schnuckelige Wohnung
Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet und sehr sauber, in der Küche ist wirklich alles, was man braucht, das Bad ist super.
Man muss große Hunde mögen, die drei Hunde auf dem Hof sind sehr zutraulich. Wir hatten selbst einen Hund dabei, haben uns mit den Gassizeiten abgesprochen, so war alles gut.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss einer stillgelegten Mühle inmitten der Natur. Der besondere Charm und die liebevolle Einrichtung ließen unseren Urlaub zu einem Erlebnis werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The accommodation is really lively and I a beautiful secluded spot. Karen the owner was brilliant and was really welcoming, especially to our two children.
It's a really peaceful place with all you need to have a nice family holiday or a brilliant spot for a couple wanting to get away.
The whole area is beautiful and you don't have to drive more than 5 minutes to be in the thick of the Teutoburg forest or to local conveniences like supermarkets.
