Enjoy your visit to Fort Collins in comfort! My wonderful home is located just a short walk to Historic Old Town where you can find local restaurants, shops and our world famous breweries. It is also within 1 mile of Colorado State University. It is a short 15 minute drive to Horsetooth reservoir or the Poudre River. Estes park is only 45 minutes and Denver one hour.
This updated 2 bedroom/1 bath home has new queen beds in each bedroom with high quality linens and cozy comforters. The kitchen is updated with new appliances and fully furnished for your cooking needs. The family room has very comfy furniture with a new electric fireplace that adds to the ambiance factor! The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with soft, thick hand and bath towels. A stackable washer/dryer is also available for your use. There is a quaint porch off the kitchen to sit and read a good book or you can enjoy drinks and a meal on the secluded back patio with a choice of a charcoal or gas grill, party lights and beautiful flowers! Two cruiser bikes with locks and helmets are provided for you to explore our thriving and beautiful city. Also included is fiber optic high-speed internet and a large flat screen TV. When I'm not renting this wonderful home it is my primary residence. Mini cottage/studio out back is occupied .

My family and I enjoyed our stay while moving our daughter into CSU which is less than a 20 minute walk to campus. Perfect location to bike trails, restaurants, and shopping. Very cute back patio to enjoy morning coffee. Bikes worked great on the trails!

First time using VRBO, and it was a great experience. Becky was great to work with in town for a wedding and very responsive. I had initially booked for two people but ended up with three staying in the house due to a hotel issue. Becky was flexible and very responsive in assisting them with a last-minute travel issue. House is just a nice in-person as seen online—easy walking or driving distance to old town plus easy to get to outdoor activities in the area. Truly enjoyed staying here. Thank you, Becky,

My mom and I stayed here for a weekend girls trip. The home has so much charm, beautiful plants inside and out, and just a welcoming feeling overall. It was extremely clean with everything we needed. Becky was so easy to work with and was there to answer any questions (although we didn’t come up with any, because everything was so wonderful :) Great location, on a quiet street, with easy access to downtown. We would absolutely stay there again! Thanks, Becky!

The serene patio gave us the opportunity to chat with our daughter in cool evening and morning. We took advantage of the bikes on the many awesome trails. Beautifully landscaped yard. Great stay at Becky’s place in Fort Collins! Her very homey place is within walking distance to breweries, restaurants and downtown shopping. Well located house made very comfortable by the low-key host's attention to detail inside (e.g., well-equipped kitchen, games, satellite TV) and outside (e.g., beautifully tended relaxing garden spaces front and back, cruiser bikes, gas BBQ). Quiet neighborhood yet convenient proximity to the vibrant old town area. We also enjoyed how easy it was to access the Cache la Poudre river for fishing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here (house and town) and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

This place is amazing! We loved how close it was to everything we wanted to do. Walking distance to Old Town and close drives to great hiking. Becky was great, check-in was a breeze and she was so easy to communicate with. We had a great time and loved the patio space in the back for relaxing mornings and evenings after our day's adventures. This is truely a gem!

Becky’s house is very cozy, well-appointed and clean. Comfy beds, fully-equipped kitchen and private outdoor space with a high-quality grill that we used several times. Excellent location - - quick walk to town center. Close to Martinez Park and the trail along the Poudre River. We loved Becky’s place and we will definitely book again.

Wonderful experience. Beds and pillows were so comfy! Kitchen was well equipped and the snacks were a nice touch. Only draw back was one of the bikes had a flat tire that we couldn’t fix. The third bike was too tall for me or my daughter. Other than that no complaints.

Becky’s home is a real find. It’s location is perfect for anyone visiting Fort Collins: young people looking for a vibrant city (well, after COVID), parents of CSU students or seniors (like us) looking for a comfortable place to stay while visiting kids and grandkids. This home has it all. The kitchen has everything. The beds are comfortable and have nice linens. The location can’t be beat. There are bikes, helmets, movies, books (The Magic Eye was our favorite. ) I wanted to take that recliner couch home with me! Finding a 2 bedroom home in Old Town Fort Collins is a challenge...this is it.

We loved staying in the Maple Mansion. It is very comfortable -- the chairs and sofa recline! She thought of every detail. The kitchen was well stocked with spices, which saves so much money -- we cook when we travel. We loved sitting in the beautiful backyard under the trees surrounded by beautiful landscaping. 3 of us stayed there, but we had enough room for 5 others to celebrate a birthday. We would love to stay there again.

This is a great place to stay at in Ft. Collins. Everything we needed. Becky was great to work with, very attentive. She even had a welcome food basket for us on day of arrival. The backyard patio was great so that we could comfortably social distance outside with our local family (due to COVID). House is clean and decorated so nice. Makes you feel at home.

We loved staying here while we helped our Freshman move into the CSU dorms! Becky’s home was a clean, comfortable and an overall wonderful home base for the couple days we were in Fort Collins. The location was close to campus and Old Town and the neighborhood was quiet. We really enjoyed the back patio for coffee in the morning. Thanks again for everything!
