Отличное место и очень внимательный хозяин

Апартаменты расположены в черте старого города. Хозяин апартаментов встретил нас у входа в старый город, проводил до апартаментов. Апартаменты потрясающие! Мы много путешествуем. Нам есть с чем сравнить. Огромная площадь, идеальная чистота, прекрасно оборудованы. На столе нас ждала бутылочка вина. Прекрасное расположение. В самом центре старого города. В любой момент можно было забежать домой. Хозяин апартаментов был всегда доступен. Заказал нам такси в аэропорт. Отдых был чудесным!

Highly recommend!

Gorgeous home away from home. Everything you could possibly need. Fantastic communication from Francesco. Very highly recommend this beautiful place right in the centre of Bari old town.

Best accommodation in Italy

Perfect location in the Old City. Attention for details. Amazing hosts (Francesco and Chiara). Very clean and you find everything you need. For 15 years we spend at least 4 days each year in Italy for tourism (Rome, Venice, Sicily, Naples, Florence, Milan and other cities), and this was by far the best accommodation we had.

Absolutely recommended.

Everything. Flat was clean and very well organised with basic stuff for cooking and washing. The whole flat is a gem as every decoration detail was nicely selected. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and given all useful indications about the flat.

Must stay when in Bari!

We absolutely loved this property for our 3 nights in Bari. The hosts are amazing, meet with you to help you check in, and gave us plenty of suggestions for restaurants which we appreciated. The apartment is big and spacious, and in a terrific location in the old town.

The centrally located apartment in the middle of the old town. Very clean and comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen area. Francesco was so helpful and knowledgeable, he recommended places worth visiting and he was at the apartment to welcome us and give his advice regarding the equipment, restaurants and the town.

Perfect place for our short stay in Bari, would happily go back!

The property was beautiful. Quiet, clean and super comfy beds/ facilities. Our hosts Chiara and Francesco were absolutely fantastic, and really lovely, helpful people. We had a little trouble in working the machine to pay for our car-parking, however Chiara came to meet us, and help, before walking us over to the property, letting us in, showing us around and generally just lovely helpful people - the bottle of wine, snacks and coffees were also a really nice touch, and had everything we needed for our long weekend in Bari. Extra special thank you to Chiara for help with booking tickets to go and see Bari Football club, was always just a message away, and always really pleased to help. Thanks for an amazing stay at your beautiful property!

Fantastic apartment in the old city, close to the sea and all major sights.

The host met us at the property at the agreed time and showed us where everything was located in the apartment. The host also provided a large bottle of water, snacks and a welcome bottle of wine. In addition, a list of good restaurants, the location of the nearest grocery store and the best place to buy gelato was also provided. Finally, the apartment was well furnished, had a excellent selection of guidebooks and all essential cookware and cleaning products were available.

Excellent location in the center of old town in Bari. Amazing apartment with all needed equipment. Fantastic host Francesco, very helpful and nice man. arrival at midnight was not a problem, Francesco was waiting for us , also helped us to transfer to airport at last day. Strongly advised place in Bari.

Absolutely recommendable

Super central, cosy and clean place that has everything you might need for a 4-night stay. It was very quiet at night (April visit), despite the location. Francesco is quite reachable, always replying to our questions in no time. Also, try the restaurant right in front the entrance door, we ate there 3 times, it's delicious.

We liked everything about the place, I am only mentioning it for other visitors - it's a bit dark, as it's a ground floor, BUT not an issue for us at all.

Great location, close to all main attractions, nice old town vibe. Francesco is a great host, ready to help anytime.

Would be charming to have a little bit more natural light inside the appartment, but it's more like a pity feature rather than disturbing.

The appartment is located in the Old Town district. Its been very well arranged for a comfortable stay.The communication with flat owner was very easy. Francesco has welcomed us with bottle of wine and made some nice places recommendations.

Amazing place!

One of the best places I have stayed! Everything was very fine - great location in quiet place but 50m from one of the piazzas with bars and restaurants, in the middle of old town. 300m from sea. Very clean, nice and well equipped apartment. It was also tastefully furnished. Owners super kind and helpful, very responsive. The place has only one window and is not very bright inside but we have spent all days outside anyway. I will definitely get back there when I am in Bari :)

A boutique style apartment in Old Town Bari

Ta Maison is a beautiful boutique style apartment. A former Jesuit Monastery that has a uniqueness all of its own. Francesco is a kind and considerate owner. His communication prior to and during our stay was fabulous. Ta Maison is spotlessly clean and such a comfortable place to stay, especially as the rain was so heavy, we spent a little more time indoors, than normal . We were grateful we had such a cosy apartment to do so in. Previous reviewers have mentioned the shower area in the bathroom!! And yes, I would agree that perhaps it is time to be replaced but other than that Francesco has a unique and charming property in a fantastic location in the old town of Bari. Grazie míle Francesco.

Very enjoyable stay with great host. Would stay again.

Lovely ground floor apartment in great location in Old Town. The host Francesco was incredible meeting us at apartment for early check-in and also allowing late check-out. His communication and information he provided to us was really great. Lovely touch with welcoming bottle of wine, water and juices. Really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Base of shower could perhaps be freshened up, otherwise liked everything.

The apartment is situated in the heart of old city and close to whatever one could need (restaurants, bakery, shops, coast promenade) and also easy to find. The apartment is decorated beatifully and it was very clean, Francesco also prepared some refreshments (coffee, water, juice, salty snacks, wine) for us which was really nice and he was really helpful when we had questions. There some books about the city and the region you can read during your stay so you can find some interesting places to visit while having breakfast for example. We also appreciated that TV has chromecast so we could stream Netflix on a night when it was raining :)

Everything was absolutely perfect. This was one of the best apartments we've been to. Everything that you need is in price including washing machine and iron. In addition, at your arrival, you have a bottle of wine in the kitchen + some regional snacks which is really great. Highly recommended!

location in the middle of the old town.easy to get to everywhere, great range of bars and restaurants around. quiet. absolutely spotless, wine and basics left for our use which was really welcoming
