I didn't realize how close the hotel is to the interstate. I could clearly hear every motorcycle and muscle car all night.

Staff was rude would not accommodate with correct room !

It was alright, the bed was comfortable.

Over-priced deposit, staff wasn’t to nice, the room always smelled like tobacco upon entering. WiFi was not great either.

Usually the rooms I get are clean and well kept, however this time the floor was dirty sticky and appeared it had been mopped in awhile. the sheets were wrinkled and appeared unchanged Friday m previous person(s). the heater did not work it was on 76 and heat all night but never got above 61 in the room. The chairs were filthy and had what looked like human bodily fluids on them. I was in room 210 Friday night. very disappointed because like I said I stay here at least 2-3 times a month. and this room was the worst I had ever had.

Well I booked a room thru booking.com at 1705 East Reno when I booked the room it changed over for the "second time" to tinker diangnal well she made me pay on my card not cash to book and it said cash. Then she tells me after it eccepted my card that I cant stay there nor switch it to them wich is closer to where I needed to be. Well she makes me leave there and I go to other econo lounge who is with who took the money off my card and still made me pay cash and 10 dollars more too! Try to say card was declined but wouldnt look at my confirmation number to prove it and also gave us a non smoking room and totally different room at that. So paid more,different room than I booked and paid for twice and was only suppose to for 1 night Now I'm going to DISPUTE this transaction and I want, also need, a Refund this is ridiculous. What do I need to do to take care of this matter? Thank you. Hope you message back soon!!
