The villa belongs to an ancient farm, under the protection of the fine arts and there is a small chapel on the farm which is still active. Possibility of tasting Chianti Classico wine, vinsanto and oil. The pool has Roman steps. Historical country house "Casa delle Fiabe", 2 storeys, from the 17th century, renovated, surrounded by vineyards. 4 km from the centre of San Casciano, in the district Firenze, in a sunny, elevated position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, in the countryside. For shared use: property 30 ha. Private: garden 2'000 m2 (not fenced) with lawn and flowers, swimming pool (70 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03.Apr. - 16.Oct.). Our extended family enjoyed a really lovely, relaxing holiday. The pool was the highlight, with lots of space for the children to enjoy. Really enjoyed the vineyard tour and home cooked meal too!

Parasta talossa on uima-allas. Ilmastointia ei ole: tuulettimia oli kaksi, ja lopulta toimivia tuulettimia oli vain yksi. Isäntä ei halunnut ostaa niitä lisää. Vanha kahvinkeitin toimi hyvin hitaasti. Isäntä ei aikonut ostaa uutta. Mökin sisääntulotie on vaarallinen eikä isäntä antanut käyttää toista, turvallisempaa tietä. Jääkaappi ei riitä 12:lle, vaikka mökissä saa 12 hlöä majoittua. Yhden makuuhuoneen suihkusta ei tullut lämmintä vettä koko aikana. Wifi ei toiminut kaikkialla talossa.

+ Mooie locatie en genoeg ruimte - De parkeerplaatsen liggen onderaan een steile oprit waar je zonder vierwieltractie moeilijk opgeraakt bij regen/sneeuw - Foute contactgegevens gekregen (maar dat zou nu normaal in orde moeten zijn) - Erg kostelijk om in de lente/herfst het huis op te warmen zonder je blauw te betalen aan gas.

Die Lage des Anwesens mitten im Chianti, 15 km südlich von Florenz, ist ideal. Das Grundstück ist weitläufig mit mehreren Sitzplätzen mit weitem Blick in die Landschaft. Es ist ruhig. Der Garten und Pool sind abends beleuchtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Betten und Bäder gut. Der einzige Nachteil ist der steile Schotterweg aus Gelände.

PROS: historisches Gebäude, schöner großer Pool CONS: keine Sonnenschirme beim Pool, teilweise defekt Möbel, vor allem aber Rücksichtslosigkeit des Vermieters (wohnt nebenan!): eine ganze Nacht lang bellte sein Hund vor unseren Fenstern (nächtliche SMS und Telefonat mit Vermieter hat nichts geändert), eine Nacht wurde eine sehr laute outdoor-Party abgehalten. Bis 3.30h war nicht an schlafen zu denken. Party-Gäste(?) bei "unserem" Pool! Gespräche mit Vermieter waren nicht hilfreich.

Oude agrotoerisme hoeve gerestaureerd in de stijl van vroeger. Oude authentieke interieurs, goede bedden en super zwembad. Internet niet overal via zwakke wifi. Leuk klein stadje in de geburen met een alles hebbende supermarkt op enkele km. Het domein geeft magnifieke zichten op de omliggende heuvels met hun wijngaarden. Sympathieke eigenaars die helpen waar ze kunnen en waar je wijn en olijfolie kan kopen van hun eigen velden : zeer goede kwaliteit, op te volgen. Slechte indicatie locatie.

Bei einer Unterkunft ab einen gewissen Preis erwarte ich auch ein gutes Mobilar. Leider waren im Wohnzimmer die Sessel und das Sofa sehr verwohnt. Ebenso gab es keine bequeme Gartenmöbel .....

Byłam z rodzina. Dziećmi i wnuczką. Basen duży , czysto wszędzie!! Miejsca na zewnątrz na posiłki i kawusie. Widoki obłędne - gaje oliwne i winnice.. Praktycznie nie było do czego się przyczepić #

Gammelt, men meget charmerende. Stille sted med i naturen. Ekstremt mange trapper, høje trin og niveauer inde og ude - ingen gelænder. NB. Der står ikke det korrekte husnummer på stedet, så det var svært at finde. Meget egnet til store familier. Skøn pool. Mange myg i juli.
