It is fully furnished with everything ready to provide an enjoyable and comfortable stay. There is free unlimited wifi access and unlimited Netflix. There is woodstrip flooring throughout.

Fitzrovia is a very desirable trendy, arty and foodie top location, in the heart of the West End in Central London. It's a wonderful and safe area with lots going on. Walk to tourist London or use the close by tubes. Head in any direction for a great day out. Amazing choice of restaurants, pubs and supermarkets.

THE SPACE

We are excited to welcome guests to this wonderful very popular beautiful, spacious, contemporary 3-bed / 2-bath apartment in Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, W1 (with free unlimited wifi).

This is a superb property, which has been recently and fully furnished in a contemporary style. With a recently fitted kitchen, two recent bathrooms, new flooring, good quality furniture, beds and mattresses, and recently redecorated throughout, it makes a great base. London is literally on your doorstep!

The apartment is on an upper level (with elevator) and is set out over one floor.

It comprises:

* Master bedroom (2.89m x 4.19m) with kingsize bed with recently purchased quality mattress, fitted wardrobes, desk, TV and full ensuite bathroom

* Second double bedroom (2.45m x 3.11m) double bed with recently purchased quality mattress and with double fitted mirrored wardrobes

* Third double bedroom (2.88m x 2.95m) with double bed with recently purchased quality mattress, dressing table and wardrobe

* Kitchen. Recently fitted and incorporating lots of storage space, it contains a full range of integrated appliances including good sized fridge, separate freezer, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washer/dryer and coffee machine. It is fully equipped and supplied with all crockery and kitchen utensils

* Living room (5.6m x 3.1m) with large double aspect windows, recently purchased comfortable sofas, flatscreen TV, dining table and chairs

Regent's Park, Covent Garden and Oxford Circus are within a 10-minute walk. The City is a 20 minute door-to-door tube journey. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby in Charlotte Street and neighbouring Soho.

Situated in Fitzroy Street, W1, we offer a top location in the heart of the West End in trendy Fitzrovia. Often voted the best place to live in London, including by the Sunday Times, Fitzrovia is a super central arty foodie paradise location with a villagey feel and Georgian architecture. The area was once home to such writers as Virginia Woolf, George Bernard Shaw and Arthur Rimbaud. Today it is a popular and lively neighbourhood with a residential and business mix and a bustling art scene. Over 50 art galleries (10% of all those in London) operate here. The numerous media companies based in the area feed into a trendy and vibrant buzz.

Fitzrovia has more restaurants than you'll ever get to visit (with new ones popping up all the time). Michelin stars, British pub grub, easy Italians and sandwich shops. fish n chips, Peruvian cuisine, Chinese, Greek, Indian, Mexican, Filipino. We've got them all and everything in between.

Tourist London is easily accessible on foot or by tube.

The local area is buzzing but the flat is in a quiet street so you get the best of both worlds. For entertainment, you have Theatreland close by, numerous cinemas, comedy clubs, late night bars, dancing and nightclubs.

Oxford Street, Regent Street, Covent Garden, Carnaby Street, Camden Market and Bond Street are all a walk away.

GETTING AROUND

You can walk to tourist London or take numerous transport options close by.

Our closest tubes are Warren Street, Goodge Street, Euston Square (all within 5 minute walk) and Tottenham Court Road and St Pancras (within a 10 minute walk)

This apartment was a great fit for our family of 4! Our 2 teen girls loved having their own bedrooms, in addition to a spacious master - and the 2 large bathrooms made getting ready super easy. Having a fully functional kitchen gave us the ability to have quick breakfasts in the morning and cook some basic dinners, though it could use a few additional appointments/upgrades. We absolutely LOVED the location - very quiet and safe neighborhood, and the walk to bus stops and the underground were quick and easy - accessing the rest of London was a breeze! The check in process went seamlessly and communication prior to our stay was perfect, preparing us for what to expect and providing ideas for our visit to the area. Compared to other areas we looked at (Soho, Covent Garden), there were not as many places to eat/drink - but still a handful of walkable pubs and restaurants. Overall - loved this spot and would highly recommend it, especially compared to any hotel - for your visit to London!

Near two underground spots so it was very easy to travel around the city. Very clean. You do need to bring your own shower toiletries.

This apartment was exactly as described and met all of our expectations. We were a group of two mother/daughter(s) visiting London, most for the first time. Easy access to the tube (we used both the Warren Street and Euston Square stations) made it quick and efficient to get anywhere we wanted to go. Safe neighborhood and great communication with our host Liz before and during our stay. The recommended food delivery services were helpful and a nice option for our mixed group. Great visit, we would absolutely stay again on another visit to London.

Liz was very communicative. She provides an information packet that is so helpful with information about the surrounding area. The apartment was great for 5 of us - 2 kids, my husband and I, and my mother. We each had our own space, and the kitchen made it nice so we could have meals in if we wanted. Thank you Liz!
