If you're like me, spending a little more to be in the middle of all the excitement is worth it. Our condo is located in the Town Pointe Condominiums, 1000 Park Avenue adjacent to Park Station. Built in 2002, they are one of the newest in the Historic District of Old Town Park City. Walk 1 block to where all the action is on Park City’s Main Street, hop on the Park City Town Lift or enjoy the best in world-class restaurants, galleries & shopping.
Interior Features . . .
Newly remodeled with all new flooring, decor, appliances, ultra-comfortable mattresses, soft AND firm pillows, and all-new high-quality linens. The interior of our condo is custom painted, offers dimmable recessed lighting throughout to set the evening mood, upgraded kitchen with granite countertops, solid Alder wood cabinets with black wrought iron hardware, black and stainless steel-front appliances, quartz countertop & backsplash, and fully stocked kitchen for the best-ever vacation experience. Relax in front of the cozy stone-hearth gas fireplace from the posh crushed velvet sofa. Floor-to-ceiling custom solid mahogany louvers offer privacy with luxury for the right mood in mind when you want it. And when you don't, slide them to the corners & open up the views of falling snow and skiers coming down the mountain. There are 50" smart flatscreen TVs in 2 bedrooms and a 55" Samsung Curve TV in the living room with free Netflix, Amazon, HBO, and is Firestick or AppleTV capable. Stay connected, if you must, through Free Wireless Internet. The foyer closet is equipped with a ski/board rack, plenty of shelves for boots, and even an electric outlet to plug in boot dryers (not supplied). There are plenty of hooks, shelves, drawers for all your gear, hats, gloves, goggles and stuff.
The Deck Spa . . .
After a fabulous day of pounding the moguls, carving the knee-deep powder, navigating the steeps & trees, riding the rails & stoking the pipe. . . or whatever floats your boat, there's nothing like coming home to a newly-installed steamy bubblin' 6 person 43-jet 'Hot Spring' salt-water spa/hot tub on the deck that overlooks the slopes of Park City Mountain Resort.
Car/SUV. . . handy, but not required!
If you drive or rent a car/SUV, park it ground-level parking garage in the assigned parking spot & take the elevator to the unit level. NO SHOVELING or Resort Parking Fees to worry about.
If you are planning to get a shuttle van, Lyft or Uber ($45+) from the Salt Lake City Airport, it’s a breeze! For larger groups, the Resort Ride Services are right at the airport baggage claim. Rates generally start around $55pp each way. Your group and all your baggage & gear will be loaded onto the shuttle van and in a short 30-minute drive up Rte 80, you will be taken to The Town Pointe Condominiums where the driver backs right up to the ground-level parking garage elevator door where your bags are unloaded directly into the elevator and all you have to do is push the button to 1 floor up and you are at your condo.
Free Park City Transit
The bus stop is on Park Avenue visible from the condo deck. It's right in front of our condo. Busses come about every 7 minutes or so to take you to any 3 of Utah’s World-Class Ski Resorts: Deer Valley Resort, Park City Mountain Resort & Canyons Village Resort as well as Utah Olympic Park, Redstone Village (Park City’s newest planned village known as Park City’s “other” Main Street), Tanger Outlets (over 60 brand name outlet stores). The Transit Bus runs continuously with several routes that stop at grocery stores, state liquor stores, movie theaters, ski shops, outlet shops & virtually everywhere in Park City Valley. Don’t forget to go tubing at Soldiers Hollow, Park City Tubing Park and the NEW Woodward Park City, all within 10-15 minutes by shuttle or car. It’s great fun!
City Park in the Summer
We are located on the Rail Trail (macadam surface) alongside a meandering babbling brook that is magical. The City Park is less than a 5-minute walk. The summers are full of activity including a world-class skatepark (skating, skateboarding & trick biking). Even if you don't participate, it's a hoot to watch the talented locals who are phenomenal. Tennis courts, beach volleyball courts, baseball field, and picnic gazebos with grills for cookouts & parties. The Rail Trail goes for miles in each direction for hiking, skateboarding or biking fun. Bike rentals are available everywhere from downhill extreme biking to city/mountain bikes. Electric-powered City Bikes are everywhere to just swipe and ride (even uphill). In summer evenings, the City Park holds FREE quaint picnic-style concerts at the Park City Park Band Stage from bluegrass to The FREE BEETHOVEN FESTIVAL CHAMBER MUSIC IN THE PARK (did I mention it's a 5-minute walk?) Bring a family picnic backpack on Monday evenings at 6 p.m. (hint: go 1/2 hour early for a good spot. What could be more wonderful than enjoying music by your favorite composers performed for you by acclaimed classical solo artists from around the world.

We stayed here beginning on 3/8 for 6 nights. The place was recently remodeled with some very nice finishes. Really nice place overall and super convenient to main street in Park City, a 4 minute walk to the Towne Lift and on the bus route to get to other areas. The underground parking was a bonus too. Hot tub on the deck was used at least twice a day by our family and a great way to start the day and end the ski day. Beds were extremely comfortable. One of my kids even looked at the brand because she wanted to get the same one at home. Roc was a fantastic host and very easy to communicate with and to get in touch with as needed.

Excellent location, comfortable beds, nice furniture, great linens, etc. Small issue with not having access to a working washer and dryer as advertised (has since been replaced), but otherwise loved this condo and would definitely consider renting again. Would recommend adding a few more coffee cups if possible.

This property is just excellent. My family had a fabulous stay. Everything was as described in the listing. We enjoyed the location, location, location the most. We walked to the town lift to start our ski days. Seriously just steps to downtown Park City. We also enjoyed cooking in the we appointed kitchen. The hot tub was also a very welcome part of the stay. Communication with Roc was A+.

Everything in the condo was as advertised and in great condition, with plenty of space for our whole family! The proximity to downtown was even better than expected. Roc was very informative leading up to our stay, providing local recommendations for activities and food as well as a full rundown of the arrival and check-in process. Excellent location. Short walk to downtown Park City. Check in was easy. Condo was spacious for our group. Beds were very comfortable. Remodeled shower in master bedroom was excellent. Only used the hot tub once. Although I bumped the temperature up it never got more than warm. Overall a very enjoyable experience that brought some great memories.

We spent our early mornings and evenings after dinner at the condo. The hot tub was nice after a long day of exploring the city and surrounding areas. The condo was very comfortable, however we did have issues with several of the closet doors coming off the track and actually could not get the one back on. The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need which was nice, even though we did not cook at all. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were so nice. Overall it was great and we would return and would recommend it to friends. Thank you again!

It was a very warm and inviting home, plenty of room for a family of 5 (3 teenagers) plus all the ski gear, ideal location for skiing and walking to all Main Street shops. We really enjoyed our stay! Super convenient to Town Lift and all the great restaurants and shops! Easy check in. Unit had all the basics covered- plus extras such as whole unit humidifier, which we loved. Only downside was the fireplace not working but according to manager, it was a building-wide issue. This unit exceeded all expectations! Not only is the unit great, the host was so helpful with everything we needed to know about Park City. The hot tub was awesome! Location for skiing is fabulous - 5-10 min walk to lift in ski boots. Located 1 block from town so ready access to shopping and restaurants. Close to park city and a 10 min drive to major grocery stores. Would return in a heartbeat.

Spacious property with very nice finishes in a great location. My family of four was very comfortable in the unit, and the short walk to the Town Lift and the historic downtown area was ideal. Our only issue was that the clothes dryer stopped working on Christmas Eve, but a friendly neighbor let us use theirs so it was not a problem. Roc was terrific and gave us lots of valuable advice. We would be quite happy to stay here again.

Well-appointed and spacious condo that lived up to description. Location is perfect for a short jaunt to Main Street or taking the Town Lift. Host is extremely accessible and helped troubleshoot immediately on where to park after a fire in another unit in the building closed the underground garage. Cleanliness lived up to spouse's standard - who is very discerning. My family enjoyed their stay and it was a perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes.

The location cannot be beat with this apartment. It was clean and the owner did a great job of sending us all of the necessary information about the property as well as some helpful nuggets for our stay in Park City.

Good spot overall
Interesting stay. Location is amazing and the place worked well for us. Everything went smoothly until our second to last day…we arrived back from lunch and there was an overwhelming chemical smell throughout the entire unit. We considered leaving because it did not feel safe to be in there, especially with our kids. We could not locate the origin of the smell…we knocked on neighbor’s doors and it appeared to be only us. We called the property management company and they said they would send someone from maintenance, but they never showed up. We tried repeatedly to contact the host but he didn’t answer phone or VRBO message. (We found out later his cell phone battery died). We ended up opening all the windows and doors and turning up the fans to air out the unit. Hours later it still smelled but was much improved. (Thankfully we didn’t have to find a last minute hotel for our last night of vacation.) So…that situation was less than desirable, but otherwise it was great. I will say that other than not responding during that situation, the host was otherwise very responsive and accommodating when we requested early check in and late checkout.

Ideal location
This condo is just steps from the historic main street. We walked to many restaurants/shops every day. The peak a boo views of the slopes is a plus. The hot tub in this home is by far the best, newest, in pristine condition hot tub we have EVER come by. Everything you could need is provided and the host is super easy to reach and very accommodating. The furnishings are very nice, beds are comfortable. The unit is on the ground floor and if I had any complaint it would be heavy footed guests above us, but didn't take away from the comfort of this home. We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable home.

Wonderful condo in great location
This is a well- maintained condo a very short walk to old town lift. The location is excellent for skiing, shopping and restaurants. The private hot tub is great after hitting the slopes. Communication with Roc was quick and easy. We encountered a car issue and Roc went above and beyond to help us. Our family of four had plenty of space. Lots of storage. There is an underground parking spot for the unit. I highly recommend this condo and would like to book again next time in Park City.

Perfect place for the holidays.
My husband and I spent the holidays at Roc’s property with our two adult sons and their partners. When we arrived on December 23rd, we were welcomed with soothing music being played and twinkling Christmas lights tastefully placed throughout the living area and on the outside deck. It was a thoughtful introduction to a very well thought-out condo. Everything was in tip top shape: exceedingly cleaned, well maintained, comfortable beds, very nice linens and towels, and a well stocked kitchen. The photos very accurately depicted the space so there were no surprises. The location is very walkable to the Park City ski lifts and downtown area.
The only minor hiccups were finding the building when we first arrived but we did arrive after dark which is always a challenge and the checkout instructions were sent a tad too late but I knew from past rental experiences what the drill was. Other than that Roc was a very responsive and helpful to all of my inquiries.
All six of us agreed that we would rent this unit with no hesitation in the future.
