Comodità e cortesia a due passi dal centro

La camera è molto moderna, pulita e sembra ristrutturata di recente. Molto utile il mini frigo nell'area comune, soprattutto se si hanno dei bambini. Avendo un bambino piccolo ci è stato fornito un lettino completo di lenzuola e coperte. Se si ha un passeggino è molto comodo l'ascensore, anche se per raggiungerlo bisogna superare una rampetta di scale. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Posizione ottima.

C'è poco da dire, forse avrei preferito avere dei porta asciugamani nel bagno ed un attaccapanni nella stanza, ma in effetti per le giacche si può usare l'armadio. Infine, i vetri delle finestrature non isolano molto dai rumori esterni, ma per fortuna affaccia su una strada poco trafficata quindi si dorme comunque bene.

Sehr gerne wieder in dieses moderne und gut gelegene Hotelzimmer!

Sehr moderne und schöne Einrichtung. Tolles Licht und exzellente Sauberkeit. Ich konnte sogar schon ein paar Stunden eher einchecken, was sehr praktisch war. Der Bus- und Bahnhof ist in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen.

Die Klimaanlage hat sich automatisch immer wieder eingeschaltet, weswegen es oft laut wurde.

Small but perfectly adequate for one night on a stop over. Great location in the centre of town

We had problems getting into the room when we arrived, someone was supposed to open the door, but we think one of the guests did. We then had to work out how to get the key out of its box. Once all that was completed, it was straight forward getting in an out. The room was overheated, and lots of noise from next door. Bathroom very small.

Posizione top, camera molto bella, terrazza da dimenticare

La posizione è comoda, la disponibilità del gestore mi è piaciuta molto, la camera era molto bella, buona pulizia, bel bagno, bell’arredo, ottimo Wi-Fi

La piccola terrazza, che la stanza ha, é da migliorare, assieme alle persiane delle finestre, che sono brutte, vecchie e molto rumorose

Indirizzo da segnare!

A breve distanza dalla stazione di Porta Susa, molto comodo per raggiungere la zona dell'OGR. Comode e pratiche le procedure di accesso, davvero apprezzata la cortesia e la disponibilità dell'Host (sentito telefonicamente). Letto confortevole, bagno di buone dimensioni con molti prodotti a disposizione. La zona la sera è tranquilla e silenziosa ed al mattino ci sono diversi locali nei dintorni dove fare una buona colazione. Indirizzo comodo sicuramente da tenere in considerazione in caso di ritorno a Torino.

La struttura (due camere) è ricavata all'interno di uno stabile che, probabilmente, ospitava uffici un tempo. Lo si nota anche dagli stipiti delle finestre e dal pavimento, che fa molto "ufficio" e poco "casa". Se la dotazione di prodotti per il bagno era ampia, mi ha colpito il fatto che fosse stato messo a disposizione un solo asciugamano a persona, e soprattutto che in bagno manchi un gancio o una sbarra per appenderlo. Fatta la doccia la sera, l'asciugamano al mattino era ancora umido..

High quality accommodation in Torino and good value

High quality room, close to T Susa station. Good value.

Access was difficult needing a phone call, several SMS messages and remote operation by owner. Solution would be to send BC message beforehand outlining the steps required. The travellers would then be prepared to play their part. Once Access is achieved and understood, the system works quite well.

Ideal for a couple of nights visit

Good communications, excellent location and good clean facilities. Close to Porta Susa station where we arrived. Metro close by as well as all other transport. Would definitely stay again.

Good location and price, but quite bad bed.

Close to centre, but not so much as to be disturbed. Simple self check-in.

Bed slates were broken/missing, so mattress was slanted. Sink support was broken and tap was loose

Great location room in Turin City Centre

The location is great, close to the train station, walking distance to Via Garibaldi and about 20 minutes walk to the Flixbus stop, we simply walked around the whole time. The room is spacious and modern minimalist in style. We appreciated that we can leave our luggage even after checking out as we wait for our bus. The price to room quality is correct and the host was accommodating and easy to contact.

The room could be better lit, and there is some noise in the balcony which I think is due to the heater (not sure), but otherwise, all good.

Good for a few nights, but could be improved

Staff were supportive and explained things when asked. The building is quiet. I stayed for 6 nights and there was only one night where there was loud noise from the street. The bathroom is luxurious and modern. The only thing missing is a fridge. Since they disabled the airconditioner and don't want to lower the price, install a fridge in the common area so that people can keep some milk for our morning coffee. Yoy must still provide value to the customer

In essence, it is an apartment with three rooms. I did not like it when a couple stayed in the room beside mine and had noisy sex. Hey, love makes the world go around, but they were generally quite noisy even in conversation. I suggest to the host to place couples in Room 1 ONLY as Room 1 does not share walls with the other rooms. They disabled the airconditioner.

Pleasant experience

Our room was very nicely looking, with a comfortable bed and a nice en-suite. It was equipped with everything we needed from a ‘hotel’ room. It was located 5 minute walk from the Porta Susa trains and metro, which is convenient. Overall we had a good stay at this apartment.

It’s not very private if there are other people staying in the two rooms next to it. It felt like a shared house more than a private ‘hotel’ room. Soundproofing isn’t great either. We didn’t receive any check-in instructions until we showed up at the door and had to call the phone number, and luckily I speak Italian, but an American guest that has been in the room next to ours was not so lucky and had issues checking in.

very good locatio near Porta Susa, big rooms

Very good location near Porta Susa (close to the airport bus stop) and nice building (one of the old ones). Excellent communication with staff and self-check in to facilitate late arrivals. Rooms is quite big (big bed and big bathroom) with a fridge. There is a nespresso machine at the common room (shared with 2 more rooms). Overall, recommended for a stay in Torino.

You could hear some noise from other people entering the b&b (shared with 2 more rooms), but that's luck i guess.

Slightly disappointed

It is difficult to review staff, as it was self check in, with the keys in a key-safe (the number was texted to me before arrival). But the man I spoke to on the phone who talked me through the process was helpful and friendly. The bathroom was superb. And the location, virtually next door to the train station, was really convenient.

My husband found the bed very uncomfortable. I had booked a room with a balcony, which overlooked a rather dreary courtyard and was half-taken up with the A/C unit and a stepladder. So not really inviting. The photographs are not exactly inaccurate, but I found the reality to be a bit more scruffy than I was expecting.
