Der Gastgeber gibt sich Mühe, es ist ein richtiger Bauernhof auf den sich die Kinder im Garten auch bewegen können. Der Skibus halt vor der Tür. Sehr schön.

mooie ruime woning voor grote groep mensen met ruime kamers. grote woonkamer en keuken. broodjes service is ook goed. mooie omgeving en dicht bij een zwembad . de woning is centraal gelegen in het zillertal,je kunt er alle kanten mee op. wat minder is dat je een energie rekening krijgt achteraf bij afrekening. En dat je ook eigen handoeken moet meenemen is iets minder . maar verder mooie omgeving om te wandelen een er zijn ook kippen ,konijn,poesjes ,koeien . boomgaard met appels en peren ,genoeg groen om te spelen. wij komen graag terug voor nog een geslaagde vakantie. The house was even better than the photos - very spacious and clean. Collecting the keys was very straightforward and the views from the balconies were fantastic. Although there is a new barn being constructed next door, there was almost no noise from this at all during our stay and as it is behind the house, it doesn't impinge on any views. The village of Uderns is very close and has lots of cafes and restaurants. The whole valley is excellent for sporting activities and for walking and Fugen has a great indoor and outdoor pool. This was a great property for our grown up family party of 9 with spacious bedrooms, plenty of seating in the kitchen and a good size lounge although much time was spent outside seated on the many balcony chairs. Would certainly come to this house and this location again .

Prima ligging meerdere skigebieden in de omgeving huis is ruim en gemoedelijk bedden zijn prima keuken is zeer kompleet alleen mogen de messen wel wat scherper en een kaasschaaf en broodmes zouden geen overbodige luxe zijn want die ontbreken voor de rest is het er prima voor mekaar en gaan er zeker nog een keer naartoe.

Een heerlijk huis nu al voor de 10 de keer. Zeer gast vrije eigenaars. Heerlijke omgeving .En voldoende ruimte ,wij waren met 13 personen. Fijn is dat er zes slaapkamers zijn. Een steeds groter nadeel vind ik de steeds maar oplopende kosten. Verleden jaar 60 € schoonmaakkosten nu 130€ . Ook komt er je stroom verbruik nog eens bij ,en de toeristen belasting . Als eind afrekening kwam er nog eens een derde van huurbedrag bij.

in de herfstvakantie niet direct verwacht sneeuw te krijgen maar jawel, op de berg toppen sneeuw, zelfs 50 cm op de grossglockner, een ware belevenis voor de kinderen. en dan ook nog een buiten temperatuur van rond de 20 graden hebben, een vakantie die ons nog lang in het geheugen zal blijven.
